00:00The government of Nicaragua is moving forward with its lawsuit against Germany before the
00:04International Court of Justice in the case concerning the breach of obligations with
00:07respect to the occupied Palestinian territory.
00:10In a statement the Nicaraguan government expressed, the government of reconciliation and national
00:14unity informs the people of Nicaragua and the international community that today it
00:18submitted its written response to the plenary objections of jurisdiction and admissibility
00:22filed by the Federal Republic of Germany.
00:25The government continued the text by stating that Nicaragua would like to once again
00:29express its gratitude for the support of all those who worked to prepare this document,
00:34which has been submitted in compliance with Nicaragua's international obligations, to take
00:38all necessary measures to stop violations of the most fundamental norms of international
00:42law against the Palestinian people.
