00:02:47And it's actually a good topic.
00:02:49Because people can sometimes fall into despair in the modern age.
00:02:55In their self-examination, they may find themselves lamenting and asking themselves, "What have I done? What have I accomplished?"
00:03:02But there is one door of hope that is wide open.
00:03:06And we call that repentance.
00:03:09And God loves those who repent.
00:03:13Are regret and repentance the same thing?
00:03:16Let's start from here, if you like.
00:03:17Thank you very much.
00:03:21I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Satan.
00:03:25In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

00:03:45From the moment a person acquires free will in this worldly life, a process unfolds before them.
00:03:54God Almighty says, "Indeed, We have guided him to this path."
00:03:57We paved the way for him, he says.
00:04:00Imam Shakiran wants him to be among those who give thanks.
00:04:04And if he desires camphor, he becomes one of those who deny it.
00:04:08He is one of those who are ungrateful.
00:04:10Keeping the road clear is important.
00:04:12Because if the road only goes one direction, it becomes a mandatory direction.
00:04:19If there's no other way, everyone will do it the same way.
00:04:24In that case, God Almighty
00:04:26فَلَيَعْلَمَنَّ اللّٰهُ الّذ۪ينَ صَدَقُوا وَلَيَعْلَمَنَّ الْكَذِب۪ينَ
00:04:31God will also reveal the truthful.
00:04:34God will expose the liars as well.
00:04:37The process we are currently in, with all the freedom it provides us, is actually eliminating [the status quo].
00:04:45Because if it were mandatory, then everyone would be forced to come.
00:04:49But when it's not mandatory and is optional, then those who come will come out of affection.
00:04:55No one comes reluctantly because they don't feel love; no one comes unwillingly.
00:05:01This is a process that is fundamentally based on love.
00:05:06In this situation, some people may be experiencing a lack of love, or perhaps at that moment, the love for other things may outweigh everything else.
00:05:16Because our starting point is determined by the touchstone we call love.
00:05:23There was a time when the love of something else weakened the love of God, and our decisions were guided by that other thing.
00:05:35It may have happened.
00:05:37God Almighty said:
00:05:38وَمِنَ النَّاسِ مَنْ يَتَّخِذُ مِنْ دُونِ اللّٰهِ اْ
00:05:42There are some people who acquire certain things, and they love those things they acquire, those things they possess, so much, so very much.
00:05:55that
00:05:56يُحِبُّونَهُمْ كَحُبِّ اللّٰهِ
00:05:58It progresses, it progresses, and eventually they reach a point where they begin to love it as if they love God.
00:06:05What happens if the love we feel for something now rivals the love we feel for God Almighty?
00:06:13Now, when our decision rests between that thing and God Almighty, this mistake might turn out to be in His favor.
00:06:20This mistake actually reveals the underlying distribution of love, like a symptom.
00:06:27Because here, God is testing our feelings of love and calling those who are bound to Him by love through His messengers.
00:06:35قُلْ اِنْ كُنْتُمْ تُحِبُّونَ اللّٰهَ
00:06:38Say, "If you love Allah, then follow Him."
00:06:41Call them like this: "You are servants of God, you are obligated, all of you come," but don't call them like that.
00:06:47When you call upon them, say: "If you love Allah, then follow me, for I too love my Lord."
00:06:55يُحْبِبْكُمُ اللّٰهِ
00:06:56Let's search for his love together.
00:06:59When the journey is like this, the most important factor influencing the decision becomes love.
00:07:06Now, when love takes precedence over other things, when a person reaches a point in their life where they are competing with God Almighty,
00:07:15Even when one suppresses and relegates God to the background, what is the resulting appearance, what are the symptoms, what does it manifest outwardly?
00:07:24The decision unfolds in a way that God does not want, in a manner that God does not intend, in the life of the individual.
00:07:30A person allows something in their life that God has forbidden.
00:07:35Then the area he focuses on changes.
00:07:37Who is it directed at?
00:07:38Of course, it's possible if it's his child, in that direction.
00:07:44Even if God has forbidden something, a person can make a decision in favor of their child's wish simply because the child strongly desires it.
00:07:51If it's someone they love, their children sometimes become their best friends, their companions, their circle of friends.
00:08:01It's the group, team, or reputation they belong to; they're very attached to their reputation, charisma, and the career they want to achieve.
00:08:10If all of these things come to the forefront in a person's life with a love that rivals that of God Almighty,
00:08:17This time, influenced by their love, he makes his decision in their favor.
00:08:22In a way, God is now stepping back with his love.
00:08:26A person's love for God cannot dominate, influence, or direct their decision.
00:08:34Thus, the servant is saying to his Lord, "I loved this thing more than you, and I prioritized it in this decision."
00:08:44The mistake is essentially when the scales of love, their distribution, their balance, turn against God Almighty.
00:08:52Does that mean distancing oneself from God?
00:08:54So what is a lack of love? It's distance.
00:08:57A closer connection, a closer link to other things.
00:09:01When the matter concerns love, when it is based on affection,
00:09:06God Almighty said to them:
00:09:09Some people do this and they desire things too much.
00:09:14They desire it very intensely and they make mistakes.
00:09:18The first person to do this was Prophet Adam (peace be upon him). What desire did Satan instill in him so strongly that...?
00:09:27He became so strongly seized by the desire for that thing, so eager and passionately pursued it,
00:09:35He turned to something that Allah Almighty had forbidden.
00:09:39He came to them and said, "You are here," of course, through the interface of suspicion.
00:09:45Unlike other religions, we don't believe that the devil enters and mingles with them.
00:09:53The Quran tells us,
00:09:54فَوَسْوَسَلَهُمَا شَيْطَانِ
00:09:56It came through the interface of doubt and said, "You are here, you are beautiful, you are delicate, you are lovely, too..."
00:10:03So, how long will you be staying here?
00:10:05Is this situation certain?
00:10:08The issue starts with how long we should stay here,
00:10:13Adam and Eve remembered the words God had spoken to them.
00:10:18When God Almighty places them in Paradise,
00:10:21اُسْكُنْ اَنْتَ وَزَوْجُكَ الْجَنَّةِ
00:10:25You and your spouse will find your place in paradise.
00:10:29Alright,
00:10:29وَكُلَا مِنْهَا رَغَدًا حَيْثُ شَئْتُمَا
00:10:32Eat and drink as much as you like, but...
00:10:34وَلَا تَقْرَبَ هَذ۪ي الشَّجَرَةِ
00:10:37But don't go near this tree.
00:10:39Now they are eating, drinking, and enjoying themselves.
00:10:43But once the idea crossed their minds, how long are we going to stay here?
00:10:48They really liked the place, the location.
00:10:50They love it.
00:10:52To be taken out of here,

