00:00So if we think about like peak performance, you both have talked very publicly about therapy and
00:04like how it's helped you. In what ways has therapy really helped you to reach your peak
00:09performance or what that looks like currently? For me, I think that it has taught me that my
00:18performance, and not just in therapy, just in life in general, that my performance, my best
00:23performance every day is going to look different. Sometimes my best performance is just the fact
00:28that I got out of bed and brushing my teeth. Sometimes my best performance is that I cranked
00:33out eight hours of work. Sometimes my best performance is that I did six out of the seven
00:38sets in the workout. And I think that just meeting myself every day, instead of trying to have
00:43this, this is who Brianna is. Well, Brianna is different every day. Sometimes I didn't get that
00:48much sleep. So the next day it's going to be different. And I think that, wait, what was the
00:53question? How has therapy really helped you to get your peak performance? I think that my
00:58therapist talking about being present in the moment and taking it day by day has helped me
01:03just analyze what my peak performance is each day. Sometimes my peak performance is that I clean up
01:10the entire house. Other times I just make my bed. And sometimes I don't make my bed at all. And that's
01:15okay. I don't have to demonize myself for that. We just start again the next day.
01:18Great. One thing that I think I've learned through therapy
01:23is that you don't have to live up to your potential. So everything that's permissible is
01:33not always beneficial. And I think sometimes we run ourselves in the ground with this idea that
01:38because I can, I should. Just because you can doesn't necessarily mean you should because your
01:44body is just not always ready for that. You're not in the great space for that. Like you have to
01:50assess what else is going on in your life at different times. And so this idea that we should
01:55always be running, running, running, running ourselves into the ground. Look, I don't care what
01:59the vision is. We all get one vessel to execute it. And we have a duty and a responsibility to protect
02:05the vessel, the only vessel we're going to get. And so just because I can and like, oh, I get it all the
02:11time. You should do this. You should do that. Why don't you do it? Why don't you do it then?
02:15Right? Because people will just continue to add and add and add and add and add. And all the while
02:20we're just putting ourselves further and further and further down the list. And then we don't get
02:25to rest. And I have found also that rest is productivity. My best ideas come when I'm at rest.
02:30Yes, absolutely. Yeah.
