00:13Speer took the oath of office at the government house in Mourn Fortune
00:18in the presence of several regional heads of states and governments,
00:22among them Prime Minister of Barbados, Antigua and Barbuda, Granada, St. Kitts and Nevis,
00:28and also the former Prime Minister of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Dr. Rolf Gonsalves.
00:34During his speech, Pierre outlined his government's priorities for this new term,
00:39including confronting youth unemployment, also accelerating digital transformation
00:44and further modernizing the educational system.
00:48Furthermore, he pledged that his administration would continue prioritizing vulnerable groups
00:53and vowed to march forward with purpose and discipline.
00:57as his administration strives to make the island the best place to live and work.
