03:37And we're all going to go to the well today.
03:42And I hope you'll join me.
03:49I had some oral surgery this week.
03:55I had made the mistake of getting three root canals.
04:00One, two, and three.
04:02And all three of them went bad on me.
04:06I started getting infections in all three of the teeth
04:09shortly after I got them.
04:12So, unfortunately, I had to have them all pulled.
04:18And the one back here broke when it came out.
04:24And it splintered.
04:27So, they had to grind the thing out for an hour and a half out of my jaw.
04:34And so, if I talk a little funny today, I apologize for it.
04:40I'm not quite myself right now.
04:44So, supposedly, they're going to build me a bridge for this.
04:49And they're not going to do anything with that one.
04:51But it's been a while.
04:55I was in the dental chair for three and a half hours.
04:58So, that wasn't a pleasant activity.
05:04Glad to have that over with.
05:06We got a revival coming up in May.

05:52The childhood demon of rejection.
05:56I've taught numerous times on it.
05:59I have a video you need to watch on it.
06:03Because the spirit of rejection and rebellion
06:07are the two most prevalent demons people pick up as children
06:12when they grow up in a dysfunctional family.
06:15You need to see that video.

06:26I wanted to show you what that demon can do
06:29in living color here in real time.
06:34Here is Jesus in John chapter 4.
06:40And it says Jesus had to go through Samaria.
06:45Now, Samaria was not a town.
06:47It was actually an area, kind of like Maricopa County, so to speak.
06:52And he came to the city of Samaria called Sukkar.
06:58And that was a derogatory term the Jews had given that city.
07:05Jewish people were prejudiced and they hated Samaritans
07:09because they were half-breeds.
07:11They bred with Gentiles.
07:15And the Jews hated them.
07:16They didn't keep the stock pure, so to speak.
07:21So they named the city of Shechem Sukkar,
07:25which means drunken rattle.
07:31And it says Shechem, or Sukkar,
07:35was near the parcel of ground that Jacob
07:37had given to his son Joseph.
07:40Verse 6.
07:40Now, Jacob's well was there.
07:45And Jesus, being wearied with his journey,
07:49sat on the well.
07:53It was about the sixth hour,
07:55which means it was about noon,
07:57probably hot that day.
07:58Jesus was exhausted.
08:01And here's another verse of Scripture
08:03that tells us clearly that Jesus became a man.
08:06Great is the mystery of godliness.
08:09God manifests in the flesh.
08:12He was worn out and he was pooped.
08:13He needed something to drink.
08:14He needed food.
08:15He sent the disciples into town to get some.
08:18None of them wanted to go get any,
08:20but because he told them to go get it,
08:22they did it.
08:26They didn't want to go into any city of Samaria
08:28because they hated them.
08:30They were prejudiced.
08:31And so Jesus was teaching the disciples
08:34that the glorious gospel of Christ
08:37reaches out to people you don't like
08:42because the people you don't like
08:44are loved just as much as you are by God.
08:48There's no discrimination.
08:49Everybody is loved the same unconditionally.
08:54So he gets tired and he's sitting on the well there.
08:58It's noon.
08:59It's hot.
09:00He's worn out,
09:03taking a break.
09:04But the Holy Ghost said,
09:08you can't take a break now.
09:10Here comes the woman from Samaria.
09:16And she came there to draw water.
09:19The poor thing,
09:20she went up there every day
09:22traipsing up to that well.
09:25Two big buckets on sticks
09:28to take him home.
09:31And she hated it.
09:33I'd hate it too.
09:34You know, in my house,
09:36I just go over to the faucet
09:37and turn it on.
09:38There's water.
09:38It's a miracle.
09:40Back then, water was,
09:42boy, a precious and tough commodity.
09:47And Jesus says to her,
09:50give me to drink.
09:51He asked her for something to drink.
09:53Now, that was, again,
09:55teaching the disciples
09:57that God loves people you don't like.
