Sahur Bereketi 11. Bölüm | Mustafa Akgül (01 Mart 2026)
Döküm
00:00:03MUSIC
00:00:49It all began with a poem.
00:00:53With a poem recited in the presence of the Prophet.
00:00:56With a poet who emerged from Adam's Valley amidst raging sandstorms.
00:01:03Behind him were forty horsemen, and in their blazing eyes were tidings of betrayal.
00:01:11This poet was Amr bin Salim from the Khuza tribe.
00:01:15He recited his poem in the highest pitch, and the Prophet listened without blinking.
00:01:25The Quraysh did not keep their promise to you.
00:01:29They broke the covenant they made with you at Hudaybiyya.
00:01:34They ambushed us in Vetir, in our own homeland.
00:01:38They thought I wouldn't, couldn't, call anyone for help.
00:01:48He said and stopped.
00:01:50The poet was crying.
00:01:53All eyes turned to the Prophet.
00:01:56And at that moment, everyone held their breath.
00:01:59The Companions' heads were touching the ground.
00:02:01Because the veins on their blessed foreheads are visible.
00:02:05The Prophet was getting angry.
00:02:07O Prophet, call upon the servants of Allah for help.
00:02:12Let the Messenger of Allah be among them.
00:02:15Let him change color with rage at the injustice done.
00:02:21And let him come with a great army, pouring forth like the foaming seas.
00:02:31The poem was finished.
00:02:34The poet was finished, too.
00:02:36Their eyes were still on the prophet.
00:02:39The Messenger of Allah gathered his cloak and stood up.
00:02:43And the Companions stood up.
00:02:46Now it was the prophet speaking.
00:02:50If I do not help others with the things I use to help myself, then may I not receive help either.
00:02:57I swear by Allah, in whose hand is my life, that I will protect them as I protect myself and my family.
00:03:09Now send the news throughout the world.
00:03:12Those who believe in Allah and the Last Day should gather in Medina.
00:03:21In Medina, the rhythm of war, yet the silence of the Prophet in its streets.
00:03:27The Prophet is not speaking.
00:03:30Swords are being sharpened in the abode of happiness.
00:03:34The armor is being cleaned in the abode of happiness.
00:03:38But the Prophet is not speaking.
00:03:41And Mecca smiles from afar.
00:03:46Smile, O Mecca.
00:03:49Today is your day.
00:03:52Today is your day of conquest.
00:03:55Smile, for this return is for you.
00:03:58Look, the brave men who were torn from your midst yesterday are returning to you.
00:04:05The wind that swept across the lands of Arak is turning back first.
00:04:09Then a large unit.
00:04:12They were led by Khalid ibn al-Walid.
00:04:15From behind, oh Mecca.
00:04:19Here come the refugees who, while living in your lands, were subjected to abuse, tortured, and left covered in blood like crimson sacrificial stones, all while saying "My Lord is Allah."
00:04:35Zubayr ibn al-Awwam is at the very front.
00:04:39Remember the one who became a Muslim at age 8, the one who became a Muslim at age 15, the one who was taken from you?
00:04:49His uncle had wrapped him in a mat, remember?
00:04:53He held it to the smoke of the fire so that it would turn into blasphemy.
00:04:57But he did not repent.
00:04:59And the Prophet, as one of the guiding stars, turns to you first, O Mecca.
00:05:06Then the Ghifars come to me.
00:05:10The flags are in the hands of Abu Dharr al-Ghifari.
00:05:14Here comes Abu Dharr, who was beaten until he fainted after declaring his conversion to Islam at the Kaaba.
00:05:23The Eslems are arriving in groups.
00:05:27As the Muzaynahs pass through the desert in a procession of a thousand, only one sound of theirs rises from the heavens.
00:05:35Oh Mecca, whom else are you waiting for?
00:05:40Are you talking about Hazrat Hamza?
00:05:43Mus'ab ibn Umayr?
00:05:45They are smiling at you from the army of martyrs.
00:05:50And look, her eyes are sparkling.
00:05:54They are watching a procession approaching you, kicking up dust and smoke.
00:06:00Who is this group, resembling a pitch-black rocky area?
00:06:03There's movement in the sky.
00:06:06These are the Ansar, warriors thirsty for death.
00:06:11And right in the middle, with his jet-black turban, my beloved.
00:06:16At that moment, the prophets are standing, the martyrs are standing, the angels are standing.
00:06:22Oh Mecca, rise up if you can!
00:06:26Because it brings joy to the hearts.
00:06:29Prophet Muhammad Mustafa is coming.
00:06:35Eight years have passed.
00:06:38Eight years have passed without you.
00:06:42The night you left, when you looked back at the Kaaba from afar, you said, "Mecca."
00:06:48You are worth more to me than the whole world.
00:06:55But your people won't leave me alone.
00:06:58You said that and then left.
00:07:00The stars had gone with you, too.
00:07:04Only pitch-black nights remained behind.
00:07:06Mecca was left orphaned.
00:07:10And the children of Mecca.
00:07:13The children always played where Sümeyye fell to the ground.
00:07:17He played at the spot where Habbab bin Eret was thrown into the fire.
00:07:22Pigeons, remnants of the Sevr cave, awaited you above your blessed abode.
00:07:27The harem longs for the prayer sword in the Kaaba.
00:07:33Memoirs of Hatice-tül Kübra.
00:07:36The streets, longing for the scent of roses, waited for you.
00:07:41Will you not descend from the Kaswa now, O Messenger of Allah?
00:07:46Will you not descend so that the soil of Mecca may kiss your feet?
00:07:51And will you not lift your head so that the world may behold your radiant face?
00:07:59Then the radiant face of the Messenger of Allah appeared.
00:08:02Here, the Messenger of Allah is watching.
00:08:05It's a dark yellow, a Yemeni design, on the head.
00:08:08May we be sacrificed for the light on his forehead.
00:08:12The Prophet Muhammad is looking at the Kaaba.
00:08:14And he points to Hazrat Bilal.
00:08:17Bilal on top of the Kaaba.
00:08:21Now let heaven and earth listen to Bilal.
00:08:25Now let the earth and the sky listen to the call to prayer.
00:09:06Dear friends, we have reached the 11th night of Ramadan.
00:09:12As the era of mercy fades, we step into an era of forgiveness.
00:09:17Here we are, on the night of the Day of Forgiveness.
00:09:23The night when a person weighs both their own desires and the blessings they have received.
00:09:37When we give zakat and sadaqa, we are not just giving; we are fulfilling our obligations.
00:09:47At the same time, we are being cleansed.
00:09:51The property does not belong to the person.
00:09:53It is a trust, and every trust reminds us of its owner.
00:09:58Ramadan teaches us not only patience, but also sharing.
00:10:05It teaches us not only to control ourselves, but also to be considerate of others.
00:10:12A morsel of bread, a bowl of food, some quiet support.
00:10:20Ramadan also taught us this:
00:10:25We don't diminish ourselves by giving.
00:10:27We multiply by sharing.
