00:00Let's check in with Rochelle for more in tonight's weather forecast.
00:03Thanks, Tisha. Good evening, Trinidad and Tobago. It's time for your weather.
00:07We're starting off with conditions in Portisbane. TV City's Weather Center says
00:12downtown is mostly clear with temperatures at 31 degrees Celsius.
00:16We have winds coming southeast at three knots and humidity is at 71%.
00:22And on to conditions tonight. Well, it's looking generally fair despite the low chance of some
00:28overnight showers. Minimum temperatures are looking a bit warmer, coming in at 25 degrees in Trinidad
00:35and 27 in Tobago. So today we had hot sun and then afternoon showers. Tomorrow will follow this
00:43pattern as the Met Office is forecasting mostly hot and sunny and breezy conditions at times
00:49despite brief shower interruptions. There's also the medium chance of thunderstorm activity
00:54favoring northwestern and hilly areas of Trinidad during the afternoon period.
01:01Tomorrow's maximum temperatures are coming in at equal highs of 33 degrees.
01:07And that hot sun will continue on Friday. In our two-day forecast, Friday is expected to be mostly sunny
01:13and breezy with a short, showery visit. There's a low chance of the heavier showers during the afternoon.
01:20Both Trinidad and Tobago will have a maximum temperature of 33 degrees.
01:26And sometimes the rain likes being the center of attention and will present itself on Saturday
01:31with partly cloudy to cloudy skies accompanied by scattered showers and the medium chance of thunderstorm activity.
01:39Saturday's maximum temperatures are 29 degrees in both Trinidad and Tobago.
01:44Seeing that tomorrow is forecast to be sunny and it's so close to the end of the work week,
01:51it's only right to head to the beach where your seas are expected to be slight or moderate
01:55with waves 1 meter to 1.5 meters in open waters and below 1 meter in sheltered areas.
02:02Until our sun times now, in Trinidad, sunrise is at 5.54 and it was set at 5.47.
02:08And if you're fishing tomorrow, here are your tired times.
02:17That's all for weather tonight. Have a great day and a chill day tomorrow like this guy over here.
02:38Don't go anywhere. There's more news after the break.
