00:00I'm Lane Hardy and you're watching Hollywood Life.

00:08Life has been really intense and fast-paced and quick.

00:15I mean, it's cool and all, but nobody can be like Elvis or anything.

00:21He started it all.

00:24The reason why people say that, I mean, it's probably because

00:27that's what I'm influenced by Elvis and that's one of my biggest idols.

00:35It takes a lot of work to get a Grammy.

00:38And I mean, that's what I'm working towards.

00:41Everybody has goals and right now my goal is to just have fun.

00:50I mean, I can't give the attention that a girl needs right now.

00:54I really can't. It's hard to do that.

00:57And I really need to focus on this right now and do the work now

01:04and I can like do something later, you know.

01:10I mean, I've looked outside of music and I've thought about like acting and stuff,

01:15but I mean, I don't know. I don't think I'm a good actor.

01:18I don't think I can hold a face.

01:20I mean, I feel like if I went on like an acting set, I could, I would laugh every time somebody says,

01:25I can't be serious sometimes.

01:27I think social media is really important to a lot of things because that's where you can connect with your fans.

01:40And that's where your fans can see where you're playing next and what you're going to be doing next.

01:44I mean, I like L.A. and I like New York, but I'm more of a country guy.

01:53I like Nashville and I like home too.

01:56So, I mean, I'll be back and forth from all kinds of different places.

02:00For music purposes and since it's like more convenient and stuff, things are closer.

02:05Probably Nashville. I would like to stay in Nashville probably and go back and forth from there, home.

02:11And then once I get like an album or some new music out, I can start to play around and stuff and do a tour eventually.

02:23If I ever stumble across the judges again, I mean, I'm going to talk to them and have like just a normal conversation with them.

02:29I don't know when the next time I'll see them is and maybe I'll have questions then.

02:35But it's crazy right now. So, I mean, everything is like an I don't know.

02:47Next year when I'm on the Idle stage again, it's going to feel like deja vu because it's like a, it's a boot camp.

02:55It's a fun boot camp though. But you really appreciate it after it's all over.

03:00That's how everything is really or if you, but, but yeah, I mean, I don't know how I'm going to feel.

03:05That's going to be crazy because it's just the fact that I'm back there and I'm on the stage again.

03:14I mean, it's going to bring back a lot of memories and it's going to be, it's going to be crazy.