00:10:29Tonight, God willing, we will discuss the purifying and cleansing power of zakat, the way charity refines the heart, and how wealth serves as a test.
00:10:48Because a person is not elevated solely by what they possess.
00:10:54They are elevated by what they share.
00:10:57May our night be blessed, and our pre-dawn meal be bountiful, sir/madam.
00:11:09Dear viewers,
00:11:12I have a very special guest on our Sahur Blessing program.
00:11:16Actually, if we go back to years ago with them,
00:11:21I also remember our pre-dawn meal nights spent at the Maiden's Tower, nights filled with the blessings of the pre-dawn meal.
00:11:28The Presidency of Religious Affairs, Chief Imam of Istanbul, Mustafa Akgül.
00:11:32Dear Professor, thank you for honoring us with your presence, welcome.
00:11:35Not at all.
00:11:36May God bless you, we are honored.
00:11:39Thank you for the invitation.
00:11:42As the saying goes, "like attracts like."
00:11:47Good deeds beget good deeds, and sins beget sins.
00:11:51Poems invite more poems.
00:11:55It also invites certain meanings.
00:11:59In that poignant poem you just read,
00:12:02What did the poet say when he came to our Prophet?
00:12:06Call upon the servants of God,
00:12:08Let the Messenger of Allah be among them,
00:12:11Oppression must be resisted.
00:12:14From our Prophet to the present day,
00:12:16As you know, sir, this is an unchanging principle of Islam.
00:12:20What is it?
00:12:22When opposing an oppressor, no one asks for identification.
00:12:26We must oppose injustice, whoever it may be.
00:12:29To be able to stand by the oppressed,
00:12:31To arrive, to be with you, no identification is required.
00:12:35One approaches him.
00:12:37Arif Nihat Aslan's couplet is certainly well-known to you.
00:12:41Hypocrisy, denial, and betrayal are experiencing their golden age on Earth.
00:12:47Languages, pages, lines—they all say Abu Lahab is dead.
00:12:52Abu Lahab is not dead, O Muhammad.
00:12:55Abu Jahl is traveling across continents.
00:12:58There is currently an anomaly in the world,
00:13:01Oppression and excess continue.
00:13:05We Muslims,
00:13:0686 million sons and daughters of the homeland yearn for each other.
00:13:10To oppose the oppressor regardless of their identity.
00:13:14We have a duty to stand by the oppressed, without even asking who they are.
00:13:19The suffering experienced during these Ramadan days breaks our hearts.
00:13:26We presented this before making it public.
00:13:28Yes, thank you very much, sir.
00:13:30That morning, perhaps many were fasting, and American and Israeli planes were in Iran.
00:13:36In a school that he bombed, 160 people died, mostly children.
00:13:42Ramadan and the dead children.
00:13:44In that first one, the total exceeded 200.
00:13:47Yes.
00:13:48Yes.
00:13:48So it could be Gaza, it could be another place, but as you said, times are changing.
00:13:55The location changes, but the oppression remains the same.
00:13:58That's how it is.
00:14:02In some programs, too, when the topic of Gaza comes up or when there are certain difficulties...
00:14:10We say that Allah Almighty is witnessing something by waking us up at dawn.
00:14:15Actually, prayer is also a prayer with two witnesses.
00:14:19He's asleep, isn't he?
00:14:20Yes.
00:14:21Now, God Almighty is showing us the end of the night.
00:14:25It also shows us the beginning of a new day.
00:14:27So, it's nighttime you're experiencing, but don't lose hope.
00:14:32Because you have a Lord who brings the night to an end and the day to begin.
00:14:38So it shows us the ending, it makes us witness it.
00:14:41It also bears witness to the beginning.
00:14:43And we believe that these injustices will end.
00:14:46For a Muslim, despair is like the fourth side of a triangle.
00:14:53Just as a triangle cannot have a fourth side
00:14:57There can be no despair in a believer.
00:15:00Because he
00:15:01And they believe in one God who is capable of all things.
00:15:06When justice prevails, it makes everything easy.
00:15:12It is said, "He bestows the means, He creates the causes, He grants His favor in a single word."
00:15:19We endure hardships for him.
00:15:23Our pain breaks our hearts.
00:15:25But we will not lose hope.
00:15:28Meta nasrullah.
00:15:30Oh Lord.
00:15:30When will the help arrive?
00:15:32God Almighty.
00:15:34Hazel.
00:15:35Indeed, the help of Allah is near.
00:15:37Pay attention.
00:15:38God's help is near.
00:15:40Do not deviate from the straight path you have chosen.
00:15:43It is ordered.
00:15:45Yes.
00:15:46And do you think that you will be left unchecked simply by saying that you believe?
00:15:53Of course, the world is a world of trials.
00:15:55But no matter what happens, we are both content with our Lord and we know that our Lord is with us.
00:16:03May God grant our nation peace and unity.
00:16:06May God grant prosperity to our state.
00:16:07Amine.
00:16:08May it give you strength and power.
00:16:09May God grant us even more strength than He gave to our ancestors.
00:16:13Because humanity needs it more than ever today.
00:16:16In other words, true well-being, safety, and security.
00:16:21You have given us the same task that you gave to our ancestors.
00:16:23Amine.
00:16:24Hopefully.
00:16:25Amine.
00:16:26Dear Professor, when Ramadan begins, we naturally talk about fasting during the Ramadan nights.
00:16:34But this Ramadan is also a time for zakat, which means giving, experiencing the joy of giving, or returning something entrusted to its rightful owner.
00:16:47And we also come across the concepts of charity.
00:16:51Why are these issues more prominent in our discussions, especially during the holy month of Ramadan?
00:16:58As you know, when a person's stomach is full, their emotions weaken.
00:17:08Emptying the stomach signifies an increase in the nourishment and sustenance of the soul.
00:17:14When the soul is nourished and the ego is weakened, the feeling of giving becomes easier.
00:17:20Why does it come to our minds more often during Ramadan?
00:17:24The ego has been disciplined, it has tasted hunger, understood its helplessness, and, as you indicated at the beginning, it has begun to realize that the possessions do not belong to it.
00:17:37So he began to think, "Let me learn how my Lord, who gave me this wealth, wants me to use it, so that I can act accordingly."
00:17:50If you'll allow me to add a parenthetical note, I'd like to say that if the teachings of Hazrat Fir Mevlana Celaleddin Rumi were implemented, they would bring peace and tranquility to the family, the country, and the world.
00:18:07I want to quote his words.
00:18:09Hazrat Fir said, "These possessions are not yours, so what is it that you cannot divide?"
00:18:17These people aren't yours, why are you fighting?
00:18:21Here's the thing about Ramadan, Mr. Dursun Ali: we thought the property belonged to us before Ramadan.
00:18:28Ramadan has arrived, and we're hungry at lunchtime, our stomachs are rumbling in the afternoon, we can't eat a single bite.
00:18:35Our lips would crack from thirst, especially during summer fasts; we couldn't even drink a sip of water.
