00:00This Neiman Marcus quiche is the best thing you'll make all weekend. You're going to need
00:0235 Ritz crackers, all-purpose flour, some sugar, and salt. Now we're going in with a little bit
00:08of melted butter. Add the cracker mixture to your pie dish, spread it around into the bottom,
00:12and the sides are evenly coated. Line the crust with some parchment paper, and then cover it with
00:15pie weights or beans. Bake your crust at 350 for about 10 to 15 minutes. I went ahead and fried
00:19up
00:20some bacon, and I'm leaving about a tablespoon of the drippings in the pan. Add some cream cheese.
00:23Once your cream cheese is melted, whisk in some half and half. Go ahead and whisk together your
00:26eggs, salt, and garlic powder. Add some bacon, cheese, green onions, and almonds. Add your cream
00:31cheese mixture, and then stir it until it's well combined. Once your pie crust is cooled, go ahead
00:34and remove your pie weights. Pour your egg mixture into the crust, and you're going to bake this at
00:37350 for about 30 minutes. Woo! Regular quiche has nothing on this. Mmm, that's delicious.
