00:49We have four beautiful children.
00:51One's a teenage daughter.

00:53And five-year-old triplets.
00:54Lily, Talia, and then finally, Alex,
00:57that's the boy.
00:58I'm a stay-at-home mom to the kiddos.
01:01And I'm an entrepreneur and model here locally.
01:04Nova Scotia has been my home for my entire life.
01:08And being from Ontario,
01:09one of the things I absolutely loved about Nova Scotia was the ocean.
01:12The kids are definite water babies.
01:15I've got a boat.
01:15Any chance they get, they're coming on.
01:17We love it and we just,
01:18we want to be here for the rest of our lives.
01:20Years ago, I bought a piece of land on the ocean for Shannon and I to build a home on.
01:25It was everything.
01:26It encapsulated everything that we wanted.
01:29And then along came our triplets.

01:33Life as I know it has changed.
01:37The rooms that we had designed that fit our lifestyle with one child,
01:41all of a sudden just didn't work.
01:43So we've been living in my childhood home for about four and a half years.
01:48And we love it.
01:49But we really want to get back to the ocean where we started out.

01:54The top things on our wish list are proximity to the ocean.
01:58I think it has to have at least a minimum of four bedrooms.
02:01A lot of privacy from surrounding neighbours.
02:04I would love to have a house that is filled with a lot of heart and a lot of character.
02:08Myla would love an ensuite to go with her bedroom.

02:13She puts up with us and the kids.
02:15So we're not going to argue with her on this one.
02:17And I'd love a big kitchen because we do a lot of entertaining.
02:20We have a lot of people over like family and friends all the time.
02:24And we have so many kids to feed.
02:25There's vans and cars going out all the time.
02:29So space in the driveway would be a consideration.
02:32So the budget for this move will be $2.3 million.
02:36So moving when you have triplets is hectic and crazy.
02:41Logistically, it's difficult.
02:43I mean, getting to the grocery store is difficult.
02:45It makes me a little bit nervous.
02:46But I know if it's our final move to our dream oceanfront property, then it's 100% worth it.
