00:00What's the matter with this thing? You've got the amp with me, have you?
00:03Four sets of holiday hosts, thus filthy,
00:07check into each other's places...
00:09Oh, wow.
00:10OK, that's cute.
00:11...and get to grips with one another.
00:13What was your dream when you were growing up?
00:15I probably wanted to be Spiderman, to be honest with you.
00:19Today, guests turn on the waterworks...
00:22Go on, Steve!
00:24Oh, he's done!
00:25He's in! He's in!
00:27...as they battle...
00:28The rooms are fantastic.
00:30But very modern.
00:31They're generic.
00:32To be named Best Value for Money.
00:34Lacks personality.
00:36Did they want it to dance and sing?
00:44The second visit of the week is to Bridgend Midglamorgan and Kay Court,
00:49run by Steve Clarke,
00:50who's joined in the competition by pal Andrew Smith.
00:53And it's a friendship that runs like clockwork.
00:56One thing that really bugs me with Andrew,
00:59is never, ever on time.
01:02We've almost missed planes.
01:04No way!
01:05I'm just around the corner means he's literally getting out of bed.
01:09Guests looking to take time out
01:11can choose from eight rooms priced at up to £200 per night,
01:15including breakfast,
01:16and meet a host restoring order.
01:18Kay Court Hotel remained dormant for probably five or six years.
01:23About eight, nine months ago,
01:24we breathed some new life into it.
01:26That has really taken off.
01:28We also have a Spanish-style restaurant here.
01:31That has really taken off as well.
01:33And this pair think they are competition-ready inside and out.
01:37So one of the uniquenesses of the place is the building itself.
01:40It's of Welsh heritage.
01:41Each room has a boutique nature, all equipped to the highest level.
01:46And the minute you walk in, you know you're coming into a high-standard venue.
01:50About to arrive are today's first guests.
01:52I like to come up with, like, really bad dad jokes.
01:57The ceiling's not that great, but it's definitely up there.
02:00Oh, for God's sake!
02:02Hitting the roof, our colleagues Fritha Jane and Justin Evans
02:06of Northup Hall Country House Hotel in Mould, Flintshire.
02:10On the last visit, Andrew outlined the accommodation.
02:14I think you'll be wild.
02:16You'll get the vibes as you go in there's a boutique hotel.
02:18But today, Fritha's still confused by the concept.
02:22I don't know what to expect with Stephen Andrews.
02:24They've described it as boutique,
02:26and boutique can be an excuse for it being a bit rubbish.
02:28They did plant that a couple of times.
02:30Yeah.
02:30I think it's either going to be charity shop chic or stunning.
02:37Look at that building.
02:39That is stunning, yeah.
02:40That is beautiful.
02:41Let's go inside.
02:42Let's do it.
02:44Hello.
02:45Morning, guys.
02:46Welcome to Kaikou.
02:47The price for the room is £140,
02:50and that includes our breakfast.
02:52Thanks very much.
02:53Cheers, guys.
02:59I expected more in keeping with the building.
03:03It feels a bit more chain hotel.
03:06Yes.
03:07Not boutique.
03:08As Justin and Fritha check the label,
03:10today's next guests are location scouting.
03:14This is Bridgend.
03:15Looks nice.
03:16Well, it's not Benidorm.
03:17Do you remember when you went there?
03:18Yes, I do remember when I went to Benidorm.
03:21We'll keep those stories under wraps.
03:26Resisting the Spanish Inquisition
03:28are Sean and Sarah Brady,
03:30owners of Silver Fern Glamping
03:32in Aberystwyth, Ceredigion.
03:34On the last visit,
03:36Steve crowed about his continental cuisine.
03:38The restaurant and the hotel
03:40both have a Spanish theme
03:41that runs right the way through.
03:43Olé.
03:43So today, Sean and Sarah
03:46are counting the costa.
03:48I love Spanish food.
03:49Love a bit of Spanish tortilla.
