00:00I think there was around 2,800 head, something for everybody, it was one of those days.
00:04We had a few good feeder types, which were pretty firm to where that feeder job was.
00:08Fairly good one, a back-rounder type cattle, and they sold similar to your feeder types,
00:13which your blacks were 520 to 30 on the best, and your collards were sort of 470 to 80 on
00:19the best.
00:20There was a lot of light cattle here today too, which was unusual,
00:23you'd wonder why they're still not in the paddock, but anyway, whether there's a bit of panic going on too.
00:28So we've had an early break, we've still got green feed, and we're probably hoping for May to get another
00:32follower.
00:32Your feeder job still got up to that high fours, 470 or 80 on the best black heifers,
00:38and once you've dropped off weight and that, you come right back to $4 to $4.30,
00:44with some making a premium at $4.50.
00:46To me, it was an opportunity to step in if you had a bit of feed and stuff,
00:51and take the fun on going forward, or you've got a bit of hay in the feed, you know.
00:55So, yeah, definitely, definitely a worthwhile opportunity here today, I'd say.
