01:11There's all these other dogs.
01:12They've got pit bulls.
01:14Seriously.

01:26Hold on.
01:27Hold on.

01:29Hold on.
01:30We've got the family woman all through the woods.
01:31We've got a call from here.
01:32This is the person here.
01:33Woo!
01:34They're outside in the front yard, and they were with the dog, and the kid and the dog are missing,
01:45and they were last seen 20 minutes ago.
01:49every available investigator to help search for this child.
02:16So what exactly do we have?
02:17A three-year-old white male, his name's Bentley,
02:20has shorts on and boots.
02:22It's getting really cool when it's getting dark.
02:23That's definitely a concern.
02:25Directly behind the house, there's a lot of water
02:27and a bunch of creeks that run off of it.
02:31What's the distance between that water and the house?
02:34About a half a mile.
02:34OK, so something he could do.
02:36Yeah.
02:37OK.
02:38I'll go talk to mom, go search the woods, and check the water.
02:42OK.
02:42Yeah.
02:43He could be anywhere.
02:47Bentley!
02:55Bentley!
02:56Help, help!
03:04Is there any direction that he would go?
03:06He was right there, and then he was gone.
03:12Please find him.
03:13Please.
03:14Find my baby.
03:15Please find my baby.
03:16Listen to me.
03:18You take a second and slow down.
03:22Do you hear how I'm talking?
03:24Look at me.
03:25Look at me.
03:26I want you to look right at me.
03:29Take a breath.
03:30And I want you to slow down.
03:32OK?
03:33I want you to slow down.
03:35Everybody with me?
03:38Bentley!
03:39Bentley!
03:40Bentley!
03:41Bentley!
03:46Bentley!
03:47Sergeant Rains.
04:11Okay, spill your first name.
04:15Okay.
04:16They found him.
04:17They found him.
04:18They found him.
04:22Everything is over.
04:23We got it.
04:24Thank you so much.
04:35Hey, big guy.
04:36Look how big you are.
04:37How you doing?
04:38Hey, honey.
04:39Baby.
04:40You fine?
04:40My honey.
04:42Did you have a bear?
04:43Yeah.
04:44Oh, can I dig off?
04:45Hey, jeez.
04:48What am I doing?
04:59Hey, Heidi.
05:00Hey, Vicki.
05:01We have a new case.
05:02He's a former college student, and he's missing from his apartment.
05:06It's completely out of character.
05:07His mother's worried sick.
05:09I have a really bad feeling about this one.
05:11Hi, Ms. Duncan.
05:32This is Sergeant Rains with Richland County Sheriff's Department.
05:34Hey, Sergeant Rains.
05:36How are you?
05:36Doing good.
05:38I'm just calling to see if by any chance you've heard from Morgan.
05:41I have the missing person report.
05:45It says that you haven't seen him since Thanksgiving.
05:48So you saw him Thanksgiving Day, but not after?
05:56And that's very unusual.
05:57He doesn't usually go without talking to you?
05:59Never.
05:59Does he talk to you every day?
06:10And nothing happened to cause this, like, he didn't say, hey, I'm upset about this or anything
06:16like that?
06:22Okay.
06:23Hey, Vicki.
06:31Hey, I was just going to let you know, his mom hasn't spoken to him since a couple days
06:36after Thanksgiving.
06:37That's over a week ago.
06:39And apparently he's schizophrenic.
06:41That doesn't sound good.
06:43So I'm headed out to the apartment complex now.
06:46I spoke to Investigator Ruiz, and he's going to meet me out there.
06:49Okay, check back in when you have one.
06:51I'll keep you updated, whatever we find out.
07:06Hey, Kerwin.
07:08Hey, Sergeant.
07:14Did you get the keys?
07:16Yeah.
07:21Sheriff's department.
07:39Morgan, are you at home?
07:46Sheriff's department.
07:47Morgan?
07:52Morgan?
07:58Morgan?
07:58Morgan?
08:11Doesn't look like anything's packed.
08:13We need to make sure he's not under these clothes.
08:22God forbid I've had that happen before.
08:31Sarge.
08:32There is a phone right here.
08:39That looks like medicine.
08:40And the wallet, driver's license.
08:48Social security card.
08:51Look, here's his money card.
08:53That's bad.