03:51I hope that's on the menu.
03:53And you like a drop of sangria.
03:54Yeah, for breakfast.
03:58Florida.
03:59Welcome to Caico.
04:01The room is £180 per night,
04:03inclusive of our Spanish breakfast.
04:06Muchas gracias.
04:07See you later.
04:10Oh, wow.
04:11Look, it's colourful.
04:12Looks brand new.
04:14With Sarah and Sean up to date,
04:16today's final guest is up for a ruck.
04:20Hello, Bridget and a little bit.
04:21I've been to the brewery field
04:23to watch some rugby games.
04:24Always had a great time there.
04:25So I'm looking forward to it.
04:28Ahead of the scrum
04:29is Paul Hooper
04:30of Hooper's Sandy Beach Guest Rooms, Swansea.
04:33Last time out when he hosted...
04:35Hiya, both.
04:36Welcome to Hooper's.
04:38Initially, guests were gawping.
04:40Oh, wow.
04:40Room with a view for sure.
04:42Oh, wow.
04:42Look at this, Sean.
04:43Wow.
04:44Light and airy.
04:45Look at that.
04:46Absolutely stunning.
04:48But on further inspection,
04:50for some, the stay came unstuck.
04:52It's like sticky stuff.
04:54I don't know what it is.
04:55I'm not impressed at all with this.
04:57Oh, look at that.
04:58Oh.
04:59And by morning,
05:01they were sounding off.
05:02So how did you sleep?
05:04The road noise is just too much.
05:06I had to shut the windows.
05:07It's like Branzach out there.
05:09So some feedback left Paul on a down note.
05:13So how did you sleep?
05:14I think a six.
05:16Two.
05:16It's about to be the lower two.
05:17Yeah.
05:18A two.
05:19That is a shame.
05:21But today, the reviews aren't rankling.
05:24It was good to get the feedback.
05:26You learn a lot more
05:27from your failures
05:28than your successes.
05:29They give me some
05:30constructive criticism
05:31which I'm taking on board.
05:36Hiya, boys.
05:37Hiya, Paul.
05:37Hello.
05:38Paul, how are you doing?
05:39How are you doing?
05:39Lovely to see you.
05:40You'll be staying with us
05:41in room eight.
05:43Room eight is 140 pound
05:44and that includes
05:45a full Spanish breakfast.
05:47Excellent.
05:47See you later, boys.
05:48Cheers.
05:51Well, this is nice and great in here.
05:53It's looking good.
05:55With the hosts out of the way,
05:57the guests can judge Kay Court.
05:59These pillows look really luxurious.
06:02Nice and plump.
06:03Good quality curtains.
06:05Heavy.
06:06Yeah.
06:06First impression,
06:07they look lovely and clean.
06:08Two big pillows here.
06:10Yeah, they feel like good quality.
06:11I'm pleased with that.
06:12There's just one little hair there.
06:16Oh.
06:16It's lights.
06:17Can't hear traffic.
06:18It's a nice duvet.
06:19I quite like the fact
06:20that it's not too thick.
06:21The sheet's clean,
06:23but the mattress protector's
06:24got a stain on it.
06:25That's a bit of a miss.
06:25They should have changed that.
06:27I really like the hot chocolate.
06:28I like that it's Welsh.
06:30That feels quality.
06:31Yeah.
06:32But everything else
06:32is a bit budget hotel.
06:35It's clean, it's tidy.
06:36Yeah, that's all good.
06:37Love these lights.
06:38Not a mark.
06:39Great job from housekeeping.
06:41Oh, that's a good shower.
06:43This is a lovely bathroom.
06:47Wow.
06:48Pristine.
06:49Beautiful.
06:50It's got definitely
06:51a quality about it.
06:52It's an airy stone floor.
06:54It looks fantastic.
06:55Looks really clean.
06:57Yeah.
06:57The cleaner one's a medal.
06:58Yeah.
