00:26All right, another recipe sent in by a viewer, Pirate Warrior sent in a recipe for lamb chops.
00:37Got these two little lamb chops, gonna fry them up today.
00:44You know, Mary had a little lamb, little lamb, little lamb, now I'm gonna fry it up after a marinade.
00:54Yes, I'm gonna marinate them, and I'm gonna have them sit in this marinade for several hours.
00:59Now, Pirate Warrior says no accent to be added.
01:02Well, I add accents.
01:05So let's start off with a base of olive oil.

01:13And now we're gonna add in our spices.
01:18Na-na-na-na-na-na, na-na-na-na-na-na-na.

01:22And of course, accent.

01:30We're putting some rosemary.

01:52so of course some lemon pepper

02:27we'll throw in some thyme
02:30we're going to need some thyme in the marinade
02:33so when you need thyme to marinate you have to put in some thyme

02:44all right we'll throw in a little paprika

03:07now it's time to mix this bad boy up
03:18whisk it up

03:32was up they're sleeping all right we'll get a little ziploc bag to put the lamb chops in
03:49there's one lamby chop two lamby chops put them in the ziploc bag
04:03and marinate these things probably about four to six hours by the time i actually
04:11get ready to cook it up there we go into the bag
04:21zip up the bag
04:24and now let's shake it all around
04:34cooking up lamb chops
04:38yep we got some uh time to get this uh lamb chops cooked up we got some potatoes in the
04:44air fryer
04:45along with some a nice ear of corn and uh it's time to get the skillet skilled up so let's
04:52turn
04:52on the heat that can't be beat and we're going to pour in some olive oil
05:00and heat up the olive oil
05:05we got our of course we have our marinated uh pork uh uh pork loin uh lamb chops
05:16all right time to get these lamb chops on so we'll grab up our tongs put them in it
05:25it's going to be really fast cooked yes these are tiny tiny lamb chops
05:31well yeah we got the oil nice and glitzing and you fry these babies up
05:45we do it the same way we do as we grill it you know we got a little marinade
05:51boy i miss grilling season it's so cold out now
05:54it's like uh i think uh uh if you try to grill today it'll be uh your food will turn
06:01to ice you'll be uh
06:03before you even take it off the damn fire it'll be fire and ice
06:12all right time to flip these around do a nice little flip turn the meat around cook on other side
06:22now
06:23turn the meat around turn the meat around you got a little nice little char on your side
06:30and we're cooking for medium rare here here we go here we go
06:39frying these up really nice let's do another turn spin in the pan spin in the pan spin spin spin
06:48in the pan
07:01temperature probe will tell us when it's done
07:06let's put some nice little garlic butter on our corner on the top we'll be putting some garlic butter on

07:19all right now we got to wrap this rest for five minutes
07:22and get ready to plate and eat our ribs ribs
