00:47all right here we are again and today i'm making a buttermilk biscuit
00:55ham pot pie though i'm actually going to be using grains already got some uh
01:02pre-chopped carrots celery and onion but i have to now chop the bulb of uh fennel

03:58all right the next uh step is we're gonna pre-cook all these veggies
04:05in the oven for 25 minutes at 30 50 degrees so let's put in some olive oil

04:37and we're gonna bake this up at 350 for 25 minutes before that we'll put on some spices

04:53a little bit of garlic powder
04:57and of course to wake up the flavors the accent
05:02and we're gonna bake it now we're gonna bake this at 350 for 25 minutes
05:16all right into the oven for 25 minutes at 350 alexa set a timer for 25 minutes
05:24all right now we gotta cube up some ham about two cups worth of pre-cooked ham that we have

07:22all right we're about 10 minutes to our cooking process
07:25so let's take a look at what's going on in the oven you got to stir this up a little

07:32make sure it cooks up evenly
07:35all right all right now we're going to slice up some uh tarragon

07:44so let's chop up a little bit of tarragon

08:15all right i got a quarter stick of butter in this saucepan
08:19we're going to let this melt and then we're going to put in some flour to create like a thick
08:23sauce
08:25all right as the butter melts let's stir this up a little bit
08:29and add in a half cup of flour
08:37probably just about half a cup
08:43maybe a little bit more
08:46all right we got to stir this in and make sure it gets nice and smooth within the butter
08:52stir in the flour make it smooth for an hour
09:08it'll take too long there it is there it is there it is
09:13all right the next step is we're going to pour in
09:1732 ounces of chicken broth
09:22and we're going to whisk this up as we go
09:26so as we add in the broth we'll whisk it around
09:30to make it nice and smooth make a nice little sauce
09:39there we go we're also going to put in some time in there
09:47a lot of time alexa stop our roasted vegetables are ready to come out of the oven
09:52so let's put that in there and stir this up
10:01all right we got this has been simmering for about 10 minutes so let's
10:06put everything together first we're going to take uh
10:10the roasted vegetables and toss them into our roux here or whatever they call this thing
10:18the saucepan that we've been making okay we got the roasted vegetables into this little mixture
10:24now let's add the ham and the tarragon first the ham
10:33mix it up really good stir it in
10:43with our bigger spoon really mix it in together
10:47now get the tarragon in

10:57mixing it together and we'll keep heating this up for about 5-10 minutes
11:03until everything is nicely heated and cooked and then we'll put it into the oven with our gran's
11:10now we're going to take a short cup we're going to use gran's biscuits not regular biscuits
11:14not homemade i mean this has been a effort in itself of course let's pour it into that casserole dish
11:20we've uh put a little bit of uh pam on there there we go there we go all right now