06:59I love this.
07:00Yeah, good quality.
07:01This is more boutique
07:03than anything in the room.
07:04Yeah.
07:04This bathroom,
07:05smacks of luxury.
07:07Room inspections almost over.
07:09Paul's in another dimension.
07:11Well, that's massive, isn't it?
07:13Ow.
07:14Justin springs into action.
07:16Bit firm.
07:17Bit firm for jumping,
07:19but I think for sleeping.
07:20I'm happy with that.
07:22And Sean has a proportional response.
07:24I'm not sure this is going to be adequate.
07:26Well, and the towel.
07:29I'm not sure.
07:33Each year,
07:34Bridgend plays host
07:35to one of the world's
07:36biggest Elvis festivals.
07:38So today,
07:39hosts Steve and Andrew
07:40hope their guests
07:41won't be all shook up
07:42with a paddle boarding trip.
07:44I can't swim,
07:46so me and water
07:46don't get on.
07:48I can't go near deep water,
07:49so you have to step up
07:50for both of us.
07:51I'll give it a go
07:52for the team.
07:53And with everyone
07:54appropriately attired...
07:56Ready!
07:57...it's over to
07:58instructor Kerry.
07:59My name's Kerry.
08:00I'm going to be taking you
08:01on the water
08:01for some paddle boarding.
08:03In a moment,
08:03we're going to size you up
08:04for your paddles.
08:05Pop your hand on the T-grip
08:07and you're going to extend
08:08your arm all the way straight.
08:09Yeah, you won't need that for me.
08:11You've got a really good
08:12centre of gravity, mate.
08:13Don't worry about it.
08:14Oh, yeah.
08:15Every cloud and all that.
08:17As Sean's given short shrift...
08:20Go on, Sean.
08:21...the first of the group
08:22hit the water.
08:23That low centre of gravity's working.
08:27Looking beautiful,
08:28and your pull.
08:30It's like a swan
08:31gliding along.
08:32Paddling back to Swansea
08:33at that rate.
08:34Well done, Andrew.
08:37Man down.
08:39It's like a scene
08:40from the Titanic out there.
08:42You're up the creek
08:43without a paddle, mate.
08:45It was good today
08:46to see Andrew and Steve
08:47just give it a good go.
08:48It was definitely
08:49outside their comfort zone.
08:51So hats off to them.
08:52As the hosts find fans,
08:55Justin's in search
08:55of his sea legs.
08:57Don't worry.
08:58If you go in,
08:58you'll float.
08:59Don't worry.
09:00Don't worry.
09:02Justin, you'll be fine, mate.
09:03Honestly, just relax.
09:05Oh, he's on.
09:05He's on.
09:06Perfect.
09:08You got it.
09:10Couple of deep breaths.
09:11Justin, you've already
09:12done amazing
09:12just getting on it.
09:14I'll do it.
09:15Good effort.
09:15Well done for trying.
09:16Good lad.
09:17Well done.
09:17Well done for getting on.
09:19Thank you, Alan.
09:21Huge positive
09:22was you getting on that board.
09:23I think you were phenomenal.
09:25The guy can't swim,
09:26and he pushed himself
09:27well outside his comfort zone.
09:29Shows a lot about his character.
09:31Yeah.
09:32Back on the bank...
09:33Go on, Sarah.
09:34I'll have a paddle.
09:35Paul's not feeling deflated
09:37by past feedback.
09:38You're doing really well, Sarah.
09:40They've gone around the island.
09:41Here we go.
09:42You've got it.
09:44Woo!
09:45Oh, Paul's outstanding.
09:47Yeah.
09:48I didn't want him to be
09:48upset by the feedback,
09:50and I just hope
09:51it was taken in the right way.
09:53Go on, Steve.
09:54And with the afternoon
09:55floating to a finish...
09:57He's almost there.
09:58He's up.
09:58He's up.
09:58He's up.
09:59The hosts have made
10:00quite the splash.
