Transcript
00:00A very good quality yarding, a lot of weight in the yarding, so a lot of steers and heifers,
00:05380 to 470 or 80, the heaviest been on it for 616 kilos, so a lot of demand from all
00:13the
00:13major feedlots here today, so yeah, very, very strong at rates of 500 to 535 cents a kilo.
00:20Then we got onto just a few spring drop steers that were all eagerly sourced by locals,
00:25then the heavy heifers onto the feeders again at rates of 470 to $5, a lot of them aren't
00:32for lighter little cattle, 2 little heifers, 460 to 480 or 90 cents, it was a very solid sale.
00:41There's thousands of cattle on the market, all through New South Wales, but nothing has
00:45got weight on it and all the feedlots, as I said earlier, are all here and they're definitely
00:51trying to get their share.
00:52I think our clients now are adjusted to the rates and know what they have to pay as well,
00:57but they're getting good money for their cattle going out the other way, with uncertain terms
01:02in the world at the moment, we don't know what's going to happen around the corner, but there's
01:06still a margin, there's a good margin in the cattle trading job.
