00:03is going to come back from this, no matter how the budget lands.

00:08No, it's not tenable, frankly.
00:10And we now need to do what the prime minister once said,
00:13which is put country before party.
00:16And frankly, party before personal ambition.
00:19And that means replacing Keir Starmer, a new prime minister?
00:23I just don't see how this can stagger on
00:26without any kind of resolution on the horizon.
00:29And I think the Labour Party, the Labour grandees,
00:32the men in grey suits need to now really seriously think,
00:36how do we get Andy Burnham back in to this parliamentary Labour Party
00:41and let him step up and become the next prime minister?
00:45That's my personal view.
00:46I know it won't be shared by everyone,
00:48but I don't see many other options.