00:18:42It turns out the property wasn't ours after all; when the owner forbids it, we have no power to take even a single bite or sip.
00:18:50Now that we remember all this, where are we going to give it?
00:18:54Where should we give it so that we may be pleased in the hereafter and our reckoning will be easy?
00:19:00We begin to say, "Before God holds us accountable in the hereafter, let us hold ourselves accountable in this world,"
00:19:07That's why it comes up during Ramadan, sir.
00:19:11Dear Professor Kıymet, I had a guest from the Directorate of Religious Affairs, an esteemed institution of which you are a part.
00:19:18Again, on the "Sahur Blessings" program.
00:19:20That's true.
00:19:21And they shared this information: if only people in the Islamic world were to pay their zakat (obligatory charity), there would be no poor people in the world.
00:19:30Yes, the accounts are at this center, sir.
00:19:32I would also like to thank and congratulate that colleague of mine.
00:19:36Calculations show this.
00:19:38This is neither an abstract statement nor a bombastic one.
00:19:44That's what the numbers say, sir, yes.
00:19:47Dear Professor, zakat is a command from Allah Almighty.
00:19:49Yes.
00:19:50In fact, when we read the biography of the Prophet, we see that Hazrat Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) and Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) had many opinions on this matter.
00:19:59We encounter a characteristic trait that we wouldn't expect from them.
00:20:05As you know, our Prophet Abu Bakr was a gentle person, meaning he was very tearful.
00:20:10Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) was even more majestic.
00:20:13Angry.
00:20:13While serving as the Commander of the Faithful, Hazrat Abu Bakr declared that he would prepare an army against a community that refused to pay zakat (obligatory charity).
00:20:24How could you do such a thing to our Prophet, Hazrat Omar (may Allah be pleased with him)?
00:20:27They say, "La Ilaha Illallah Muhammadur Rasulullah" (There is no god but Allah, and Muhammad is his messenger).
00:20:31Yes.
00:20:31Yes.
00:20:33No, he says, I don't recognize anyone who can disobey God's command.
00:20:39Now, it means that gentleness and mildness, as commanded by Allah, were the qualities of our Master, Hazrat Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him).
00:20:47Time ends there.
00:20:49A character, but a character of a believer.
00:20:52It's changing.
00:20:53Yes.
00:20:54Now, zakat is a command from Allah, but charity is a voluntary act.
00:20:58So it's up to the individual.
00:21:00As you already know, we divide our duties into three categories: obligatory (fard), necessary (wajib), and voluntary (nafila).
00:21:05We are obligated to perform the obligatory and necessary acts of worship.
00:21:08There is torment for us in abandoning you.
00:21:11We are not obligated to perform voluntary acts of worship.
00:21:15We earn merit by doing it.
00:21:17There's no penalty if you don't do it.
00:21:18This is also a blessing from God.
00:21:20This is the general rule for voluntary prayers.
00:21:23Even though he was usually gentle and kind, Hazrat Abu Bakr would become angry at those who said they weren't paying zakat.
00:21:30There's a great lesson to be learned there.
00:21:33Even the hot-tempered حضرت Omar (may God be pleased with him) abandons his hot temper.
00:21:38"Yes, Abu Bakr, you are right," he says.
00:21:41He was so angry, what happened?
00:21:43When God's command comes, heads touch the water, feet touch the ground, the ego is subdued, and God's judgment is carried out.
00:21:54There are two important sentences from Hazrat Abu Bakr.
00:21:57If they dare to withhold even the smallest amount of zakat (charity) given to the Messenger of Allah, even the size of a camel's halter, I will declare war on them.
00:22:08I declare war on anyone who tries to separate prayer from giving zakat (charity).
00:22:12Because in many places in the Quran, prayer is mentioned together with zakat, and zakat is mentioned together with prayer.
00:22:20The message here is: don't rush around performing physical acts of worship and then hold back when it comes to material things.
00:22:30Prayer is the chief of physical acts of worship, and zakat is the chief of financial acts of worship.
00:22:35Don't forget to do both.
00:22:40They even have working conditions.
00:22:42God Almighty requires prayer from everyone who is in good health.
00:22:48But he requests zakat from the people we will talk about later.
00:22:54Shall we give you their name list, sir?
00:22:56We will give it, God willing, sir.
00:22:58Because you already have a book project underway.
00:23:02I'm keeping this summary of zakat here, but let's summarize it towards the end of the program.
00:23:10Now, if we summarize, what do we do next?
00:23:15Now I need to benefit from you in such a way that I can understand your ideas and thoughts.
00:23:21Let me just say this much.
00:23:23Zakat is something that is generally known.
00:23:27It is believed that the rich will give to the poor.
00:23:29There are two parts to this, Professor Dursun Ali.
00:23:32One is a section encouraging the giving of zakat (alms).
00:23:37Give, and God will give back to you in return.
00:23:40He even gives it to you folded.
00:23:42Secondly, if you don't give it, God will punish you.
00:23:45The Quran also describes how they will be punished in the afterlife.
00:23:50There's a section that encourages giving and a section that discourages giving.
00:23:54Then there's the part we call rulings, or law.
00:23:58We need to explain that properly.
00:24:02Of course.
00:24:02Our listeners should also listen carefully.
00:24:06Because, just like a law class, it's necessary under certain conditions, and not necessary under others.
00:24:13It is required if our assets consist of these items, but not if our assets consist of those items.
00:24:20We need it if our earnings come in on this day, but not if they come in on that day.
00:24:25Or there are such subtle provisions as postponing it until next year.
00:24:30To explain this, at your discretion, but let's set aside some sufficient time.
00:24:38Absolutely, sir.
00:24:39Yes.
00:24:39We'll be together until dawn.
00:24:42Isn't that right, sir?
00:24:42Of course.
00:24:42Besides, I only ask questions, sir.
00:24:45You know, I listen to the "Spend Abundance" program at the Maiden's Tower very attentively.
00:24:50Yes.
00:24:51I'll do that today, but I...
00:24:52We stood shoulder to shoulder there, we were together.
00:24:54Yes, we were together, sir.
00:24:55Now, regarding zakat, there's an example called salep.
00:25:00He is a Companion of the Prophet known as the "Mosque Bird," and he is poor.
00:25:05But she asked our Prophet for a prayer.
00:25:08So, for example, I think that's a living example that shows how important the issue of zakat (alms) is.
00:25:17Isn't that right, sir?
00:25:18When Torkadan gets rich, he tries to say, "I earned it, what right does anyone else have?"
00:25:23Don't get up, yes.
00:25:24There is a verse in the Quran, in the first surah revealed, that warns that humankind can become arrogant when they see themselves as wealthy.
00:25:33Sir, those events were experienced so that they might serve as a lesson to us.
00:25:38However, God Almighty,
00:25:42I'm sorry, I'm sorry
00:25:48He explicitly stipulated that the poor have a certain share in the wealth of the rich.
00:25:56When we say "specific," it means that the poor cannot go and loot the rich.
00:26:02Or, let's split it, let's divide it; you have a right to it.
00:26:06No, you're right.
