05:34Cambridgeshire, where they have an eye for detail.

09:12I'm going to show you how we make a whisky glass.
09:14Today, glassmaster Carl shows the group how it's done.
09:18So that iron now you can see is a reddy-orange colour.
09:21First, molten glass is collected on a metal tube.
09:24So what I'm going to do now is use this newspaper, fold it up into a pad soaked in water,
09:29just by
09:30moving my fingers and my hands underneath that pad, change the shape of the glass.
09:35Once the glass is shaped, air is blown through the tube, before being finished in a mould.
09:41Flow gently down here now.
09:44Come out of the mould.
09:46Now the top piece of the glass is actually removed in the morning when the glass is cold.

12:10We've been here eight years.

12:35For us, it's kind of an inspiration to see someone else doing so well.

12:39We travelled round the world for a year when we first met and we decided we were going to come

12:45And we sat on a beach in northern Peru and drew stores to see which of us was going to

12:58And since we've been open, we've made and sold over 100,000 pies by hand.
