05:48Say, I wanted to talk to you about something really important today.
05:51It's about the grace of God.
05:53And a lot of people don't know this, but there's different levels of grace.
05:59It's everything's at a different level.
06:03Yeah.
06:04Check this out.
06:07Many years ago, when I transitioned out of being a secular counselor to a Christian counselor,
06:13I went to God and asked him to help me send me a cure for the mentally ill.
06:21Because as a secular counselor for 25 years, I'd made a lot of money off of people who were sick or hurt.
06:32And back in those days, I had become a multimillionaire.
06:37I'm not anymore, because I lost almost everything in the 2009 crash.
06:42But back then, I had been a very successful secular counselor, but I had never cured anybody.
06:53I'd helped a lot of people.
06:54I patched a lot of things.
06:56I had helped them overcome a lot of issues.
06:58And I was really good at it.
07:00But I never actually cured anybody.
07:04So I went to the Lord, and I asked him, how does this system work?
07:10And what's going on here?
07:12And I got a series of revelations from God.
07:15And one of them was James chapter 4.
07:21James chapter 4.
07:25Now, check this out.
07:27Verse 6.
07:29James verse 6.
07:30Okay, now James was a powerful apostle, and he grew up with Jesus.
07:37Okay, he was very different from the apostle John or the apostle James.
07:43Those were different people, obviously.
07:45But they didn't grow up with Jesus.
07:49James was his half-brother, one of Mary's four sons.
07:56And he wrote this epistle.
07:59And he had deep insights into Christ and how God works with people.
08:07And here, for example, in verse 6, check this out.
08:10It says, God gives more grace.
08:12Okay, so there's different levels of grace on each child of God.
08:19Each child of God has a different level of grace.
08:26Okay, for example, in our services, our live services and our Zoom services,
08:34we see people healed, physically healed.
08:37And we see all kinds of people delivered from demons.
08:42In our services.
08:44Okay.
08:45We're one of the very, very few Holy Ghost ministries in the United States.
08:52Okay.
08:53Now, I'm not talking about other churches where you have people getting slain in the Spirit and stuff like that.
09:00I'm talking about the moving of the Spirit to actually perform biblical miracles.
09:08We don't get involved in strange fire miracles, you know, gold dust, glory clouds.
09:15We don't do any of that stuff.
09:16Here, I only focus on biblical miracles, Bible miracles.
09:24And I asked God, I need a breakthrough here.
09:31And here's what he gave me.
09:33Each Christian has a level of grace on them that's unique to them.
09:39And that level of grace explains the level of your giftings and your anointing.
09:47God gives you what you're able to do in the Spirit world, your spirituality.
09:55God gives more grace.
09:57And here's how he does it.
10:00God says to you,
10:02The key to getting more grace from God, moving up the grace ladder, is your humbleness before God.
10:26Verse 7.
10:29Submit yourselves to God.
10:32Resist the devil, he will flee from you.
10:37Here you have, God revealed to me, the ten steps of how to cure mentally ill people.
10:48How is mental illness cured?
10:52This is what I asked him.
10:55And this is what he showed me with the Apostle James.
11:00Here they are.
11:02Here's the ten steps.
11:03Okay, I'll read them off quickly.
11:05Submit yourselves to God.
11:09Resist the devil.
11:12Draw nigh to God.
11:16Cleanse your hands of sin.
11:20Purify your hearts.
11:21Be afflicted and mourn and weep.
11:28Turn your laughter into mourning.
11:34Let your joy be turned to heaviness.
11:38Humble yourselves before God.
11:41Number ten.
11:43Do not speak evil of one another.
11:46That's crazy.
11:48That's crazy.
11:51And I saw that ten step process.
11:55And I saw that that was the key to seeing people delivered from mental illnesses.
12:02The easy ones are depression and anxiety.
12:07The hard ones are SMIs, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, borderline personality disorder, psychoses.
12:16Those are the more difficult ones to get healed.
12:20The other mental illnesses are pretty easy to heal.
12:25But this ten step process will heal any form of mental illness.
12:30Any relative you have who's mentally ill can be healed.