00:26:08There is a limited right.
00:26:09Our Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said that Allah Almighty has placed the responsibility of providing for the poor on the shoulders of the rich.
00:26:18He named it zakat, sadaqa fitr, and sacrifice.
00:26:22Oh, you rich people!
00:26:24You do not have the authority to spend all the wealth God has given you on yourselves.
00:26:29You have a responsibility to support the poor.
00:26:32If you do not provide for their livelihood, you will not find peace in your own earnings.
00:26:38You won't even be able to feel comfortable in your own home.
00:26:41You go from one problem to another.
00:26:43"You are obligated to provide for them," said our Prophet.
00:26:48So, dear professor, it's very difficult to give.
00:26:51Yes.
00:26:52It's easy to buy.
00:26:53Giving is very difficult for a human being.
00:26:56Perhaps that is why God Almighty loves the generous.
00:26:59Our beloved Prophet.
00:27:00Amen.
00:27:01I even read about it in the Seerah (biography of the Prophet).
00:27:04Our Prophet was almost going to curse someone.
00:27:08He says, "Pray that you are generous."
00:27:11Gee.
00:27:12Look.
00:27:13So generosity can even correct mistakes in other areas.
00:27:18Yes.
00:27:19Dear professor, the word zakat literally means purification.
00:27:24So how can a possession purify a person?
00:27:27So, that substance will leave us, and at the same time, it will purify us.
00:27:31Sir, it's quite easy to understand.
00:27:34Because if something harmful were mixed into our drink or food, we wouldn't choose to eat or drink it unless we removed it.
00:27:47Because it is not purified.
00:27:49There are things in it that shouldn't be there.
00:27:53As you have pointed out, God Almighty commands us to take from the rich and give the amount of zakat to the poor, so that He may purify the wealth of the rich.
00:28:05And purify your souls.
00:28:08The purification of the soul means the happiness one will attain by obeying God's command.
00:28:16As with all obligatory duties, there is a remedy, a cure, for the obligation of zakat.
00:28:24And this medicine has no side effects.
00:28:27If a rich person were to buy two tons of coal and one ton of firewood for a poor person as part of their zakat (charity), the poor person and their children, who are shivering from the cold, would benefit.
00:28:40If that rich man saw her laughing and playing around in the warmth of the stove, the world would become hers.
00:28:50Those who cannot find food, those who cannot find food, or those who are fighting against the infidels today, especially in Gaza, Myanmar, East Turkistan, and in the events happening right now...
00:29:01as it is
00:29:02a wealthy person who rushes to their aid and ensures they have a comfortable iftar, a peaceful suhoor, and something to eat at their table.
00:29:14When he says "Alhamdulillah" (Praise be to Allah), it is as if all the possessions of the world become his.
00:29:21It is said that this involves purifying one's possessions and cleansing one's soul, thus freeing oneself from wrongdoing.
00:29:27For him, zakat is indispensable, not left to the individual's discretion, but a form of worship ordained by God and obligatory to perform.
00:29:40Now, when a person achieves something, they believe they have achieved it entirely on their own.
00:29:46He thinks so, and the person likes it, that is, he likes to think that way.
00:29:52But by giving zakat, we are probably actually acknowledging something.
00:29:57What do we acknowledge by giving zakat?
00:30:00Perhaps it's like realizing that all possessions belong to God.
00:30:04What did he say, sir?
00:30:06And from what We have ordained for them, they spend.
00:30:09You are giving from what we give.
00:30:11Don't think you're giving away your own property.
00:30:14You will subtract one lira from forty and give it, but think of God who gave you those forty.
00:30:21You are not giving from your own possessions.
00:30:23You are giving from the wealth that God has given you.
00:30:26He too could have wanted it; we have a general rule that both possessions and life belong to God.
00:30:32And as I said earlier, this isn't just a bombastic statement.
00:30:37God bless you, God bless you وَاَنْوَالَهُمْ بِأَنَّ لَهُمُ الْجَنَّةِ
00:30:43God has bought from the believers their lives and their possessions in exchange for Paradise, it is said.
00:30:48By reciting the declaration of oneness of God (kalima-i shahada), we have sold our possessions and our lives to God.
00:30:53God has also promised us paradise.
00:30:55"Well, if the property belongs to Him and the life belongs to Him, then fast for a month," he said.
00:31:01If he wanted to, he could have said to keep it for six months.
00:31:03Because it's his life, yes.
00:31:05He said to give one-fortieth.
00:31:07If he wanted, he could have said you'll give him half.
00:31:10It's his property, but he didn't say so.
00:31:12He knows his servant.
00:31:14He knows how much his servant can endure.
00:31:16He could have made fifty daily prayers obligatory, but he chose five.
00:31:21He has ordained a zakat of one-fortieth.
00:31:23The other one has made performing Hajj obligatory.
00:31:25Because He knows, He has entrusted His servant with only what he is capable of doing.
00:31:32La yukellifullahu, your soul must be hus'aha.
00:31:34The verse generally means, "Allah does not burden you with more than you can bear."
00:31:40The translation is also correct.
00:31:41But I heard a comment from someone here.
00:31:46I liked it very much, sir.
00:31:48This means that God does not burden anyone with more than they can bear.
00:31:52If he loaded it, it means you can take it, he says.
00:31:56If He has made it obligatory, if He has given it as a duty, if He has made it necessary, what can I do? I don't have the power to do it.
00:32:03If we had the means, we would do it; we are doing as much as we can.
00:32:06No, that's not true.
00:32:07If He made it obligatory, it was because He knew you.
00:32:10You will be able to take it, for He has ordained it.
00:32:13Therefore, there is no room for neglect or delay.
00:32:17Because every delay involves a degree of abandonment.
00:32:21Yes, sir.
00:32:23It is now said that charity is more acceptable when given secretly.
00:32:27But there is no such secrecy in zakat.
00:32:31Both zakat and zakat are permissible.
00:32:33Giving it publicly is permissible, as is giving it secretly.
00:32:37What intention would he have when giving it publicly?
00:32:39By "public," we mean openly.
00:32:40Now we are using certain things, words, and reforms, Professor Dursun Aral.
00:32:46We assume that young people already know this.
00:32:49Aleni is one of them.
00:32:51What should be the Muslim's intention in the case of giving openly?
00:32:56I'll give so that people see me giving, and then they'll give too.
00:33:00It will be given as an incentive.
00:33:02How will he give it secretly?
00:33:05I'll keep it confidential.
00:33:06Let that remain between me and God.
00:33:08And look at both of them.
00:33:11Whether given publicly or secretly,
00:33:14There is no question of humiliating the poor person's self-respect by saying, "This is my zakat (charity)."
00:33:20Intention is a matter of the heart.
00:33:22If he intends to give zakat from his heart,
00:33:25Whether given secretly or openly, zakat is still fulfilled.
00:33:27Both are permissible in Zakat.
00:33:30But what we call charity, the charity given at the end of Ramadan, is permissible, whether openly or secretly.
00:33:35Because it is also obligatory.