08:55So he didn't take anything?
08:58Because something happened to him.
09:00I mean, I'm concerned.
09:02Unless he just disappeared.
09:04Did he just decide to go away?
09:06I mean, if his card's...
09:08Why would you not want to access your money?
09:09What, are you going to leave your phone?
09:11Your phone and your card.
09:13I mean, that's his only way to communicate or have money.
09:17It's like he just vanished.
09:24Let's ask around and see if anybody knows anything.
09:26My name is Sergeant Raines.
09:35This is Investigator Ruiz.
09:37Do you know Morgan Duncan?
09:39I was thinking about him yesterday.
09:40And I'm like, have I seen him?
09:43Unusual.
09:43Because I used to see him every day.
09:45And I'll run out and call him and tell him, come get something.
09:48I may have something for him or whatever.
09:50But I haven't seen him since Thanksgiving.
09:51That's what we were going to ask.
09:52We have a missing person report on him.
09:54So we're trying to find him.
09:57Do you know if he has any problems with anybody or anything?
09:59Not to my knowledge.
10:00He always was real cool to me.
10:02I mean, he always respect me to take my trash out or, you know, and he'll come past and I said,
10:08can you fix me something to eat?
10:09And most of the time I do.
10:11And I just haven't seen him.
10:15I can tell you, day before he went missing, I was walking from Spring Tree and he was crossing the street.
10:21He was by himself.
10:23He normally held me like that.
10:25Amen.
10:27But he didn't held me that day.
10:36Morgan is always smiling.
10:38If no one else is smiling, he's smiling.
10:41Bubbly.
10:42Just always got something funny to say.
10:46Cracking jokes.
10:47If he saw somebody carrying a bag that was too heavy, you know, he's going to go over there and grab it and help him, you know.
10:53He was brought up with good morals, morals, you could tell.
10:57I have to keep reminding him, don't call me a man that makes me feel awful.
11:00But then just before Thanksgiving, it was like something was off, something wasn't right with Morgan.
11:11He just kind of, he wasn't out and about as much as he usually was.
11:16Seemed like he was just staying home.
11:20And then Thanksgiving gets here and Morgan's gone.
11:23Hello.
11:35Good.
11:35How are you doing?
11:39Yeah.
11:40Are you looking for the missus?
11:41Do you know him?
11:42I do.
11:43He was a very good guy.
11:46I mean.
11:46That's what everybody seems to say.
11:47Very, you know, kind.
11:50Anything you ask him, he would definitely give it to you.
11:53I mean, I don't know where he might have been.
11:56I mean, I think he's so blind, but it's not normal for him to be gone.
12:00That's what everybody says.
12:01Everybody says he's nice and that it's not normal for him not to be walking around talking to everybody.
12:05And honestly, I wouldn't know who he would be with.
12:08That was going to be my next question.
12:09Yeah, I don't know who he would be with.
12:11You know, I just met him.
12:13You don't ever see him with anybody out here?
12:15No, he's usually by himself.
12:17Yeah, he's usually by himself, and I don't know where he would be.
12:21Oh, man.
12:22But he was such a nice guy.
12:25Just so nice.
12:26So nice.
12:33Do you live here in this building?
12:35Do I?
12:36I'm homeless.
12:36Do you live?
12:37Oh.
12:37Yeah, I stay with my boyfriend right now.
12:39Oh, okay.
12:39Yeah, in this car.
12:40Do you just hang out here?
12:41Yeah, I just know a couple people.
12:43Take showers.
12:45Okay.
12:45I'm sorry.
12:46No, you're good.
12:47You're good.
12:47Listen, did that feel odd to you?
12:51Yeah.
12:52Write this tag number down.
12:53Can you take down his license, please?
13:07Huh?
13:08I was just seeing you write.
13:10You write notes on everything.
13:11Yeah.
13:14Have a good day.
13:15She was so overly friendly, like no one walks up to the police and talks to them.
13:29But the weirdest part is she talked about him in the past tense.
13:33Everybody likes this, this is my favorite song.
13:51It's my dog, it's my dog, it's my dog, it's my dog, it's my dog, it's my dog, it's my dog, it's my dog, it's my dog, it's my dog, it's my dog, it's my dog, it's my dog, it's my dog.
