00:00We're now going live to St. Lucia with our correspondent Belendo Los Santos who
00:05has all the information on this electoral process that took place. Hello Luis
00:10exactly as you were saying we are here in Grossyslet what you're seeing behind me
00:14is one of the main roads here and it's very calm right now but it's just about
00:20to change probably we have results already we have had them for a couple of
00:25well hours now and we have been following the results and a major change
00:31has occurred because we have a lot more boats counted right now the turnout and
00:38the the boat counting jumped from like 10% 12% to now we have 47% 72% of the
00:48boats counted in each of the constituencies so with this boat counting
00:53underway we can now have a little bit more of a definite tendency in many of
00:59these constituencies we go some over some of them for example where we are right
01:05now the Grossyslet we are at the we are seeing the official candidate for the
01:12St. Lucia Labor Party Kenson Casimir leading with 68% of the boats that is with
01:1947% of the boats counted that is an important difference at this moment when
01:26we went over this just a couple of minutes ago it was over with 10% of the boat
01:33counted that has been a big change this is showing a definite tendency in the
01:38favor of the ruling party of the government of Prime Minister Philippe Pierre and we're
01:45starting to see some people that are honking their horns as they pass by we are
01:51going to see some caravans people are starting to celebrate and heading to each of
01:57these centers of the constituencies one of the most important one the one that
02:02in which the Prime Minister is candidate Casteris East well the Prime Minister
02:07Philippe Pierre he has already been assigned the victory at that constituency with an over 90% of the world
02:12of the boats counted he had a lead of 77.8% a very wide difference and he has been
02:24assigned that victory we continue going over some of the results another of the
02:31victories that has already been declared is at the Ancelarize O'Canadese
02:35constituency an important one because it had a minimum difference in past elections and in
02:41this case with 91% of the boats counted it was already awarded to Wayne Girard form the SLP
02:49so once again we are seeing a tendency that consolidates a possible win for the
02:55official candidate for the official party of Prime Minister Philippe Pierre the
03:00Labour Party of Saint Lucia we will continue following all the information we will
03:05continue following the possible celebrations that are just about to begin we've
03:09seen some trucks pass by right now but the night is still beginning so we will have
03:15more information briefly please we go back to you thank you Valen for