00:33:37Abandoning it is a religious practice punishable by law.
00:33:40When it comes to voluntary charity, which we call almsgiving, the more secretly it is given, the more acceptable it is.
00:33:49All our viewers know the limit.
00:33:53If something is done so secretly that the left hand does not know what the right hand has given, then its reward is higher in the sight of God.
00:34:00There will be more.
00:34:01If he were to put it into practice today, sir...
00:34:07If the donation is sent to the bank account of a poor person and with the intention of giving zakat, then it is considered valid zakat.
00:34:15If the poor person has obtained the rich person's bank account information from somewhere,
00:34:22They might not even know who sent it.
00:34:24There's a name, but it's possible someone she doesn't know sent it to her.
00:34:28I also recommend this to my esteemed fellow religious officials.
00:34:34They shouldn't say to the rich, "Give us your zakat so we can give it to the poor."
00:34:39I'll send you the poor person's bank account information, and you can send it directly to them, sir.
00:34:45It would be more acceptable if they said so.
00:34:46Yes.
00:34:47Of course, there are also NGOs.
00:34:50That is, the Presidency of the Ministry of Trade, sir.
00:34:53These institutions have an advantage, sir.
00:34:55What the right hand gives, the left hand doesn't know.
00:34:58That's actually the most suitable option.
00:35:00Very good.
00:35:01Neither the giver nor the receiver knows.
00:35:04Secondly, sir, how difficult is it for me to send a thousand liras to Gaza?
00:35:10No, it's impossible.
00:35:11But when I send it through an institution, whether it's a thousand lira or a hundred lira, it reaches the poor.
00:35:18The only thing we need to pay attention to here is whether these good institutions, these trustworthy institutions, are giving zakat, donations, vows, sacrifices, or voluntary sacrifices.
00:35:30They carved out columns and squares there, just to see if it was there.
00:35:34Let's mark the zakat there, let's mark the sadaqa, fitr, and ransom so that they know where to spend it.
00:35:44Then there are donations, which gives the institution more flexibility and allows it to spend money wherever it wants.
00:35:49Zakat and fitra will definitely go to the poor.
00:35:52I think we should actually discuss the issue of assignment of ownership in our conversation.
00:35:56As I said, sir, we'll summarize zakat shortly.
00:36:00Let's do it this way, esteemed professor, it's covered in the lives of the Companions.
00:36:08Abdurrahman ibn Af (may Allah be pleased with him) said, "Have I ever seen anyone among the Muslims who did such good and virtuous deeds?"
00:36:17I say, may Allah grant you the wealth of Abdurrahman bin Af.
00:36:20Amine.
00:36:21Now Abdurrahman ibn Af (may Allah be pleased with him) is coming to our mother Umm Salama.
00:36:25Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him), the Caliph, said to his mother, "You know that I am one of the richest people in Medina and Mecca."
00:36:33Will this product cause me any harm? Will it?
00:36:38Before the program, you said that the important thing is that final moment, that is, may God make our faith our companion, our last breath, and our end good.
00:36:48May he do it.
00:36:49Abdurrahman ibn Af (may Allah be pleased with him) was also worried about him.
00:36:52Our mother Umm Salama also said, "O Abdurrahman, give charity."
00:36:57By God, I heard it from the Messenger of Allah.
00:37:00He said, meaning that even among those who saw me, there may be some who will not see me in the hereafter.
00:37:07Gee.
00:37:07When he said this, Abdurrahman ibn Af (may Allah be pleased with him) left the side of our mother Umm Salama.
00:37:14He encounters Hazrat Omar on the road, but he is in a pensive mood.
00:37:19It caught the attention of Caliph Omar.
00:37:21What happened? Is everything alright? he asks.
00:37:23I was with my mother.
00:37:25I asked him this.
00:37:25He said the same thing to me.
00:37:27Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) is leaving immediately.
00:37:30To the side of our mother Umm Salama.
00:37:31"Mother," she says, "for God's sake, tell me."
00:37:34Am I among those who will not see the Messenger of Allah?
00:37:38Allahu Akbar.
00:37:39Allahu Akbar.
00:37:40Our mother Umm Salama also says, "Omar, you are not here."
00:37:44But honestly, I can't say that anyone else is missing from it besides you.
00:37:48Then things change.
00:37:49Things are changing.
00:37:50So, giving charity is a very important matter.
00:37:54Giving charity is very important.
00:37:56Sir, you know, there's the matter of earning money there, sir.
00:38:02And then there's the matter of using it.
00:38:05As you know, the Yunus series was broadcast on TRT1.
00:38:09Yes.
00:38:10It's called the Path of Love.
00:38:12I watched that series from beginning to end.
00:38:17I identified 345 sentences.
00:38:20I use them in my conversations.
00:38:23Please also watch Vefa Sultan, my esteemed professor.
00:38:25We'll deal with them too.
00:38:27We will get through this, God willing.
00:38:29Now, pay attention to what Tapduk Emre says, which is actually relevant to our topic.
00:38:36It is the water that makes a ship float, and it is also the water that sinks it.
00:38:41Wealth can be a blessing for you, or it can be a curse.
00:38:45If you earn from where Allah wills and spend where Allah wills, He will make your ship sail.
00:38:54If you earn money from the wrong place and spend it in the wrong place, you'll sink your ship.
00:38:58Pay close attention, he says.
00:39:02Therefore, with your permission, I absolutely must provide the following summary.
00:39:09There are various economic systems in the world, as you know, Mr. Dursun Ali.
00:39:13Some systems have not recognized the right to property, to the individual.
00:39:18Everything will belong to the state; whatever the state provides, the individual, the citizen, will have to be content with it.
00:39:23It went bankrupt in 70 years; it's not in line with human nature.
00:39:28Oh no, that's wrong, let's leave the individuals aside then.
00:39:32The capitalist system presented was one where it was said, "No matter where you earn it, no matter where you spend it."
00:39:38He is now referred to as a ruthless capitalist.
00:39:41Because they recognize nothing but money, and they don't consider those without money as human beings.
00:39:47He dares to say that they are not human, but other beings.
00:39:52Islam has survived to this day and will continue until the Day of Judgment.
00:39:57With what approach, with what principles, did he arrive?
00:40:00Believe me, I won't prolong this.
00:40:02No, please, sir.
00:40:04First, you must earn it honestly.
00:40:07No cheating, no cutting corners on materials, no skipping work hours.
00:40:12It does not contain money for alcohol, gambling, adultery, drugs, etc.
00:40:16If this provision were implemented, the current gap between the rich and the poor would not exist.
00:40:22It cuts off the source of forbidden things.
00:40:25Secondly, you earned it honestly.
00:40:28This is not all yours; the poor have a right to it. You must deduct the zakat, fitra, and sacrificial offerings and give them away.
00:40:34Yes sir, I earned it honestly.
00:40:37I have given what God commanded and what my prophet commanded.
00:40:41Is it all mine now? Yes, it is.
00:40:43Can I spend it wherever I want? No.
