00:11perfect thank you so much Jodi thank you for taking the time to talk to me today how are you
00:15first of all everything is going well I'm up here in Canada for work now that the strike is over
00:22so things are going good it's yeah but life is life is uh happily moving along holidays are
00:28coming I don't know if I'm prepared yet but we'll see I really hear you on that I'm not ready for the
00:33winter holiday shopping at all before I jump into questions about your partnership with Align
00:39I just mentioned you're in Canada back to work I'm very happy to hear that for everyone in the union
00:45um what uh apart from the projects that have you've already completed the ones that um either
00:50premiered or are premiering soon can you um talk about the ones that you're working on now in
00:55Canada is there any tease you can't talk about the ones I'm working on yet it's uh I can say
01:01it's for Hallmark but I can't get any more specific than that but we but they will see in 2024 then I'll
01:08get to talk all about it um but it is nice to be back working and um you know during the strike it was
01:14uh trying to shift things around and do different stuff and live comedy and how rude tanneritos the
01:21full house rewatch podcast and all that stuff so yeah it's just a little bit of a shift but now
01:25it's back to the back to the usual uh habits of work I love hearing that and you actually answered
01:31none of my questions what you were doing um during the strike and all of that so thank you for
01:35mentioning yeah um so with uh Align do you want to um take me through that and like what um how could
01:41people benefit from this and I would love to so I am 41 now technically a millennial I think they call
01:50this aging millennials now it's really painful um but you know I just have noticed as I've like
01:57gotten a little bit older my body just was not functioning the way that it used to it just I felt
02:03bloated I would eat things that I used to you know normally be fine with and I just felt like
02:08like Thanksgiving day balloon you know just sort of I get it I get it and it was you know just that
02:16occasional like bloating digestive feeling when you're like oh I just don't feel great and so
02:23you know for me I I realized that I was like constantly sharing it with my friends where I was
02:28like oh my god I'm so bloated and they were like me too and so it was like we had this little kind
02:33of bloating bandwagon that we were all on and um and so I started looking into products that would
02:38be really easy to incorporate into my like daily regimen that I already have I didn't you know
02:43I didn't want anything that had to be refrigerated or I wanted something that was just super simple
02:49and easy and I started taking the align bloating relief and food digestion and I noticed such a
02:55huge difference I started taking it and I was working actually at the time and I I had to laugh
03:01because we were in hair and makeup um which I always say is the place to find all of the best
03:06information um if you're looking for like health care tips skin care gossip any of it head to hair
03:12makeup and we just had some new caterers that started um on the production and the food was
03:17delicious but it was definitely like a little more stick to your ribs kind of heavy comfort food
03:22and uh I was in hair and makeup after lunch and our third AD came in and she was like I feel so bloated
03:28I was like oh you know you should try align this bloating relief and food digestion and I have
03:35I was like laughing I'm like I'm a commercial like I am I'm like is there like a hidden camera here
03:41have I like you know become that person now and um anyway I was just I realized that like it actually
03:50made a difference and I was like well I really love partnering with brands and things that that
03:56really work and I I don't you know I I'm I want to make sure that the things that I'm talking about
04:02are things that I actually use and that I actually like and I have known such a huge difference
04:06and Thanksgiving was way different I mean let's be real we all eat a lot of foods at the holidays
04:12that only come around once a year lots of sugar butter cream all the good rich delicious stuff
04:18uh but your body is like what are you doing this is like you know stop this is crazy um and I noticed
04:27I just felt so much better after taking it just like there's b12 vitamins in it too so it helps break
04:33down like proteins and fats gives you more energy it's got you know it's one capsule a day and it's
04:38got five different digestive enzymes in it and it doesn't need refrigeration so like I have it with
04:44me all the time I can throw it in my purse yeah and it's really really been easy to take I I am so
04:51excited that I found something that works and that I don't have to like constantly remind myself to do
04:59or take it's one a day it's not three times a day it's not after I eat I don't have to wait 20
05:03minutes you know none of that stuff and I've noticed just such a huge difference particularly
05:07when I'm on set with you know gown or something for for a scene and you know feeling like you know
05:14a giant balloon is not exactly what you want yeah absolutely I understand oh I just want to point I'm
05:22sorry I don't know why in the chat like this um transcription service that we use it's called
05:26otter it just showed up and said something I'm sorry for that message I don't know there's
05:30apologies just wanted to clear that up I saw AI has already yeah I hate AI so that's why when I saw AI
05:36I literally went what is that no it's evil no literally that's why I'm not union but I just
05:43fully supported SAG-AFTRA and the WG I was like yep no AI anyway yeah yeah I think yeah I think we're
05:49all in that place now yeah absolutely um anyway I'm sorry to interrupt you I just I saw that
05:53clear that up um so you mentioned before that uh you were reaching out to friends um just to kind
05:59of share like and obviously on set with just other um crew members and everybody like hey I oh god I
06:04feel so bloated I don't feel good about myself um I think I heard somewhere that you also have
06:08texted um your friend Andrea Barber who you've um worked with on Full House Fuller House um I I don't
06:14know if I'm correct in saying this but you guys might be doing social content to promote it yeah we're
06:18doing some social content together for it and you know it came about because I mean Andrea and I have
06:24known each other basically our whole lives so there's no topic that's like off limits at this
06:29point and after you work together a while you know and you've lived through some craft services and
06:34traveling abroad together you definitely can have those conversations and uh like yeah she and I would
06:40I'd be like oh I'm so bloated like what is the deal I I haven't really you know and it's
06:46has been stuff that's like over the years where you're like I used to eat this just fine and now
06:49all of a sudden like I don't I feel gross I feel bloated and so she and I would talk about it and
06:55especially you know you're out doing press tours or on set and you're always looking for things to
07:00help combat that feeling because you it's just not the feeling that you want to have when you're
07:04working or doing anything like you don't want to feel like you want to curl up in a ball and go to bed
07:08so um yeah she and I kind of became uh bloat buddies and talking about yeah our different ways
07:17to like how do we feel the best about ourselves and you know not have to just feel gross about the
07:25stuff that we eat and not be constantly worrying about you know do I like do I look bad or do I
07:31look gross or do I you know and just having your body feel like it's running smoothly and having more
07:36energy that's one thing I noticed too is like my energy level has been so much better since I
07:42started taking this because I just feel like it's helping my entire gut function better and they say
07:48that's like your second brain or something is your gut and it really helps like it helps your body to
07:54function so much better and I really have noticed that like I don't feel like I need a nap in the
08:00afternoon I just feel like everything is kind of functioning at a much better level
08:05running running good yeah I think this yeah like women too because like I mean I struggle with it
08:11too and like I mean I feel like so many of all ages like struggle with this and like obviously not just
08:16when we're at our time of the month and everything but like yeah at different ages it just happened so
08:20I really like hearing about this thank you you know I do too and I it's been something that I'm like
08:24look I know if I'm talking about this with my friends like this is something that we're all going
08:29through and again us you know millennials who are edging into our 40s uh we you know our bodies are
08:36just like what happened this is different and so I I'm always looking for ways that I can just kind of
08:42keep up my my health in easy ways and you know not feel like a Thanksgiving day balloon after I eat
08:49things that I really love I'm so with you um yeah if I may I'm just gonna ask you one more question I
08:55don't want to take up too much time because I want to hear more about this but I can't wait to see
08:59what else you say about it online with Andrea yeah I uh watched both Full House and Fuller House
09:05just front to back I I just love the shows I just think it was really heartwarming and everything and
09:10obviously you were brilliant in them so much for all I'll I'll get out of your hair now thank you
