00:00It's AJ Acuia and I have got to share with you my how-tos, my personal how-tos of how to know if and when you need life therapy.
00:08First, you have to pay attention to your triggers.
00:11For example, if one of our things is weight loss, which we all can relate to, I'm sure.
00:16If somebody says, oh my gosh, you look so pretty in that dress.
00:19If we're hearing, I kind of look fat and I wish I wasn't so heavy in this dress, that's a trigger.
00:25It means you can't even hear the compliment because you're so focused on the weight loss.
00:29Let's take it a step further.
00:31Triggers can then become patterns.
00:33What happens if that trigger becomes a pattern?