00:40:47You are obligated to spend in a lawful manner.
00:40:50You cannot spend what is forbidden, even if the wealth is yours.
00:40:54If I'm going to spend it on halal things, fine, but I won't accept this either.
00:40:57Can I spend as much as I want?
00:40:59You will avoid waste.
00:41:01Wastefulness is also forbidden.
00:41:03Even when spent on lawful purposes, extravagance is forbidden.
00:41:05You will earn it honestly.
00:41:07You must give the poor what is rightfully theirs.
00:41:09You will spend honestly and avoid extravagance.
00:41:12If implemented, it will bring peace to the world.
00:41:15It will bring happiness to the world.
00:41:17The rich will taste the pleasure of their possessions.
00:41:20Even the poor will attain the highest rank in paradise through their trials.
00:41:24That verse is also in the Quran, isn't it, sir?
00:41:27So don't be stingy and tight-fisted,
00:41:30Nor should you completely open it up and become destitute.
00:41:34O beyne zelike kavama, take the path between the two.
00:41:39Innel mubezzirine kanu ihvane sheikh.
00:41:42Those who squander are also brothers of Satan, he says.
00:41:46The extravagance here refers to spending on something forbidden,
00:41:49Even if he spends it legitimately, it won't be considered wasteful.
00:41:54Dear professor, God willing, we will soon be talking about the time for the Glorious Quran.
00:42:00We're about to hear from an extreme sheriff.
00:42:03But then I will say, sir,
00:42:06I'm going to ask, what is the essence of zakat?
00:42:08Hopefully.
00:42:09So, everything we need to know about zakat,
00:42:12Hopefully we'll be listening until dawn.
00:42:15We will listen, God willing.
00:42:18During this blessed month of Ramadan, we hold gatherings at iftar time.
00:42:25The tables are set.
00:42:29And we do these things.
00:42:32But without restricting zakat only to Ramadan,
00:42:37How can we spread this over a year?
00:42:40Should we explain it after the Quran?
00:42:42No, we can explain now.
00:42:43Of course, of course, sir.
00:42:44Sir, sometimes people say, "You've really struck a nerve."
00:42:50Currently, one of the misconceptions among our esteemed brothers and sisters is that...
00:42:56They think zakat is only a religious obligation during Ramadan.
00:43:00Zakat is given during Ramadan.
00:43:02Zakat, no.
00:43:03Why not?
00:43:05First of all, we'll say it in a moment,
00:43:07We will say that zakat becomes obligatory after one year has passed since acquiring the property.
00:43:11Your pharmacy situation is during the month of Muharram,
00:43:14If he became rich, we will also tell him the limits of his wealth.
00:43:1780.18 grams of gold.
00:43:20You don't have the right to wait until next year for Ramadan either.
00:43:24Just as you have no right to wait,
00:43:27The needs of the poor will never cease.
00:43:29He has rent to pay for his house.
00:43:30There are kitchen expenses.
00:43:32There are school expenses for your child.
00:43:35You will give it when you become wealthy.
00:43:39I will give it to you when I become rich.
00:43:41Ahmet became rich at another time,
00:43:44He will give it on that date.
00:43:45Therefore,
00:43:47throughout the year from the poor,
00:43:50I'm correcting it,
00:43:51The transfer of wealth from the rich to the poor will continue.
00:43:54The poor will also be able to earn a living more easily.
00:43:57Otherwise, there's a rush during Ramadan.
00:43:59There is a buildup.
00:44:00Trouble in 11 months...
00:44:01Let's say in 2 months,
00:44:02Let's hope that backlog lasts for two months.
00:44:04After that, no one goes near the poor man anymore.
00:44:06He doesn't think about it.
00:44:08Why did he say it becomes obligatory after a year?
00:44:11Look, it becomes obligatory during Ramadan.
00:44:12There is no hard and fast rule.
00:44:13Yes.
00:44:14And a little later, he tries to give a reminder so that everyone knows the day of zakat.
00:44:20Ok.
00:44:20Then, sir, let's listen to our esteemed sheriff now.
00:44:24Dear viewers,
00:44:26Our suhoor blessings program continues.
00:44:28Now is the time to be enlightened by the light of revelation.
00:44:35A'udhu billahi minash shaytani rajeem.
00:44:59Bismillahirrahmanirrahmanirrahim.
00:52:41M.K.
00:55:55All of the ill-gotten gains will be disposed of, and a year will pass over two months, according to the lunar calendar of this year.
00:56:05Calculating it according to the months is in the poor's favor because we use the lunar calendar, which is the Hijri calendar, once every 33 years.
00:56:15The calendar we're talking about rotates one year more every 33 years; if we calculate it according to the Gregorian calendar, it rotates one year more every 33 years.
00:56:22It would be one thing to leave out, but as you know, since I'm somewhat involved in the market, some things...
00:56:30Our friends said, "Professor, we are doing an inventory on December 31st, and we have many items in our warehouses."
00:56:37There are so many variations. Ramadan comes in April, then in May, then in June; it doesn't really stay in one place.
00:56:44Should we go through the property assessment again? Wouldn't it be okay to give it according to December 31st? Of course, December 31st is your zakat day.
00:56:53So, every year from December 31st, when you do your inventory, I have a request: when calculating your zakat, please use 2.5%.
00:57:04Instead, calculate it from 2.6, then the loss of one year out of 33 years would be compensated.
00:57:13When we say a year will pass, we first need to know the date of our zakat (obligatory charity) in order to understand whether a year has passed or not.
00:57:21Sir, we give it during Ramadan, I give it during Recep. What date in Recep and what date in Ramadan is our zakat day?
00:57:30Our birthdays are known, and most of us also know our wedding dates, sir. So, let's determine the date of Zakat.
00:57:38Why do we need to do it? Why can't the whole month be the day of zakat? Why was the price of a gram of gold this much three days ago?
00:57:48Let's say this much is worth now, and it's unclear what will happen tomorrow. Let's say he already has 10 kilos of gold; I'll give him his zakat (religious tax).
00:57:57I will give, but I will also give in Turkish Lira. How much should I give? How should I calculate it? Your zakat day is set for that day.
00:58:04So you can give two and a half percent of its value on the day of zakat. In my shop, it's ten thousand meters.
00:58:11There's fabric in one shop, and a thousand pairs of shoes in the other; he buys and sells shoes. How can I determine their value?
00:58:19I will calculate the day of zakat; this issue arises more often in construction, my dear brother Dursun Halübey.
00:58:28My brother, who works in construction and big construction projects, said, "Sir, I can't figure this out."
00:58:34Some parts of the construction are roughly finished, some are completely finished, and some have been sold. How does he determine the Zakat day?
00:58:42Do you know what he said? Oh, the first 81 grams of gold you possessed, the first thing you had...
00:58:50The date has become your zakat day; when that day comes, there are 10 apartments whose basic construction is finished. If I were to sell them today...
00:59:00How much would it cost me? I'm underlining this sentence: I bought it 6 months ago, now the materials have become more expensive.