13:59See you, girl.
14:01This is Morgan.
14:02He posts videos of himself rapping on Facebook, but he hasn't posted anything for over a week.
14:08Okay.
14:09Have you told his mom what you found in his apartment yet?
14:12This is Sergeant Raines.
14:19So we went out to his apartment and his wallet's there, his cell phone is there, his medication.
14:25So that's really odd.
14:26That's unusual.
14:28He carried that stuff with him every place he goes.
14:31And he's overdue for his medicine that keeps him from being psychotic.
14:37Oh, gosh.
14:37The apartment organizations that help young people who have mental health.
14:43Okay.
14:44Helps him get that apartment over in Springtree.
14:47And a lot of their clients live over there.
14:49Okay.
14:50According to the apartment, and they know Morgan has disappeared.
14:58I'm sure I got the stress out.
15:03This is so unlike about the call.
15:07Like the saying, so-and-so will take the clothes off of their back for you.
15:32Morgan's really that type of guy.
15:34I remember in high school, I purchased some clothes from him because he really had some
15:39really nice clothes.
15:40And I didn't kind of, I couldn't afford to get clothes from the store.
15:44I bought $100 worth of clothes from him.
15:47And he lost a $100 bill that same afternoon.
15:50I didn't know this, though.
15:52The next day, he came back and brought another bag of clothes in addition.
15:57And that's when he had told me that he had lost a $100 bill.
15:59So that really kind of sunk into me.
16:02I was like, wow.
16:03Even though this guy had lost the whole $100 that I just gave him, he was still kind enough
16:08to bring me more clothes the next day.
16:10But I think some things were a little off sometimes.
16:18Some days, he used to come to school and he was just not put together, if you catch what
16:23I'm saying.
16:25Stressed out.
16:26You could just see the stress.
16:27I would see him post often on social media of him just standing in downtown Columbia.
16:32And I know that if you're standing downtown Columbia at 1 p.m., 2 p.m., with just nothing
16:39else to do, something doesn't look right.
16:42I'm like, wait a second.
16:44What is he doing down there?
16:46We'll just start at the beginning.
16:56Our missing person is Morgan Duncan.
16:58He is a 27-year-old Bravo Mike.
17:00The complainant, Latonza Duncan, hasn't physically seen her son since she saw him on Thanksgiving.
17:06In Morgan's apartment, we locate his wallet, cell phone, his schizophrenia medicine.
17:11And according to Morgan's mother, he relies very heavily on those drugs.
17:16So that's a red flag.
17:17We spoke to many people at the apartment complex.
17:20He takes out their trash.
17:21They talk to him.
17:22They give him food.
17:23They make him coffee.
17:24None of them have seen or heard from him.
17:27He's had contact with no one.
17:30But while we're there, a mixed female and a Hispanic male just walk up and start talking
17:36to us.
17:37She tells us that she's homeless and that's her boyfriend and that's his vehicle.
17:41And they live in there together.
17:43She seems very forthcoming, but it was really odd.
17:46So we ran her boyfriend's vehicle and tags.
17:49They came back clear.
17:51Springtree is pretty much surrounded by woods.
17:54So we'll need to search that area.
18:02Morgan is off his meds.
18:03He could be hiding out.
18:04Beyond the woods is an abandoned theater.
18:12We need to rule that out also.
18:20But watch your back inside the theater.
18:23It's known for drug use and criminal activity.
18:26Where's the apartment?
18:33That one.
18:35Okay.
18:36Just stay very close to me, but on the side, maybe 10, 15 feet.
18:40No more.
18:40No.
18:40You got a light?
18:57Yeah.
18:58There's a fresh soda bottle.
19:19People have been in here.
19:20If anybody sees something suspicious, let me know.
19:25We don't have the dog to it, okay?
19:28It's a little thicker than it looks.
19:33This is deep.
19:40Anything over there?
19:43Oh, look.
19:45It looks clear.
19:46You got my back?
20:07Morgan!
20:07The theater's clear.
20:24Dang, look at that.
20:27There's actually a path through here.
20:37Somebody was staying back here.
20:41They have a fire pit and a tarp.
20:43And then there's wrappers, like, from food and everything.
20:47And it's clear.
20:48Like, you can see they cut it.
