00:13Well, the Prime Minister of San Lucia has some secret principles.

00:18We believe that the interior affairs of countries, that is their own affair.

00:23We're not in the fear of the interior affairs of other countries.

00:26We respect the sovereignty of all countries, all countries.

00:32And we have the right to take this as a guiding principle in our external affairs.

00:40But we believe, as CARICOM believes, that the region should be a zone of peace.

00:46And San Lucia continues with that CARICOM position that the region should be a zone of peace.