10:05Verse 9.
10:07He says to the woman of Samaria,
10:09how is it,
10:11she says to him,
10:12how is it that you being a Jew
10:15asked me for something to drink?
10:17Jews don't have anything to do with Samaritans.
10:23Here's Jesus teaching all of us again
10:27that people you don't want to have anything to do with
10:31are prime targets of God.
10:36And Jesus says to her,
10:37you know what?
10:39If you knew the gift of God
10:43and who it is
10:45saying to you,
10:47give me something to drink,
10:50you would have shut everything else out of your life
10:53and you would have asked him
10:54and he would have given you
10:57Zoe water.
11:00Zoe water.
11:03Water that is alive.
11:05The water in the well there,
11:07he points down there and looks,
11:09that water is dead.
11:11That's dead water.
11:13Water is required to sustain life,
11:16but it's actually dead.
11:18It's not a living being.
11:21But if you knew who I was,
11:25you would have asked me
11:26and I would have given you water that's alive.
11:31And the woman says to him,
11:33sir,
11:34you don't have anything to draw with
11:36and the well is deep.
11:37Where are you going to get water that's alive?
11:40None of this made any sense to her
11:42and spiritual things,
11:44as Paul explained in Romans,
11:46the carnal man
11:48can't grasp
11:50spiritual things.
11:53Have you ever been talking to somebody
11:55about spiritual things
11:56and it goes in one ear
11:57and out the other one?
11:58Nothing happens?
12:00Happens all the time.
12:01Well, people who think carnaly
12:04cannot grasp
12:05the spirit world.
12:08They don't understand the spirit world,
12:09it makes no sense to them.
12:14And Jesus said,
12:15you could have asked me
12:16if you knew who I was
12:19and I would have given you
12:20water that is alive.
12:22And she goes,
12:23what are you talking about?
12:24She looks down the well.
12:26You don't even have a bucket.
12:28I brought up two buckets.
12:31You don't have a bucket.
12:33How are you going to get water
12:35that's alive?
12:37That doesn't make any sense.
12:40Where is this water that's alive?
12:44Who do you think you are?
12:46Are you greater than
12:49the great patriarch Jacob?
12:51Notice that she says,
12:53are you greater than
12:54our father,
12:56Jacob?
12:57Notice that?
12:59The Jewish Samaritans
13:01considered themselves
13:02in the same heritage line
13:04as Jews did.
13:06She called him our father,
13:09Jacob.
13:10He gave us the well.
13:11He drank out of the well.
13:12He fed his livestock
13:14out of the well.
13:15His children drank out of this well.
13:17Who do you think you are?
13:20Essentially is what she's saying.
13:22Jesus said,
13:23whoever drinks of this water here,
13:26he points down the well,
13:27that water,
13:28if you drink out of that water,
13:30you're going to get thirsty again.
13:32And she said,
13:33you don't need to tell me twice.
13:34I come up here every day
13:36with both these buckets
13:38and take them to my home.
13:40It's exhausting.
13:42I've got to do all this work
13:43every single day.
13:47Then Jesus says something
13:49that confused her even more.
13:51Whoever drinks of this water
13:54in the well,
13:54the dead water,
13:55you'll get thirsty again.
13:57But,
13:58whoever drinks
13:59of the water,
14:01I give.
14:02He points to himself.
14:05She sees him do it.
14:08I give.
14:09You give.
14:11It will be in you
14:13a well of water
14:15springing up
14:16into everlasting life.
14:17Now,
14:17this was mistranslated
14:19in the King James Bible,
14:20verse 14 here.
14:23Jesus didn't use
14:24the word well.
14:27Freyar.
14:28Freyar is a well,
14:30a hole in the ground
14:30where you go down
14:31to the water table
14:32and you have water.
14:33That's a well.
14:34He doesn't use that term here.
14:37He uses a pagay.