10:02Oh, he's done!
10:03He's in!
10:04He's in!
10:04You do realise
10:05that the only two people
10:06have fell off
10:07are me and you,
10:07don't you?
10:08Yeah, we just hope
10:09that's our only failure.
10:16The second visit of the week
10:18is to Bridge End
10:19and Kaycourt Hotel,
10:21where hosts Steve and Andrew
10:22have invited their guests
10:24down to their bar
10:24for a bevy.
10:26Here's to a great day
10:27and an even better night.
10:28Cheers, everyone.
10:29Cheers, guys.
10:31And with tipples tasted,
10:33Fritha wants the down-low
10:34on the deeds.
10:36So what is your relationship?
10:37Are you co-owners?
10:39Well, no,
10:40Steve will explain
10:41the business side of it.
10:42Yeah, I own this
10:44with a partner.
10:45My background's manufacturing.
10:47Couldn't have been further
10:48from a hotel.
10:49And this place
10:50become available.
10:52Knowing Steve a long time
10:53and considering
10:54there's no experience there,
10:56it was like...
10:58It's very different
10:59to running
11:00what I would call
11:01a normal business.
11:02Sometimes you think,
11:03what have I done?
11:04I think we all think that,
11:06don't we?
11:06Yeah, and then you see
11:07the bookings are good.
11:08Yeah.
11:08That's wonderful.
11:10Your passion shines through.
11:12You can tell.
11:12You give your everything
11:14to this place.
11:15It takes over your life.
11:17And I love it.
11:19Steve understands
11:20that passion's important
11:21in any business.
11:22It's going to be hard work,
11:24but passion will get you
11:25there in the end.
11:26Next, host Steve
11:28turns the tables.
11:29Let me flip that to you, mate.
11:31What's your background?
11:32I qualified as a plumber
11:33originally.
11:34My business
11:35led me into
11:36the position
11:37as a maintenance manager
11:38at a very well-known
11:40holiday company.
11:41And that's where
11:41I met Sarah.
11:43Glad you took that job,
11:44aren't you?
11:44I am glad I took that job.
11:46We've worked
11:47a series of jobs together
11:48until we got to the point
11:50where we said,
11:51let's go do this
11:52for ourselves.
11:53I had a dream
11:54to have a glamping site
11:55that we built ourselves.
11:56Three and a half years ago
11:58we bought property
11:59with some land.
12:00I am living my dream.
12:02I was hoping
12:03that we would be going
12:04somewhere like yours.
12:06We genuinely hoped
12:07that we would end up
12:08in a glamping site.
12:10And I'm sure
12:10with these two,
12:11this will be decent.
12:13Dreams divulged.
12:14Sarah's intrigued
12:15by Justin's job history.
12:17So what's your background?
12:19I joined the army
12:20from 16,
12:21but I ended up
12:22getting injured
12:23and they put me
12:25in the officer's mess.
12:26I ended up doing
12:27a lot of high-end functions.
12:30Royalty was involved.
12:31Wow.
12:32So I left the army,
12:34changed career
12:34and that's where I am now.
12:36This is going to be intriguing
12:38coming to yours.
12:41I'm sure he's going to have
12:41really high standards.
12:43Yeah.
12:43Yeah.
12:43Probably be like
12:44a military operation.
12:46Drink's done.
12:47It's all off to bed.
12:50That's hot.
12:51Coming out of the cold town.
12:52Oh, really?
12:53One way round?
12:54It should be hot on the left,
12:55cold on the right.
12:56Emily Plummer knows that.
13:04The birds are chirping
13:06in Bridge End.
13:07Pretty good sleep, yeah,
13:08but there's green LED lights
13:10that light up
13:11a little bit too much for me.
13:13Out on the terrace,
13:15Justin and Fritha
13:16are also reviewing the snooze.
13:18How was your firm mattress?
13:19It wasn't a bad sleep.
13:21Yeah, I was happy with that.