00:10:58How can the possibility of being evicted by a landlord upset someone?
00:11:02The fact that they too have not been given any protection,

00:14:30نُسَارِعُ لَهُمْ فِي الْخَيْرَاتِ

00:14:41by the grace of God Almighty.

00:17:38They can't bring themselves to believe it about God.

00:17:51Give it a name.
00:17:52So, change your perception of God.
00:17:56Lack of love is like this.
00:17:58When you become attached to the love of something else,
00:18:01that thing is a prayer to God Almighty,
00:18:03something that goes against something.
00:18:05So you are becoming immersed in the love of something else, despite God.
00:18:09And something that God has forbidden.
00:18:12Contrast,
00:18:12Love is like a vector, that's how it is.
00:18:14They have arrows and directions at their ends, just like that.
00:18:17If this side prevails,
00:18:20That would be a contradiction to God.
00:18:22It damages your love for God Almighty,
00:18:25It destroys with equal force.

00:18:30So, it seems God wanted to prevent it.

00:19:24Isn't it he who is driven by his ambition?
00:19:27They became captivated by the allure of eternity.
00:19:29This dulls the senses.
00:19:30That is, the love of other things,
00:19:34It dulls your senses.
00:19:36How do they manage to pull off this scam?
00:19:38They're coming to the man,
00:19:39We will take this much,
00:19:40We will buy two trucks.
00:19:42this much,
00:19:42We receive it every month.
00:19:43Suddenly the man,
00:19:45I've fallen for the worst customer.
00:19:47That's exactly the kind of customer I was looking for.
00:19:48They will be buying two trucks every month.
00:19:50etc.
00:19:51With the excitement it created within him,
00:19:54It's starting to deteriorate.
00:19:56He forgets the check,
00:19:58He forgets how to write.
00:19:59And the men lift them up and carry them away.
00:20:01Here is the story of Prophet Adam (peace be upon him).
00:20:03with this passion,
00:20:05The devil and his wife are also together, of course.
00:20:07What did the two of them do together?
00:20:09Therefore, in the verse, God Almighty says,

00:20:13فَلَمَّا ذَاقَى اَشْرَجَرَتَ
00:20:16بَدَتْ لَهُمَا
00:20:17سَوْعَتُهُمَا
00:20:19As if both men and women,
00:20:21the first two members of the human family,
00:20:24They both committed sin at the same time.
00:20:28Just like in Christianity in our country,

00:22:46When you enter your dreams,

00:22:55And what God has forbidden,
00:22:57they become capable of doing it in their lifetime.

00:23:04The Messenger of Allah said:
00:23:05I am a servant even to Adam,
00:23:07that is, among the children of Adam,
00:23:10No one is perfect.
00:23:12I say to young people:
00:23:13If only there were one that was flawless,
00:23:15He got up,
00:23:16He could have said this to Adam,
00:23:18Dad, why did you eat it?
00:23:20Why did you eat it?
00:23:21He would feel embarrassed too.
00:23:23What if it were really you?
00:23:24You seem to be flawless,
00:23:25You wouldn't eat it if you were me.
00:23:27But now we,
00:23:28sand in the sea,

00:23:59وَلَوْ لَا فَضْلُّٰهِ عَلَيْكُمْ مَا رَحْمَتُهُ
00:24:03مَا زَكَى مِنْكُمْ مِنْ اَحَدٍ اَبَدًا
00:24:06God's mercy and the Almighty's purification,
00:24:11packaging,
00:24:12If it weren't for clearing his name,
00:24:14none of you,
00:24:17Look, nobody...
00:24:18including the prophets,
00:24:19all inclusive,
00:24:20none of you,
00:24:22He couldn't be cleared.
00:24:24And forever.
00:24:25God is clearing your name.
00:24:26is cleaning,
00:24:27He's clearing them of wrongdoing.
00:24:28Don't try to clear your name.
00:24:30فَلَا تُزَكُّ أَنْفُسَكُمْ
00:24:31God created you while you were still in the embryonic stage,
00:24:34اِذْ اَنْتُمْ اَجِنَّةٌ
00:24:36فِي بُطُونِ اُمَّهَاتِكُمْ