14:39Pagay.
14:40Whoever drinks
14:41of this water
14:42in the well
14:43will thirst again.
14:45But the water
14:46I give
14:47is like
14:49a fountain
14:53springing up
14:54into
14:54everlasting life.
14:57Greek word
14:57Ionius.
14:59Eternal,
15:00everlasting,
15:01never-ending
15:03Zoe.
15:06Now,
15:07now she's,
15:08wow,
15:10what am I hearing here?
15:11He's telling me
15:12this water
15:13he's got
15:14is
15:16water
15:17that's alive.
15:18He tells me
15:19if I drink
15:20his water
15:21that I
15:24will
15:25never die.
15:27I will
15:28forever
15:28be alive.
15:30She's so confused
15:31now.
15:31It's unbelievable.
15:32She says
15:33she's shocked
15:34that
15:37and
15:38I'm not
15:39going to get
15:39a well
15:40where you
15:41got to dig
15:41down and get
15:42I'm going to
15:42get a fountain
15:43that flows
15:44naturally.
15:47A pagay?
15:49Is that what you're
15:50talking about?
15:53She's flummoxed.
15:58She says
15:58absolutely.
16:00You know,
16:00she thinks
16:00about it.
16:02Of course
16:03I don't want
16:03to have
16:03this
16:03dead water.
16:05I want
16:05water
16:06that's alive
16:07and that
16:08will be
16:08a fountain
16:09not just
16:09a well.
16:10That's what
16:10I want.
16:11Yeah.
16:11She's trying
16:12to work
16:12it out
16:13carnally
16:14and every
16:15time you
16:15and I
16:16try to
16:16work
16:16something
16:16out
16:17carnally
16:17it never
16:18works
16:19out for
16:19us.
16:20It doesn't
16:21make any
16:21sense.
16:24So she
16:25says
16:25carnally
16:26yes of
16:27course I
16:27want this
16:28fountain.
16:29That way
16:30I won't
16:30have to
16:30come here
16:31and draw
16:32water out
16:33of this
16:33well.
16:35I'm tired
16:35of doing
16:36it.
16:36I come
16:36up here
16:36every day
16:37hauling
16:37these
16:38buckets
16:38sick of
16:39it.
16:41So then
16:42Jesus flips
16:43over in
16:44the next
16:44verse,
16:45verse 16
16:46and he
16:47targets in
16:48on this
16:49demon of
16:49rejection.
16:50She picked
16:51up in
16:51childhood.
16:53She grew
16:53up in
16:54a
16:54dysfunctional
16:55family.
16:56Rejection
16:57demons are
16:57super
16:58power
16:58demons
16:58for
16:59children.
17:00They tear
17:01the child's
17:02self-esteem
17:02down and
17:05then they
17:07make up a
17:08story later
17:09in life that
17:10they can build
17:10up their
17:11self-esteem if
17:13we can just
17:13find somebody
17:14to love
17:15you.
17:15So they
17:16send out
17:17a quest,
17:20a lifelong
17:21quest of
17:21trying to
17:22find somebody
17:23to love
17:23me.
17:25It's a
17:26Sally Field
17:26syndrome.
17:27You love
17:28me.
17:28You really
17:29like me.
17:30You like
17:30me.
17:32Sally Field
17:33had a
17:33horrible
17:34rejection
17:34demon and
17:36all she ever
17:36wanted in
17:37life and
17:37never found
17:38it.
17:39Just find
17:41me somebody
17:41to love
17:42me.
17:43I want
17:44somebody
17:45to find
17:48me
17:48valuable
17:50and feel
17:51good about
17:52me.
17:53I need
17:54somebody
17:55to love.
17:58And so
17:59Jesus then
18:00goes after
18:00this rejection
18:01demon.
18:03He says
18:04to her,
18:04well, go
18:05call your
18:06husband.
18:06Come here.
18:07Tell him
18:07to come
18:08here.