13:22I do like a comfy pillow
13:23and as nice as they were,
13:26it's too hard
13:26and I think I ended up
13:27with a little bit
13:28of a creaky neck.
13:29Back in his room,
13:30Paul's feeling exposed.
13:32The view to the window here
13:33is of the car park.
13:35Definitely an issue
13:36of privacy.
13:38Downstairs,
13:38with breakfast prep underway,
13:40Steve and Andrew
13:41predict success
13:42for their Spanish-style scran.
13:45What we offer here
13:46is such a different breakfast.
13:48We're very confident
13:49in the Spanish theme.
13:50I think this is going to be
13:51the breakfast of peace, yeah.
13:53And as the guests
13:54take their seats...
13:55Morning.
13:56Morning.
13:57How are you doing?
13:58Yeah, good.
13:58How are you?
13:58Oh, all right.
13:59The concept is contemplated.
14:02This looks amazing.
14:03Good-looking options on there.
14:05Definitely got the Spanish vibe.
14:06It all sounds lovely.
14:08A lot of vegetarian options.
14:09I'm fancying the veggie focaccia fiesta.
14:12A nice Spanish influence.
14:14This is a Spanish-themed restaurant,
14:16so broadening your palate.
14:18When in Spain.
14:19I think everybody was actually sold
14:21on the Spanish breakfast.
14:22Yeah, it did look Spanish-influenced.
14:25To look at a menu
14:26and have four or five
14:27different vegetarian options
14:29was really nice.
14:31Theme thrashed out.
14:33Veggie focaccia fiesta, please.
14:36Orders are taken.
14:37The vegetarian, please.
14:39But no tomato or asparagus.
14:41Yeah, that's no problem.
14:42So we've got full English breakfast,
14:44full of vegetarian.
14:46Selection's made.
14:47The kitchen swings into action.
14:50And the hot stuff
14:53is served.
14:54Here we are.
14:55So I've got the sangria realba here
14:56with scrambled egg.
14:58Here we go.
14:59Wow.
15:00Wow.
15:00I feel like I'm in the med.
15:02Here we go.
15:02Thank you very much.
15:03No problem.
15:05Olé.
15:08That's a perfect poached egg
15:10in my opinion.
15:11Beautiful.
15:12Eggs are gorgeous.
15:13Really nice scrambled eggs.
15:14Yeah, they are nice.
15:15A nice selection
15:16of roasted vegetables.
15:17Totally Spanish feel.
15:18I mean, Jonah.
15:19For me, the Spanish theme,
15:21the quality of the produce
15:23shines through.
15:24Which is a good portion size
15:25as well, though.
15:26Absolutely, yeah.
15:27I thought the presentation today
15:28was excellent.
15:29Colourful ingredients.
15:30Fresh and vibrant.
15:32I'm loving the eggs.
15:34I feel the bacon's
15:35a little bit overdone
15:36for me, actually.
15:37I think mine looked
15:38a little bit empty
15:38because I'd asked
15:39for the tomato things
15:40to come off.
15:40I would have probably
15:41expected more mushrooms
15:42or more of something else.
15:44I don't really know
15:44what these are.
15:45I don't like meat replacements.
15:47I was expecting potatoes
15:49and I had some sort
15:50of veggie sausage.
15:51I had no idea
15:52what that was.
15:53Yeah.
15:54Food grilled.
15:55Talk turns to whether
15:56the stay itself
15:57has sizzled.
15:58So what's everybody's view
16:00on the hotel overall?
16:01The building is amazing
16:03but Justin's room,
16:04when we went in,
16:05didn't feel boutique at all.
16:07Felt more chain hotel.
16:10Lacked personality.
16:11To me, boutique
16:12is very individual.
16:14The rooms are fantastic
16:15but very modern.
16:16They're generic.
16:17The bathroom impressed me
16:19more than the room.
16:21Initially, it was like,
16:22fair play,
16:23like, this is a nice building.
