00:46He ended up pursuing a baseball career for a while,
00:49but we kept in touch and rekindled a few years later.

00:56You wouldn't believe it now, but I had a lot of red hair.

01:33I was a baseball junkie growing up,
01:36so I spent most of my summers on the baseball field,
01:39where Katie spent most of her time on the water,
01:41but she's slowly converted me over the last couple of years.

01:46Our current home is beautiful.
01:48It has all the space you could need, a pool, a big beautiful garage,
01:52but it's just not on the water.
01:55And we just find it's not exactly what we thought we wanted,
01:58the lifestyle we wanted to live.

02:01I work as a dentist in Sydney.
02:03And I'm a charter accountant,
02:05and the maintenance of this house just kind of adds on to the workload.
02:09We're willing to make the shift to a smaller house
02:12for our dream of being on the water.
02:19So our wish list for the new home,
02:21obviously number one is ocean frontage.
02:23Minimum of three bedrooms,
02:25four ideally where we have three children.
02:28Two baths.
02:29I think that's a non-negotiable family of five.
02:32We're definitely looking for land
02:34and more importantly, privacy with that land.
02:37We would love to have a pre-existing dock
02:39or the potential to put one in.
02:41So our budget's $950,000.
02:44I wouldn't say we have a ton of flexibility with that.
02:47We understand that we may not be able to get
02:50as much of a home in terms of square footage
02:54and nice features like we have now in making this move.

21:01We feel this is the best decision we could have made.