18:08I want
18:08to talk
18:09to him.
18:11Well, and
18:12the woman
18:12answered and
18:13said, I
18:15don't have
18:15a husband.
18:18And Jesus
18:19said through
18:19the gift of
18:20knowledge,
18:20obviously, I
18:22know you
18:22don't have a
18:23husband.
18:24You've had
18:25five husbands.
18:26The guy
18:27you're living
18:28with now is
18:28not your
18:29husband.
18:30No, all
18:31those previous
18:32relationships,
18:34all those
18:35bad men
18:38were
18:38brought to
18:41her by
18:42the demon
18:43of rejection.
18:44He spent
18:45her whole
18:46life drawing
18:47in bad
18:49relationships.
18:54Bad
18:55men.
18:57Are guys
18:58different?
18:59Exactly the
19:00same.
19:00Bad
19:01women.
19:05Relationship
19:06after relationship
19:07after relationship
19:08garbage,
19:09trash,
19:10junk.
19:14All of
19:15them.
19:19Introduced
19:19by who?
19:20The king
19:21of the
19:21matchmakers.
19:23The demon
19:24of rejection
19:25from childhood.
19:26He had
19:27destroyed her
19:27life.
19:29She couldn't
19:30get married
19:30anymore.
19:31She'd already
19:31been married
19:31five times.
19:32If you were
19:33divorced once
19:34in that
19:34society,
19:36you were
19:36a piece
19:37of garbage.
19:39Nowadays,
19:40nobody cares
19:40whether your
19:40divorce doesn't
19:42mean anything.
19:43Back then,
19:44divorce was
19:45a big
19:45deal.
19:50And she
19:50went from
19:51one crushed
19:52relationship to
19:53the other.
19:53Doing what?
19:54Doing what the
19:55demon of
19:55rejection told
19:56her to do.
19:57He put
19:57thoughts in
19:57her mind.
19:58You know
19:59something?
20:00I trashed you
20:01when you were
20:01a child,
20:02but you're
20:03really a
20:03great person.
20:05You can
20:06find somebody
20:06to love.
20:07Here,
20:08try this
20:08guy.
20:10Oh,
20:11that didn't
20:11work out.
20:11Don't give
20:12up on
20:12love.
20:13Try this
20:14guy.
20:15And they
20:16had beaten
20:16this woman
20:17literally
20:17into the
20:18ground.
20:21And the
20:21woman,
20:21shocked,
20:22she says,
20:22you must
20:23be some
20:23kind of
20:23prophet.
20:24How would
20:24you know
20:24that?
20:24I've
20:25never met
20:25you before.
20:27So then
20:28she flips
20:28over and
20:29wants to
20:29ask him a
20:30bunch of
20:30religious
20:30questions.
20:34our
20:34fathers
20:35worshipped
20:35in this
20:36mountain,
20:36but you
20:36say we
20:37should be
20:37worshipping
20:39in the
20:39mountain in
20:40Jerusalem.
20:41Which is
20:42it?
20:44And Jesus
20:45gets out
20:47of religion.
20:48Religion is
20:49a cancer.
20:50Okay?
20:52We don't
20:53teach Judaism
20:54at the
20:55Arizona
20:56Deliverance
20:56Center because
20:56it's a
20:57dead
20:57religion.
20:58Why would
20:59you teach
21:00a religion
21:01that doesn't
21:02save you?
21:04Okay.
21:05Jesus said,
21:06let's get
21:06out of
21:07religion for
21:07a second.
21:08That's a
21:08dead-end
21:08street.
21:10Because the
21:11hour is
21:12going to
21:12come when
21:14you will
21:14not be
21:15worshipping
21:15at Mount
21:16Garrison or
21:19Mount Sinai or
21:20any other
21:20mountain.
21:24You will
21:24not be
21:25doing that
21:28because you
21:29worship what
21:30you don't
21:30understand.
