00:01While relatives are awaiting autopsy results to determine cause of death,
00:05they believe 26-year-old mentally challenged David Ramlikan of New Grant was beaten to death.
00:12According to relatives, Ramlikan's brother-in-law went to drop food for him around 10 a.m. on Monday
00:18and heard shouts for help coming from the back of the home.
00:21He found Ramlikan about 200 feet behind his house in some bushes, lying in a ditch, bloodied and unable to
00:28move.
00:28The brother-in-law said he called the ambulance services many times,
00:32but it wasn't until 4 p.m. that they arrived at the scene.
00:36The police said when they arrived, Ramlikan was unresponsive and later pronounced dead at the scene.
00:41Relatives told TV6 News today if an ambulance arrived sooner, his life might have been saved.
00:47They say Ramlikan is a psychiatric outpatient and while he does have medical episodes like seizures,
00:55they believe he was badly beaten.
00:59When I see the video, he was beaten.
01:01To me, he looked beaten because he had nothing or so, as far as I see on the video,