16:25And then you open the door
16:26and it just doesn't match.
16:28Whether this is a boutique hotel
16:30or not, it's difficult
16:31for me to say
16:31because I've not stayed
16:32in a lot of boutique hotels
16:33but it certainly
16:35is a nice place to stay.
16:37Breakfast finished,
16:39it's time for the guests
16:40to tuck into
16:40their anonymous feedback forms.
16:43How were your hosts
16:44at Kai Court?
16:45Friendly hosts.
16:46Big ten from me.
16:48How clean was Kai Court?
16:50Small hair
16:51on sheet
16:52and stained
16:53mattress
16:55protector.
16:56Not a speck of dust.
16:58Cleaner needs a medal.
16:59Would have to be a nine.
17:01How were the facilities?
17:03Room doesn't match
17:04expectations of the building.
17:06Lacks personality.
17:07Hmm.
17:08Not boutique.
17:09Sex.
17:11The view out of the window
17:12of the car park
17:13could be an issue
17:14of privacy.
17:15Super quality bathroom.
17:16Tardis like cupboards.
17:18I think I'm going
17:19off a nine.
17:21Hot and cold
17:22the wrong way around
17:23on the basin.
17:25Other than that,
17:25overall,
17:26I think it feels
17:27brand new.
17:27Yeah.
17:28And luxurious.
17:30Let's do a nine.
17:32How did you sleep?
17:33Slept well.
17:34Nice firm mattress.
17:36Mm-hmm.
17:36I think the pillows
17:37are too firm.
17:38I'm going to go
17:38for a nine.
17:40I had an average
17:41to good sleep here.
17:43Typically,
17:43if I see LEDs,
17:45I have to try
17:46and cover them.
17:47LED lights distracting.
17:48I'm going to give
17:49an eight for that one.
17:50So,
17:51how was breakfast?
17:52I really enjoyed breakfast.
17:54Really good produce.
17:56Very fresh
17:58and colourful.
18:00Lots of choice.
18:03And different options.
18:04Four vegetarians.
18:05It's a ten.
18:06Definitely a ten for me.
18:08Eggs excellence.
18:10Bacon too crispy.
18:11Yeah.
18:11There were some things missing
18:12or things substituted
18:14for something
18:15I didn't actually then know
18:16what I was given to eat.
18:17Yeah.
18:18I'm thinking the seven.
18:20Final question.
18:21Would we stay here again?
18:23Yes, I would.
18:24Yeah, definitely.
18:25I'd come back.
18:26Would they stay here again?
18:27Yes, of course I would.
18:29I did sleep.
18:30It was quiet
18:31and it was comfy.
18:32I would stay here again.
18:34Yeah.
18:35Now the guests must pay
18:37what they think
18:37their stay was worth.
18:39Happy with that?
18:40I'm very happy with that.
18:41Okay.
18:42The cash will be kept
18:44under wraps
18:44until the end
18:45of the competition.
18:45But for now
18:47Steve and Andrew
18:48get to hear
18:48the verdict
18:49on Kai Court.
18:50That's what we're here for, mate.
18:53How clean was Kai Court?
18:54Nine out of ten.
18:55Nine. Okay.
18:56Yeah, okay.
18:57Small hair on sheet
18:58and a stained
18:59mattress protector.
19:01That's a little disappointing.
19:03We'll add that to the checklist.
19:04We'll put it on a checklist
19:04and we'll have a look at it.
19:05Yeah, yeah.
19:06And not a speck of dust.
19:07The cleaner needs a medal.
19:09Very pleased.
19:10How were the facilities?
19:12Nine.
19:12Very good.
19:13Hot and cold
19:14wrong way round
19:16on the basin.
19:17Never heard that before.
19:18That needs rectifying.
19:19The overall look
19:21and feel
19:21is brand new
19:22and luxurious.
19:24I'm very, very pleased with that.
19:25How was breakfast?