21:33We know
21:34what we
21:34worship for
21:35salvation is
21:36of the
21:36Jews and
21:37he points
21:37at himself.
21:38He's
21:38standing right
21:39there talking
21:39to her.
21:42Verse 23,
21:43here's the
21:43killer.
21:44The hour is
21:44coming and
21:45now is when
21:45the true
21:46worshippers,
21:49there's fake
21:50worshippers and
21:51there's true
21:52worshippers in
21:53Christianity.
21:54Did you know
21:55that?
21:55Sure you
21:56did.
21:59But Father
22:00doesn't want
22:00people to
22:01worship on
22:01mountains and
22:02buildings,
22:03in tents,
22:05in synagogues.
22:06That's not
22:06where Father
22:06is.
22:07Father is not
22:08there.
22:11Father's here.
22:14Father's right
22:15here.
22:17And these
22:18true worshippers
22:18that worship
22:19Father in
22:20spirit and
22:21in truth,
22:23those are the
22:24type of people
22:25Father is
22:25looking for.
22:28Why?
22:28Here's the
22:29killer.
22:29Verse 24,
22:31for God is
22:32a spirit
22:33and they
22:34that worship
22:35him
22:37must worship
22:38him in
22:39spirit and
22:40in truth.
22:42Those are the
22:43ones Father's
22:44looking for.
22:45power.
22:49Then he
22:50finally drops
22:50it on her.
22:52He says,
22:53well, my
22:53goodness, I
22:53know the
22:54Messiah is
22:54coming.
22:56He will be
22:57called the
22:57Christ.
23:00When he
23:01comes, he'll
23:02tell us
23:02everything.
23:03And Jesus
23:03says to
23:04her,
23:06that's me.

23:37rattle.

23:45told me

23:46ever did.
23:50She goes
23:51back to
23:51them and
23:52testifies.
23:53She's an
23:54evangelist now.
23:55She went
23:56from being a
23:57demon-infected,
23:58rejection-ridden
23:59woman with
24:01five divorces and
24:03a current
24:03living-in-sin
24:04boyfriend.
24:05She went
24:06from the
24:08outhouse to
24:09the penthouse
24:12in one
24:13hour.
24:18She goes
24:18back and
24:19testifies and
24:20tells them
24:20about all
24:20these things
24:21that happened.
24:22None of
24:23them could
24:23believe it.
24:25They said,
24:26he's a
24:27Jew.
24:27He wouldn't
24:28have been
24:28talking to
24:29you.
24:29That's not
24:29it.
24:30Come on
24:30now.
24:31No,
24:32yeah,
24:33yeah,
24:33he said
24:34these things
24:34to me.
24:36he's at
24:37the well.
24:38He's at
24:38Jacob's
24:38well right
24:39now.
24:39He's
24:39sitting
24:39there.
24:41So the
24:42townspeople,
24:42I mean
24:42everybody,
24:43packed up.
24:45They must
24:46have believed
24:46her.
24:48They must
24:49have believed
24:49her to a
24:50certain point
24:50that at
24:51some point
24:52she was
24:52somewhat
24:53credible
24:54because they
24:55went out
24:55there to
24:56see him.
24:59they went
25:00out to
25:00see him.
25:02The
25:03disciples
25:03got back
25:04just before
25:04she ran
25:05off,
25:06saw him
25:07talking to
25:07a Samaritan
25:08and they
25:08couldn't
25:08believe it.
25:10What are
25:11you doing?
25:12You know,
25:13they thought
25:14bad things
25:15about Jesus
25:17but they
25:18didn't say
25:18it.
25:25What a
25:25story.
25:26The whole
25:27town comes
25:28out.
25:35What
25:35happened
25:36there?
25:38What's
25:39God trying
25:39to tell
25:39you?
25:40God
25:40loves to
25:41use people
25:42to do
25:43miraculous
25:43things that
25:45you don't
25:45like.
