00:02:09performance drops so I think it's important he's still there and another one I would look at again is

00:52:31much of that game. St Mirren certainly in that second half dominated much of the uh possession it
00:52:37was a game really devoid of too many goal scoring chances at both end Simon. Yeah particularly second
00:52:44half from our point of view we never created much at all there uh granted touched on it it did
00:52:49look a
00:52:50little bit nervy I touched on the conditions at half time with the wind but yeah obviously you can't
00:52:55see the conditions when there was a real swirling one yeah I think there was and and that probably
00:53:00played its part but I mean after 15 minutes when that man there broke the deadlock I didn't envisage
00:53:06as uncomfortable an afternoon as we went on to to watch you know in that second half there's always
00:53:11a concern that we're no but uh we didn't really create much at all in that second half but again

00:53:17go over the line it's another three points and we move on to the semi-final next week. Yeah I

00:53:22right it is all about winning but you know as Celtic supporters you're looking for that sort of
00:53:27convincing performance that gives you the optimism going into the next game and I think what Peter
00:53:32picked up there was slight slight edginess maybe a slight nervousness but you saw Callum McGregor with
00:53:38the players on the pitch at full time there and I kind of huddle it and I sense from the
00:53:42way he was
00:53:42talking was about listen we just got to keep going one game the next one build on it build on
00:53:47it. Yeah it was
00:53:47interesting to see the skipper actually pulling them in there and having a word uh after the game
00:53:52but yes as you see them there standing in front of the fans it's unity that we need moving forward
00:53:58it wasn't a classic as you touched on by any stretch of the imagination but it's three points

00:54:26from Lauren Shacklin got them a 2-1 win over Motherwell so Hearts three points clear of Celtic can move

00:54:33second Rangers are away to Falkirk tomorrow of course they get the chance to move back up into
00:54:40second if they can get anything from that game we now move into the post split fixtures five of them
00:54:47to go after the cup semi-finals next um weekend for the statos amongst you that's how the game
00:54:54panned out Celtic a little bit more dominant in possession than most of that was probably the
00:54:59um the first half 91 percent passing accuracy it's more about where those passes were and
00:55:07and you know how clinical they were and how forward they were you look to I mean I'm not in
00:55:11the most
00:55:12important stats at the top but seven corners for St Mern as well uh so they did pose problems and
00:55:18as the
00:55:19guys touched on in commentary there it just emphasize or re-emphasizes that it's going to be a difficult
00:55:24game next week in the semi-final and I think we have to be well there's no doubt we have
00:55:29to perform
00:55:29better than we did today at times uh but that'll be a difficult game in itself listen St Mirren have
00:55:34shown you know you talk about stats St Mirren have shown this season that they are a really difficult
00:55:39team to beat as Paul said in commentary that's three 1-0 victories that Celtic have had over
00:55:45St Mirren in the league this season but they have of course been at Hampden and uh lost against
00:55:52St Mirren so that's still to come um again next weekend we can go down to the tunnel area now

00:59:31players are more panicking there and maybe snatching at it but he's got that experience

00:59:50three other chances that could maybe have made it a little bit easier in the first half certainly not
