00:14And tomorrow is a very important day for this participative democracy
00:19and the popular power of this country,
00:22where the municipal election is going to happen at the same time
00:26as the first popular consultation of the youth.
00:30In the municipal election, Chávez and opposition are going to clash again
00:35in this democracy, Pulsant democracy,
00:39where 335 mayors are going to be elected and 2,471 councillors.
00:49This is another clash, democratic clash, between Chávez and opposition,
00:55where 36 political parties are going to participate in this election,
01:0113 for the government and 23 for the opposition.
01:0621 million people, citizens, Venezuelan citizens,
01:10are going to participate in this election tomorrow.
01:14At the same time, as I say,
01:16the young people are going to have their first popular consultation,
01:20where they're going to elect 17,000 projects in all the country
01:26to develop their communities.
01:29They're going to elect 3,338 communes going to elect projects.
01:37Each one is going to vote in seven projects,