25:53Have you
25:54ever had
25:54church
25:54jealousy?
25:55I have.
25:58I came
25:59out of
25:59the
25:59assembly
25:59of
26:00God
26:00denomination
26:02and a
26:03lot of
26:03times in
26:04services I
26:04would see
26:05God use
26:06people who
26:07I knew
26:08were all
26:09jacked up.
26:13And it
26:13kind of
26:14bothered me
26:14that God
26:15wasn't using
26:15me and
26:16he's using
26:16them.
26:19That
26:19ever
26:20happened to
26:20you?
26:20Just me?
26:21Okay.
26:23well, I
26:23got a
26:23little
26:24jealous.
26:25Somebody
26:26gave a
26:26testimony,
26:27somebody
26:27gave a
26:28word,
26:28you know,
26:29and I
26:29knew they
26:30were all
26:30whacked.
26:34God
26:35loves to
26:35use
26:38people we
26:39don't like.
26:46many of
26:47you listening
26:47right now
26:48have
26:48rejection
26:49demons
26:49and he
26:51ruined
26:51your
26:51self-esteem
26:52when you
26:52were young.
26:55he broke
26:57so many
26:58of your
26:58relationships
26:59up,
26:59you wouldn't
27:00believe it.
27:01Sometimes
27:02you said
27:02that,
27:03I can't
27:03believe
27:04what
27:05happened
27:05to me.
27:06Well,
27:07because it's
27:08supernatural,
27:09it's not
27:09natural,
27:10supernatural.
27:11He ruined
27:12your life.
27:13He kept
27:14bringing you
27:15plants.
27:16I call
27:17them plants,
27:18people that
27:19come in,
27:19they look
27:19good,
27:20they sound
27:20good,
27:21they seem
27:22interested in
27:23you,
27:23they seem
27:23like they
27:24like you.
27:25You know,
27:26they're good
27:27lovers,
27:28they're great
27:28in bed,
27:29they bought
27:29you some
27:29stuff.
27:30Initially,
27:30they sound
27:31good,
27:33but they're
27:33actually
27:34plants.
27:36And later
27:36on,
27:38the worm
27:39turns and
27:40suddenly the
27:41real person
27:42comes out.
27:43I've had a
27:44dozen or so
27:45people over
27:46the years tell
27:46me this story,
27:47this is
27:48absolutely
27:48truth,
27:51that their
27:52marriage went
27:53bad on
27:54the night
27:54of the
27:55honeymoon,
27:56the honeymoon
27:57night,
27:58it went
27:59bad.
28:01Something
28:02horrible
28:02happened
28:04the first
28:05day.
28:11What happened
28:12there?
28:12Well,
28:12the rejection
28:12demon doesn't
28:13have to
28:13play around
28:15anymore,
28:15he doesn't
28:16have to
28:16create a
28:17fraud
28:18anymore.
28:19he then
28:20flips to
28:22the purpose
28:23he sent
28:24that person
28:24to you,
28:25which was
28:26to emotionally
28:27and mentally
28:27damage you,
28:29and most
28:30of all,
28:31spiritually
28:32damage you.
28:34So the
28:35crowd shows
28:36up and
28:36says,
28:37wow,
28:37this is in
28:38fact the
28:39Messiah.
28:40That's
28:41amazing.
28:41It's him.
28:46And the
28:47Samaritan
28:47said to
28:48the woman,
28:51now we
28:51believe that
28:52he's the
28:53Messiah,
28:53but we
28:53don't
28:54believe just
28:54because you
28:55told us.
28:58The
28:58rejection
28:59demon took
29:00one last
29:01shot at
29:01her.
29:06The
29:06rejection
29:07demon
29:07always
29:07brings
29:08in
29:08people
29:08to
29:09criticize
29:09you
29:09and
29:10degrade
29:10you
29:10and
29:11humiliate
29:11you
29:11and
