00:00And the National Electoral Council of Honduras agreed to carry out a special scrutiny in 65 municipal corporations

00:06following numerous complaints and irregularities recorded in the democratic process of November 30.

00:11Through a statement, the Honduran electoral body specified first,

00:15half of the special verification and recount boards established must undertake the special scrutiny

00:20of the 65 municipal corporations described in the report, from first to third and from five to 66.

00:28Second, the other half must conduct the special scrutiny of the municipality of the Central District No. 4 on the list.

00:36Finally, the document stated that three greater rigour must be ensured in aspects of maintaining order,

00:43coordinating individualised attention to the stables with the greatest foreseeable conflict,

00:48coupled with the execution of firm actions in the event of a breakdown in the proper relationship

00:55between the members of the special verification and recount boards as representatives of the political parties

01:01and even between them and the employees of the CNA.
