00:28I mean, I wasn't worried after that.

00:31But I eventually got worried.
00:34I just thought we, you know, there's a lot of old hockey-isms.
00:40But I felt like last night, one that I would pay some respect,
00:44is that your power play actually sucked the life out of the game for you.
00:49I thought the Sabres were buzzing to start the game,
00:51and then that power play just was such a thud.
00:53Minute and a half, maybe?
00:54Yeah.
00:54Yeah, and there's, like, did they give up a shorthanded breakaway during it?
00:59I don't even, like, that happens often enough that I can't be sure
01:03that it definitely happened in that circumstance.
01:05But anyway, I just thought it sort of just, ugh.
01:09And, you know, not like Boston started killing them,
01:12but I just thought it was Boston's game.
01:14I wasn't there until the first goal.
01:17I hated the first goal.
01:19I mean, the second goal made you perhaps just sort of forget about the first goal.
01:24I felt sick.
01:24But, like, the first goal was, oh, no.
01:27Now I'm in trouble.
01:28Now I'm back to Sunday where I'm halfway through the game and losing
01:32and need to pull it out.
01:34And then I started to think, if it's not, I mean, this is funny,
01:3882 games, right?
01:39And 60 of them were amazing.
01:42By the start of the third period, I went, if it's not going to be Thompson,
01:46who's it going to be?
01:47Because Thompson, almost by himself, pulled them out of Sunday's hole.
01:55And, all right, well, who's going to do that for me here?
01:58Like, where is anybody coming close?
02:01Kind of.
02:01Mm-hmm.
02:02So.
02:03And I don't have the benefit of waiting, waiting, right?
02:07Getting the power play.
02:08You're not, as a fan, you're not hoping, well, you know,
02:11if I just get a power play goal here, you know, I'm going to get a chance.
02:14I'm down, as it turns out, going into the third period.
02:17They were, well, 4-0, 14 seconds into the period.
02:20So you were really in it.
02:22But even at 1-0, 2-0, you know, before the end of the second period,
02:27and then eventually 3, it's like, I don't have that to stand on.
02:32And so where am I going to get my offense?
02:35Plus, Boston gets a power play goal that looked really easy.
02:37Yeah, for three.
02:39And they just did not, they just didn't generate a lot of dangerous,
02:42outside of the first eight minutes.
02:43I thought the first bit of the game, they looked great.
02:46And then I just thought it was Boston's night.