12:36But you can see that the level of grace is the key to seeing people healed.
12:47It's the level of grace that you get.
12:52Many years ago, I mentored a patient with paranoid schizophrenia.
13:00And I took this kid on into the ministry and trained him in the area of deliverance.
13:09He joined the ministry team.
13:12And he went through deliverance as well.
13:18This guy had multiple, a legion of demons.
13:22He was addicted to everything you can imagine.
13:26Smoking, porn, alcohol.
13:31Wow.
13:31I mean, he had so many addictions.
13:34Well, because he humbled himself,
13:39he was able to slowly whittle through all these demonic strongholds.
13:45Within six months, he had stopped smoking.
13:52Within a year and a half,
13:55the demons of schizophrenia were gone.
14:01He had his mind back.
14:03We had gotten all the schizophrenia demons out.
14:05Within another three years,
14:14we got the lust demons out.
14:18He was a porn addict, a sex addict, a chronic masturbator.
14:23And it took another three years to get all those demons out.
14:27And he was with the ministry for five years and then went on and started his own ministry.
14:34We got all the demons out of him except the demons of narcissism.
14:42He left the ministry and still had that spirit.
14:47And it's, you know, it's costing a lot in this ministry.
14:50Now, I don't want to go into that,
14:51but I'm just looking through this process here.
14:54Every time we went to a new level there,
14:57God gave him more grace.
14:59We got rid of smoking.
15:02We got rid of schizophrenia.
15:05Years later, we got rid of these lust demons.
15:08You know, he lost all of his addictions.
15:13He stopped drinking.
15:14No more porn.
15:16No more chronic masturbation.
15:18And it was whittled down.
15:22But it was whittled down every time God granted him more grace
15:27as he continued to repent and humble himself.
15:31Here's how you do it.
15:32The first one was verse seven.
15:34Submit yourselves to God and resist the devil.
15:39Now, here's a key issue.
15:41If you want to increase your grace from God
15:45and increase your anointing and your giftings,
15:47and feast to me is the Greek word for resist there.
15:51It means to oppose the devil.
15:54This kid with schizophrenia,
15:56I had to teach him how to engage spiritual warfare.
16:03Instead of just taking a beating from the devil,
16:06I had to teach this schizophrenia kid
16:08how to fight back
16:12and how to launch attacks against demons.
16:18And it says,
16:19if you will oppose the devil,
16:20if you will fight back,
16:23he will flee from you.
16:26And over a period of years,
16:28we got rid of these legion of demons.
16:32And again,
16:35it was extremely hard work.
16:37It took,
16:38it seemed like it took forever to do it.
16:41It was very tough,
16:42but it happened
16:43because the kid would not give up.
16:47And we didn't give up on him.
16:49Verse eight,
16:50draw nigh to God
16:51and he will draw nigh to you.
16:54Here's another key issue.
16:56You have to come to God
16:57to get your
16:59anointings of grace
17:03so your giftings
17:05and your
17:06anointing
17:07and your ministry
17:08will accelerate.
17:10You have to go to God
17:12to get it.
17:14And you have to go first.
17:15It says,
17:16draw nigh to God.
17:17You go first.
17:18He will draw nigh to you.
17:20Friday night,
17:22a lady showed up
17:23at her services
17:23who was dying
17:24of esophageal cancer.
17:27And then she came in
17:28the next day
17:29for a counseling appointment.
17:31She never got healed.
17:34Okay,
17:35we weren't able
17:35to get through to her.
17:37The concept
17:37of the miracle list
17:39kind of fell flat.
17:42She was not grasping
17:43the concept
17:44of going through deliverance
17:47and getting cancer demons
17:48out of her body.
17:50And she was not
17:51doing this process
17:54James taught us.
17:56And she wasn't healed.
18:00Draw nigh to God.
18:01He will draw nigh to you.
18:03Resist the devil.
18:05Oppose him.
18:07He will flee from you.
18:09For example,
18:10in our ministry,
18:11we see people healed a lot
18:13at the live services
18:16on the Zoom.
18:17We have a level
18:18of grace from God
18:20to this level
18:22for physical healing.
18:24People getting healed.
18:26We're down here.
18:27But,
18:28other people
18:29that you know,
18:32John Lake,
18:33Smith Wigglesworth,
18:34Sister Edder,
18:36Catherine Kuhlman,
