01:10And you know, soup is something you can throw into a crock pot and then six, seven, eight hours later,

01:21And well, I've been sent a recipe for lentil soup by Anthony DeMeo.
01:28And of course, he wanted me to give a shout out to his nephews and his niece.
01:36We're talking about Marco, Alania, and Gino.
01:40You know, so I'm giving a nice shout out to them.
01:45And you know, he sent me a recipe for lentil soup.
01:50And lentil soup is a healthy soup.

01:54We're ready to go.
01:55And we're going to get this together really fast.
01:59So we're not going to be using the olive oil.
02:01But you know, we're just going to throw everything into the crock pot.
02:06And you know, we're going to throw in some of this chopped garlic into the crock pot, into the crock

02:19We got this, all these diced celery, onions, and carrots that we're going to throw into the crock pot, into

02:51Okay, we're going to drop the whole bag of lentils in there.

03:02We're going to take six cups of water and toss it in here.

03:53And we've already taken the wrap off, so we can expedite.
