00:00love teaching but hate the paperwork today I want to share with you five
00:06really cool ideas from work from home jobs for retired teachers that they pay
00:11really pretty good I'm pretty excited about this number one is going to be
00:16blogging and affiliate marketing and which is just something that I do not
00:21have so much fun at it so what's so cool about this is it's so flexible meaning
00:26you could do this anywhere around around the world no part-time around your
00:31schedule anytime in nearly any niche okay and do you like fishing for example
00:36you can do this in fishing to learn about fishing share your knowledge have fun and
00:42get paid okay plus AI could be a lot of help it could speed up everything so
00:49much it's so cool and affiliate marketing if you're not sure what that is it's
00:53where if you post a link and somebody clicks on it and purchases something
00:57like Amazon with Amazon's anything in the store within 24 hours you get a
01:02percentage of it they also have CPA offers where if someone fills out a form for
01:07more information you get paid you don't have to sell anything there's also you
01:13get you make more money from ad revenue than on YouTube with a blog and it's on
01:18day one you don't need so many subscribers all right and there's so many ways to
01:25make money from a blog so I highly recommend it what's so cool about a
01:29blog is you could repurpose it on other platforms like sub stack medium red at
01:34quora I mean you can even make a video from a blog and make it faceless if you
01:39want there's just so many ideas now you're probably wondering about the income
01:44we'll do blogging to make money to be a hundred percent transparent a lot of
01:48bloggers and affiliate marketers they don't make that much money okay now
01:52money's not everything yes that's true however some do get paid really good
01:57money so the more you put into it the more you get out kind of like that okay but
02:02it's something that I really really do enjoy next one is remote tutoring okay now a
02:08few years ago I travel around Europe and I was I stayed a lot of dorms all over
02:14Europe and I met a lot of people that were working and I asked them what the
02:17heck they were doing and they were doing tutoring as they were traveling now to be
02:22honest with you mostly it was like teaching English however there are
02:26opportunities to do other things like in history are the topic that you're into and
02:31you could be a tutor okay plus you can help people be very rewarding and the bad
02:39news is there's some basic technology and equipment you have to pick up but that's
02:43not too bad and here's the hourly wage you know big you know K through 12 you
02:48know looking at 15 25 bucks an hour and you know coding law and finances is way way
02:53more depending what you're into okay next up is an online test score our reader and
03:01yeah there's there's companies out there that hire teachers retired teachers to
03:05grade essays and exams and I love this video right here look I think it's like you're just
03:11confidence move I hate test but yeah it's very low tech knowledge and many of them are
03:18seasonal work you know so you can take the summer off which is you know I love the
03:22summer the pain is not the best though you know you know person it's not the best but
03:27the specialized AP scores and you make more money okay all right a curriculum
03:33developer this this looks really cool you get to design a game plan for younger
03:37teachers okay so all your experience is you know you could leverage that right
03:43and you know a lot of these jobs you're not tied to the clock and you know some
03:47people like this some people don't I don't like being tied to the clock so it's
03:52super flexible so you can expect to get paid based on fees okay so here's an
04:00estimate it's like a single lesson plan so around 250 750 dollars all of the
04:05corporate training module look at this four thousand five hundred ten thousand
04:09okay now obviously money's not everything you have to enjoy what you do
04:13right you know and I think also the super flexible so if you're doing like one day
04:18a week two days a week just to keep your mind busy to keep busy that's also very
04:22that's more valuable to me than the income there's something to think about okay
04:26also I mean this is a hundred percent desk-based so you know you have to be on
04:32your feet all day long okay okay educational consultant is great you know you can be like
04:41the wise elder you know have you ever watched game of thrones you know like little finger
04:45you know I don't know if you watched it but he was like you know no well not there's also
04:51the other ones actually I take that back little finger is probably a bad idea right he's a bad
04:55guy but there's another one too uh forget his name but anyways uh so what an educational
05:01consultant does is advises schools or companies on our systems and helps things uh you know improve
05:07them uh and your experience really helps as an asset okay and it helps you with networking and
05:15staying connected to the educational scene which could be great and here's the pay right here entry
05:21level this is a lot of money 40 55 dollars independent way way more okay that's a big dollars there okay
05:29so I really just scratch the surface okay I just put something together there's there's way more
05:34options out there from instructional designers academic advisors proofreaders academic coaches
05:39uh professional starter on a golf course I think that's a real thing actually
05:44golf's up that's what they do virtual assistants that's the thing there's so many opportunity out
05:53there and especially with somebody with experience you know is AI does not have that real world
06:00experience so you can leverage that and even do it one or two days a week you know just to keep busy
06:06and have fun and you know so it's an idea now if you're interested like okay that sounds I'm a little
06:12so Kevin but you know where do I find these jobs how I know it's not bullshit or a scam out there
06:17um well I I created a video that gives you like 10 steps on how to find these you know work from home
06:24jobs and that way you can find something that you enjoy uh in Japanese what's that that's the saying
06:32uh I read a book about this it's like finding your passion okie gaga or something I think I bought
06:39okie gaga uh but it's uh but you want to find your passion you know because some some people have
06:46issues with retirement you know they don't know what to do like what to do so um but I'll put the
06:50link to this video somewhere around here you can click on you can check it out uh and see what's out
06:55there and give it a shot right worst case no you don't like it I'll put the link down in the description
07:00as well okay you can check it out as well so I hope this might have been at least a little bit
07:04helpful to you okay all right you have a wonderful day okay all right bye
