00:07there's the temporary protected status and the president's very upset about the
00:12judges on the immigration system if that were to be addressed would some of these
00:16people get deported sooner so did the issue about the illegal immigrant

00:29share his frustration temporary protected status TPS is given out like candy and
00:35it's kind of given out by country with justifications that go back as far as
00:4040 years so El Salvador for instance was a TPS country if you showed up in the
00:45United States you had this carte blanche from our immigration authorities to stay
00:49for as long as you want and frankly I don't know why Haiti's even on the list
00:53but it's like every government program Dana they create an idea maybe there's a
00:58good motivation in the beginning or a good reason for it but then it outlives
01:01its its life and it is it is the main thing that is worth saying this is the
01:07whole lifeline cycle this man is describing is very good here we are 40
01:13years after you know El Salvadoran civil war and they're still TPS in Haiti same
01:18thing there's no good reason why you should have carte blanche it should be
01:22individualized and a guy like him you know should have been deported some time
01:26ago so we're getting these yes this is this is the type of thing that happens you
01:31see you see so many cases in previous months and previous days this is this is
01:38very bad I don't have words for this but this bad avoidable tragedies based on
01:44government can be avoided four years it can be avoided and I think the
01:48president's right to be frustrated the head of ice Todd Lyons spoke to Fox
01:52yesterday about Virginia that that when we just talked about was in Florida this
01:56is about Virginia and what Todd Lyons is asking the new governor to do okay let's
02:01see you know I would just ask the governor to take it you know read the
02:04headlines see what's going on so this is Todd Lawrence acting ICE director yes the
02:09same ice we are facing issues with on your state work with ice get these
02:14criminals out of your neighborhoods make your state safer so frustrating
02:18because we see innocent people getting murdered all the time and it's totally
02:22preventable and if you know elected officials like the governor this is true
02:26innocent people are the one getting all these situations this is so bad BS give me a
02:33call and work with us that's what we want and then Governor Spanberger said this he
02:37said Virginia is not a sanctuary state full stop there's a lot of
02:41misinformation out there but the former governor Youngkin he was on Hannity he
02:45disagreed watch okay people that she would work to keep Virginians safe and
02:50then the first thing she did was prohibit collaboration with the federal
02:54government with from the state police from our Department of Corrections and of
02:58course from local law enforcement we had a tremendous partnership that had
03:02arrested thousands and thousands of violent criminals who were here illegally okay
03:07so Youngkin said ending ice partnership made Virginia less safe this is what it
03:14is ice is the best at their work but sometimes they will be little cases like
03:21one and two a few cases that the real American citizen get harmed by them but we
03:28really had to do something because of this case is happening all around and she
03:32ended it all and it's made Virginia less safe I feel like she was playing some
03:36word games with that trustee saying that it's not a sanctuary state but she didn't
03:40make a change after Youngkin left recent Virginia illegal she immediately rescinded a
03:45cooperation order that had the Virginia authorities working with ice and you
03:50know then she played this incredible word game of saying we're not going to let a
03:53fine law enforcement agency like the Virginia state troopers be subordinated to
03:58ice well that's never the issue it's never a question of suddenly it is never any so
04:02because what is this okay so Virginia sanctuary policy is scrutinized a big
04:08migrant crime this is bad for them okay being deputized or taken over by ice it's
04:14whether you're willing to do very simple things very simple like share the daily
04:18jail list you know if they share a jail list of who got locked up overnight yeah
04:22ice can look into it figure out which people are illegal and issue detainers and
04:26all that does for the citizens of Virginia for the Commonwealth is it means if you
04:30get out on your state case you've been locked up on a new crime you get out on
04:34your state case you don't get out you get hit with a detainer and you begin
04:37immigration proceedings that seems like this is very simple thing this is very
04:43simple you can save your life your family's life your children's life whole
04:48neighborhood's life holy state's life even though you are saving an American's
04:52life such a common sense agreeable thing and by the way it's not only cheap and
04:57quick it's the safest way for ice to enforce the the immigration laws against people who
05:03are in the criminal justice system she undid that with a stroke of a pen right when she
05:06took office and then she's why she did this we are in the outer blue we don't really know about
05:13this pretending that she's kind of somehow pro-law enforcement and anti-sanctuary doesn't
05:18hold together all right thank you we'll see how that continues to go hopefully there are no more
05:23crimes but we'll see and also there would be no more crimes want to wish a very happy birthday to