00:59:08If I were to do it, how much would it cost? Write down the cost. I have 20 finished apartments. If I were to complete it in one day, how much would it cost?
00:59:15I'll write down my debt to the market, and also what I got from the apartments I sold previously.
00:59:23I have receivables, add that to my accounts. Currently, we have this many checks and this much cash.
00:59:31Add those, then subtract these, and after death, the net amount that will emerge is what we call the zakat base.
00:59:40"Give two and a half percent of it, teacher," he said, "May God give you more, but our zakat is not small either," he added.
00:59:50so
00:59:50He said it wasn't cash, so I calculated the zakat, and I calculated it again on the day of zakat and gave it. Oh, it's possible, you know...
00:59:58Index it to the exchange rate so that the inflation difference doesn't work against the poor. Give as you receive it; first, write down your zakat, know your debt, and give it to them.
01:00:10As time goes on, you have to keep giving and giving and giving and bringing it down to zero, over a year.
01:00:19There's something important to understand about this: I had 10 million [Turkish Lira] and I was doing business, but for 11 months I had no work.
01:00:26I couldn't do it. A month before my zakat day, I did a job and earned another 1 million. That makes 11. It's been a year since then.
01:00:35There was a rule that it would pass, right? Should I keep this 1 million aside and pay the zakat after a year has passed?
01:00:42Should I give it as 11 million, or should I add it to the old 10 million and give it as 11 million here?
01:00:51As we mentioned regarding the rule about Zakat Day, that's when the importance of Zakat Day truly becomes apparent.
01:00:58Sir, thank you Dursun Abi for your contribution on Zakat Day; the Zakat was included in the budget the day before.
01:01:06Of course, the zakat for the following year applies the day after the first payment; those involved in trade understand this better.
01:01:14I'm saying that if you sell an item on December 31st and make a profit on December 31st, that profit will be added to your income that year.
01:01:22You need to state in your declaration that if you sell goods and earn money in January, next year...
01:01:29It remains in the declaration; therefore, Zakat Day is very important, based on what enters the budget the day before.
01:01:37Without waiting for a year to pass, there was another expense on our car that was subject to zakat the day before.
01:01:44It's like we had assets subject to zakat, like we had 10 million, but we didn't have a car, we were just managing.
01:01:52We bought a car for millions, and the day before Zakat was due, that 2 million went beyond the scope of Zakat because it was for necessity.
01:02:01Yes, they left. If you noticed, we included a note saying "house, belongings, and car," in case they had one. Yes, they don't.
01:02:09Sir, we don't have a car, but we have about 2 million here that we're holding onto for a car, subject to zakat (Islamic charity) until we can buy one.
01:02:15We don't own a house, we're renting, but we have about 5 million here that we're holding to buy a house. Until we buy it, it's subject to zakat (Islamic alms).
01:02:24If you go and haggle, then it will be outside the scope of zakat. Sir, we have about 2 million here, but with my wife...
01:02:32We are saving up to go on Hajj together, subject to Zakat, until we leave here and give it or make the commitment.
01:02:40Until then, we have some goods here, but we'll be replacing the household items; these appliances are old and outdated.
01:02:53If you exchange it one day before the zakat due date, it will be excluded from zakat. Zakat due date has arrived and you still haven't exchanged it, but this money...
01:03:01We keep the item to exchange it, you are obligated to pay zakat on it, and we should understand the waiting period of one year in this way.
01:03:11Yes, sir, we said that a poor person must be poor and Muslim. What are the conditions for poverty?
01:03:20Having less property than the minimum threshold (nisab) means having a house and belongings, but also not having 200,000 or 300,000 lira in cash.
01:03:28This person is poor according to religious law.
01:03:30Then a new question arises, Mr. Dursun Ali: How much zakat can we give to a poor person?
01:03:39What is the maximum amount of zakat we can give to a poor person? We can give as much as does not exceed the nisab amount, including what we already possess.
01:03:50He has 300 now, we accepted the limit of 560, we can give another 260, but another poor person...
01:04:00Mr. Dursun Ali bought a house to live in himself, but he has a debt of 3 million on it. 3 million plus 560 thousand.
01:04:12We can give lira
01:04:13Because 3 million puts him back to zero, freeing him from debt, and he's also entitled to 560,000 lira as pocket money.
01:04:20We can give up to 560, but the poor should be careful; if they don't have debts, they won't take more than 560.
01:04:28If someone has some money in their hand, it shouldn't exceed the minimum threshold when combined with what they've received; otherwise, if they have enough, they shouldn't be poor.
01:04:38It is not permissible for a wealthy person to send a poor person to Hajj with their zakat (charity) saying, "Give it to our brothers."
01:04:47It is not permissible to send someone to perform Umrah, nor is it correct for a poor person to save up Zakat to go on Hajj.
01:04:55Until you save up enough money, you will only spend it if you need to, otherwise you won't accept it while you are poor.
01:05:01Hajj is not obligatory for you; you can channel it to other poor people and ensure it is given to other needy people.
01:05:08You will work there, esteemed sir, and it is right for them to take more than their due from our poor people.
01:05:18We said that if we also knew that there weren't any poor people who weren't close relatives to the point where they wouldn't need to receive zakat, then zakat would become more widespread.
01:05:30What is the boundary of close relatives, as you know, what we call "ancestors and descendants"? Let me first state the rule, then I will clarify it further.
01:05:39We cannot give zakat to those we were born to, nor can we give zakat to those who were born to us, that is, our parents.
01:05:49We cannot pass the names upwards: grandfather, grandmother, child, great-grandchild, great-great-grandchild; we cannot pass them downwards.
01:05:57Because we are obligated and required to look after them, if we are to give our zakat to them, Dursun Ali Bey
01:06:05We can meet our mother's needs with the poor man's money, we can support our child with the poor man's money
01:06:14That poor person's property belongs to us, and we are obligated to take care of them.
01:06:18Apart from that, uncle, aunt, nephew, cousin, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, provided they are poor.
01:06:28It is permissible to give zakat to such relatives, provided they are religiously poor and the amount given does not exceed the account balance.
01:06:37It is certainly recommended to start close and gradually expand the circle.
01:06:44But we are also introducing a rule that this applies only if needs are equal.
01:06:49My uncle's son is in need, he's poor, both religiously and otherwise, but he has 300,000 lira in his possession.
01:06:57poor because they did not reach the minimum threshold
01:06:59My neighbor doesn't have a single penny; he can't even pay his rent.
01:07:03I'll choose my neighbor
01:07:06People in Gaza cannot find food, not even bread.
01:07:09I can't neglect it by saying I'll give it to my relatives first.
01:07:13something here
01:07:15the most needy
01:07:16Those in need will be given priority.
01:07:18And let us try to strike a balance between the poor within our country and our brothers and sisters abroad.
01:07:27I would like to emphasize that we should not neglect this place or that place.
01:07:33We told the poor, even the poor, that he would become a Muslim if he was poor.
01:07:37But sir, we have a poor neighbor.
01:07:40He has no ablution, therefore he cannot pray.