19:27Ten out of ten.
19:28Fantastic.
19:29Really good produce.
19:30Very fresh
19:31and colourful.
19:32Chefs will be over the moon
19:33with this.
19:33Lots of choice
19:34for vegetarians.
19:35Fantastic.
19:36Exactly what we're trying to do.
19:38See you soon.
19:39Take care.
19:41Thanks.
19:42I think they'll stay again.
19:44Yes.
19:44Yes.
19:45Fantastic.
19:46That's what it's all about.
19:48Now we move on
19:49to the second.
19:51How were your hosts
19:52at Kai Court?
19:52Ten out of ten.
19:53We're doing well here,
19:54aren't we?
19:54Doing very well.
19:55Friendly hosts.
19:57That's what we're trying to do.
19:58We're trying, yeah.
19:58Yeah.
19:59How were the facilities
20:00at Kai Court?
20:01Nine out of ten.
20:02Great.
20:03View of the car park.
20:04It's difficult
20:05where the rooms
20:06are actually located.
20:08There's nothing
20:08we can actually do on that.
20:09Super quality bathroom.
20:12Happy with that.
20:13Tardis covered up
20:14means it's bigger
20:15inside than out,
20:16isn't it?
20:16Yeah, maybe there's
20:17a Dalek or two
20:18running around.
20:19How did you sleep?
20:20Eight out of ten.
20:21A little bit disappointing,
20:22I'll be honest.
20:23Average good sleep.
20:25So they slept okay.
20:27LED lights distracting.
20:29Never had that before,
20:30so I don't know.
20:31I'll have to go down
20:32and check.
20:32Cheers, Paul.
20:33See you soon, boys.
20:36Do you think
20:37they would stay
20:37with us again?
20:38I think they will.
20:40Yes.
20:41Two out of two.
20:42Good.
20:43Final feedback.
20:45Here we go.
20:46How were the facilities?
20:48Wow.
20:48Disappointed at six.
20:49Yeah.
20:50The room doesn't match
20:51expectations of the building.
20:53The build interiors
20:55are high.
20:56There's no ifs or bets
20:57about that.
20:58Lacks personality.
20:59Did they want it
21:00to dance and sing?
21:01Not boutique.
21:02Boutique means different
21:04things to different people.
21:05I think they're all
21:05very vague.
21:06So we'll find that
21:07out on payment day.
21:08How did you sleep?
21:09Nine out of ten.
21:10Okay.
21:11Slept well.
21:12Good.
21:13I'm glad they enjoyed
21:14the firm mattress.
21:16Pillows, too firm.
21:17We need to have a variance
21:19in pillows and I think
21:20that it might be something
21:21that we can bring in.
21:22How was breakfast?
21:24Seven.
21:24A bit lower than I would hope.
21:26Best eggs ever.
21:27Make chefs happy.
21:28Bacon too crispy.
21:30Spanish style.
21:31That's how we want it.
21:32Items missing from the plate.
21:34We need to apologise
21:35if that happened.
21:36Didn't know what I had
21:38been given to eat.
21:39Maybe there's not enough
21:40detail about all of the
21:42items in the meal.
21:44Bye bye.
21:45Safe travel.
21:46See ya.
21:48Do you think they'll
21:49stay with us again?
21:50Yes.
21:51Go for it.
21:51Let's hope so.
21:52Yes.
21:53Three out of three.
21:55That's not bad, is it?
21:57This is a fair price
21:58for what we do
21:59and I would be surprised
22:01if we were underpaid.
22:04Next time when Sean
22:05and Sarah host...
22:06This is right up my street.
22:08I could live here.
22:09There's horseplay
22:10for the guests.
22:12Oh!
22:15But come feedback,
22:16are the hosts
22:17having a mare?
22:18The number of items
22:20are holding grease.
22:22Hmm.
22:23Okay.
22:24Okay.
22:25.
22:32.
22:34.
22:34.