18:36and so on,
18:37Oral Roberts
18:38back in the old days.
18:39These people,
18:40Benny Hinn,
18:41had it
18:42before he cracked up.
18:45They had
18:46grace from God
18:47for this level
18:50of healings.
18:53Our level,
18:54our level of healing
18:55is down here
18:56and we're working
18:57on getting it higher.
18:58But it's down here.
19:00But these people
19:00had the gift
19:01of grace
19:02for healing
19:03that was way
19:05up there.
19:08Same thing
19:09for any other
19:10field of ministry.
19:11The gift
19:12of preaching.
19:13The gift
19:14of teaching.
19:16All these things.
19:18They are
19:19administered
19:20to each
19:21born-again Christian
19:22based on
19:24the level
19:24of grace
19:25that God
19:26gives them
19:26based on
19:27their humbleness
19:28before God.
19:30Based on
19:31James chapter 4.
19:33These 10 steps.
19:36These are the
19:3710 steps
19:38that you need
19:39to go through
19:39to go from
19:41someone who prays
19:42for healing
19:43and sees some
19:44people healed.
19:44For example,
19:45the healing rooms.
19:47Everybody's heard
19:47of the healing rooms
19:48and everybody
19:49has them.
19:50They have
19:50Sozo healing rooms.
19:52They got
19:52cleansing stream healing.
19:53There's healing rooms
19:54all over the country.
19:56Well,
19:56those healing rooms
19:57only have an anointing
19:58for healing
19:58that's down here
20:00like where we are.
20:04Not up here
20:05where
20:05Catherine Kuhlman
20:07and Sister Etter
20:08and so on were.
20:09The grace they had.
20:11And in order to get
20:13your giftings
20:16accelerated,
20:18you have to go through
20:20this 10-step process
20:21for James.
20:23You got to start
20:23opposing the devil
20:24and you got to get him
20:26to flee from you.
20:28You got to draw
20:28an eye to God first
20:29and you got to
20:31cleanse your hands
20:32you sinners.
20:34Now this is an
20:34interesting statement
20:36and it's misinterpreted
20:38all the time.
20:39Harmatolos
20:40is the Greek word
20:41for sinners there.
20:43It means
20:44people who live
20:46practicing sin.
20:48That could be
20:49a sinner
20:50or that could be
20:52a Christian.
20:53How many of you know
20:55and I know
20:57I don't know
20:58how many I've known
20:59over the years
21:00of Christians
21:01who are living
21:03in sin.
21:04They've got
21:05they're born again
21:05Christians
21:06but they got
21:08pockets of sin
21:09in their life.
21:11Little pockets.
21:14Tiny little sewers
21:15over here
21:16over here
21:17and nobody knows
21:18about it
21:18and nobody sees it.
21:19Kind of a secret.
21:20Well James
21:23is saying
21:23look
21:23this has all
21:24got to come out
21:25it's got to be
21:25exposed
21:26and you have
21:27to cleanse
21:28your hands
21:29of sin.
21:33Then he said
21:34you have to
21:34purify your hearts
21:36you double minded.
21:40You got to
21:41purify
21:42your hearts
21:43and believe it
21:45or not
21:45I know this
21:46sounds nuts
21:47but Christians
21:48who have
21:49their Holy Spirit
21:50living in their
21:50spirit man
21:51can have
21:53rotten
21:54crap
21:55in their soul.
21:59Crappy
21:59negative
22:01crappy
22:02negative
22:03thinking patterns
22:04stains
22:07in the soul
22:08causing
22:09wounds
22:11and negative
22:11emotions.
22:14When you're
22:15working with
22:16a mentally ill
22:16person
22:17this is
22:19what will
22:19happen to
22:19you
22:20every time
22:21you give
22:21a mentally
22:22ill person
22:23hard truth
22:24direct
22:25truth
22:26inside
22:27their soul
22:28while you're
22:30standing there
22:30talking to
22:31them
22:31they will
22:33have a
22:33burst
22:34of
22:38negative
22:39emotion
22:40you know
22:41almost like
22:42a firecracker
22:43going off
22:43bang
22:44and that
22:46little
22:46burst
22:46in there
22:47when you
22:48give them
22:48hard
22:49truth
22:49is this
22:51explosion
22:52of
22:53hatred
22:53hatred
22:55to have
22:56to listen
22:56to it
22:57hatred
22:58to have
22:58to face
22:59it
22:59hatred
23:00for you
23:00for sharing
23:01it
23:01now they
23:03may not
23:03express
23:04it
23:05but the
23:06triggers
23:06in there
23:07it just
23:07fires
23:08just like
23:09that
23:09and this
23:12is what
23:12james
23:12is talking
23:13about
23:13purify

24:29inside

24:31person

24:32they're

24:32hard
24:33truth

24:35happened
24:36to
24:36Jesus

24:38Pharisees

24:42power
24:42demons
24:43familiar
24:44spirits