01:07:43Being Muslim is sufficient.
01:07:45When you give it, zakat is fulfilled.
01:07:48We have another poor person who is spending money in the wrong places.
01:07:51He himself accounts for his expenses.
01:07:54the moment we pay our zakat and it becomes his property
01:07:58We will have fulfilled our zakat obligation.
01:08:01The expenses after that are his responsibility.
01:08:03The responsibility also belongs to him.
01:08:06however
01:08:07I want to give my zakat to a poor person who performs ablution and prays regularly.
01:08:11This is your choice.
01:08:13when I gave
01:08:14He also says "waste" in terms of spending.
01:08:16no brakes
01:08:18Ok
01:08:19May I?
01:08:21Let me pay your rent every month, sir.
01:08:23on condition that we get his permission
01:08:27I'll explain this a little later.
01:08:28Is it necessary to mention zakat?
01:08:30no zakat
01:08:31because you mentioned it
01:08:33a person's own intention in their own heart
01:08:35Intention is a matter of the heart.
01:08:36It's not a language issue.
01:08:38But our condition is this:
01:08:41the poor man wants rent
01:08:43whether debt
01:08:45If it is desired to be paid with zakat
01:08:48It is necessary to get permission from him.
01:08:50If you allow me, I'll pay.
01:08:53Because
01:08:54the same phrase is:
01:08:56in a scientific state, sir.
01:08:57He says
01:08:57a debt to be paid without permission from the poor
01:09:00It is considered charity given by the giver.
01:09:04not zakat
01:09:04if permission is obtained
01:09:06It is given to him on behalf of someone else.
01:09:08if permission is obtained
01:09:09It is given to him on behalf of someone else.
01:09:11whoever owns the property
01:09:14He is responsible
01:09:16Our wife has jewelry.
01:09:18He is responsible for giving zakat.
01:09:20if the brain doesn't have a property of its own
01:09:23however
01:09:24the lord too
01:09:25on his behalf
01:09:26If he pays zakat on his jewelry
01:09:29on the condition that it is in his/her name
01:09:31is valid
01:09:31is not obliged to give
01:09:34but if he gives it in his name
01:09:35is valid
01:09:36will not give in his own name
01:09:38from within, from the heart
01:09:39will not give in his own name
01:09:40As for Zakat al-Fitr
01:09:42as we are responsible for ourselves
01:09:46our children who have not yet reached puberty
01:09:48We are also obliged to give charity.
01:09:50to give
01:09:50We are also obligated to give Zakat al-Fitr.
01:09:53spouses each other
01:09:54He is not obligated to give Zakat al-Fitr.
01:09:57It is valid if given.
01:09:59pubertal but single
01:10:01puberty
01:10:02single
01:10:03We are not obligated to give
01:10:05It is valid if we give it.
01:10:06Yes
01:10:06also
01:10:07especially those who have reached puberty
01:10:09if we get them used to giving themselves
01:10:12that would be better
01:10:12Moreover
01:10:14For Zakat al-Fitr to be obligatory
01:10:17minimum amount of goods
01:10:18is necessary
01:10:19even though it is not the minimum threshold
01:10:22givers
01:10:23that would be a good job
01:10:24He will get used to giving
01:10:25He would have given charity.
01:10:26But
01:10:27If he doesn't give it, he is not responsible.
01:10:29the word is charity at the time of fitr
01:10:31Eid prayer, Eid day
01:10:35before sunrise
01:10:36children born into the world
01:10:38Giving Zakat al-Fitr
01:10:40It is obligatory
01:10:40those born after him
01:10:43as if it weren't necessary
01:10:44before in the womb
01:10:46pregnant
01:10:47pregnant
01:10:48people who have children
01:10:50for the children of pregnant women
01:10:53giving alms
01:10:55not needed
01:10:57zakat
01:10:58There are two indispensable conditions.
01:11:00we said
01:11:01someone's intention
01:11:02someone assigned
01:11:02I tried to explain my intention that
01:11:05heart
01:11:06He should not intend to do that.
01:11:08assignment conditions
01:11:09What is assignment?
01:11:11the goods we gave
01:11:12of property
01:11:13passing to the poor
01:11:14to make available for use
01:11:17as zakat
01:11:18not valid
01:11:19I'll give a rather sharp example.
01:11:21one of our ladies
01:11:23She has forty bracelets.
01:11:24one of them
01:11:26to a poor person
01:11:26to use for six months
01:11:28if he gives it and then takes it back
01:11:29using
01:11:31made available for his use
01:11:32not transferred to ownership
01:11:34And
01:11:35It's a matter of intention later on.
01:11:38yourself
01:11:39I gave
01:11:41while giving
01:11:42I did not intend to give zakat.
01:11:43one day later
01:11:45I said
01:11:46I had a debt related to zakat.
01:11:47Why me?
01:11:48I intend to give it as zakat (charity).
01:11:49The verdict is coming
01:11:50Sir
01:11:51still in the hands of the poor
01:11:53if it is standing
01:11:53intention of giving zakat
01:11:54You can
01:11:55from the poor
01:11:56if it has come out
01:11:57You cannot intend to give zakat.
01:11:58Has it been released?
01:12:00Didn't it come out?
01:12:00for aught I know
01:12:01If you don't know
01:12:01intention of giving zakat
01:12:02You cannot
01:12:03however
01:12:04I
01:12:06a carpet prayer rug
01:12:07I had given
01:12:08to perform prayer
01:12:09I gave it as a gift.
01:12:11later
01:12:11zakat
01:12:12I don't count
01:12:13in his hand
01:12:14We can count it as zakat.
01:12:15from your hand
01:12:16It has not come out
01:12:17Zakat
01:12:18saying "my zakat"
01:12:21as long as it is not necessary
01:12:22is a gift
01:12:23It is a treat
01:12:24even
01:12:26If it's meant to be in the future
01:12:27you pay
01:12:28as if it were a debt
01:12:29his own zakat
01:12:31your intention
01:12:31isaram tutmak
01:12:32provided that
01:12:33can give
01:12:34is valid
01:12:35the day will come
01:12:36giving to the poor
01:12:36stay
01:12:37or we
01:12:38we deleted
01:12:39It's over
01:12:39saying
01:12:40on the condition that you do not buy
01:12:41can count
01:12:44debtor
01:12:45He owes us
01:12:47will receive zakat
01:12:48fallen into this situation
01:12:49Yes
01:12:49we will get that
01:12:51debt
01:12:51to our zakat
01:12:53Can we count them?
01:12:55Honestly, right now
01:12:57our debt from you
01:12:58I count it towards my zakat (charity).
01:12:59means
01:13:00or from the heart
01:13:01intending to give zakat
01:13:03Mr. Ahmet
01:13:04Your debt is paid off.
01:13:05just so you know.
01:13:06means
01:13:08It is permissible
01:13:08saying
01:13:09there are scholars
01:13:10There is such a fatwa.
01:13:12but this job
01:13:13more guaranteed
01:13:14Mr. Dursun Ali
