00:09Military officers from the West African nation appeared on state TV, saying they had suspended
00:13the electoral process, closed borders and would be in charge until further notice.
00:18In this context, President Umaro Sissoko affirmed his arrest along with other senior officials,
00:24including the chief of staff of the armed forces, and described the action as a coup