20:52He could be out here because he's off his meds,
20:55and maybe he's just, you know, a little confused and stuff.
21:00But if Morgan was here, he's long gone.
21:03Hello?
21:23Hi, this is Sergeant Rains with Richland County Sheriff's Department.
21:26I spoke to Morgan Duncan's mother,
21:28and he said you may be able to help us with this missing person case.
21:31Can I close my door real quick?
21:34Absolutely.
21:34Okay.
21:36Okay.
21:38Are you there?
21:39Yes.
21:40So, I don't know where exactly you want me to start.
21:45We haven't seen Oregon,
21:47so last week I requested a welfare check.
21:50And so an officer came out with me,
21:53and we looked in the unit.
21:54He wasn't there.
21:55It's really strange, and nobody has seen him.
21:58And the burn is going straight to voicemail.
22:00Right.
22:02Well, I've been worried about what's going on out there
22:05with all these clients.
22:06Okay.
22:08We suspect that they might be kind of preyed upon.
22:12The people out there,
22:14they've just kind of took over a client apartment.
22:17Wow, okay.
22:18She said she was in one of the units.
22:20So God walked in and said they were staying there now,
22:24and she'd never met them before.
22:26And they didn't meet her.
22:28She was terrified of them.
22:30Oh, my.
22:32Okay.
22:33Wow.
22:35The deputy told us to get the client into sister care
22:38to get her away from there.
22:39Okay.
22:40The mom doesn't know all this.
22:42Hmm.
22:42And they're just too scared to do anything?
22:49Like, they don't call 911 or anything?
22:53Do you think...
22:55I mean, just your opinion,
22:56do you think they did the same thing to Morgan?
23:01Okay.
23:01There's something going on out there.
23:13I don't know if that has anything to do
23:14with why Morgan's missing.
23:16The vibe is just completely off.
23:17The nonprofit are telling us
23:19that their clients are reporting people
23:21coming to their door,
23:22forcing their way in their apartment,
23:24and they're scared because these people are violent.
23:27Seems like there's some vulnerable people
23:28that are being taken advantage of in a situation.
23:30It's just so weird.
23:31I haven't heard of, like,
23:33a whole apartment complex
23:34being part of this kind of weird stuff.
23:36Right, just getting taken over.
23:39So somebody take over his apartment?
23:42We need to speak to their clients
23:44making these reports
23:45because that might lead us to Morgan.
23:50Do you know anything about Morgan's disappearance?
23:54I didn't know he was disappearing until now.
23:56Anybody tried to hurt you?
23:58Anybody tried to come into your apartment on you?
24:00I don't want to get the police involved because...
24:02I know.
24:03We're going to protect you, okay?
24:06They came to my door.
24:09Wow, okay.
24:10I was intimidated.
24:12How many guys were there?
24:15Two.
24:18Do you know of anything that they were doing?
24:21Hustling, smoking, drinking.
24:23And...
24:24You know, I said they'll leave.
24:26Give them a week.
24:28The week turned into two weeks.
24:29And you were scared, yeah?
24:31I'll have to go through that again.
24:34Do you remember the name of the guys
24:35who did that to you?
24:39There was a guy named Jersey.
24:43Jersey.
24:44That's his name.
24:45Jersey.
24:46Oh, wow.
24:47Jersey is the one that beat me up.
24:49He said, don't open your mouth, bitch.
24:54Don't say another word.
24:56He took the pillow over my face
24:57and I couldn't breathe.
24:59I was so scared.
25:03He had to cook up dough.
25:05Crap.
25:06Yes, ma'am.
25:07Don't let me out.
25:09He said if I put the police on him
25:10that he was going to kill me.
25:12We tried to find a temporary location for you
25:14that's safe.
25:15They're preying on all of you out there.
25:17So, you know how Jersey was going
25:24in someone's apartment, taking over?
25:27Yeah, he was trying to beat Billy Batman.
25:30You ever seen him with Morgan?
25:33Yeah.
25:35Jersey?
25:36Yes, ma'am.
25:37I seen him at Morgan's house.
25:41And then come to Billy's man, he's missing.
25:43I don't know if there ain't nothing bad
25:45happened to him.
25:46I do.
25:54So, Captain Jackson has been trying to gather information.
25:58It sounds like there's a gang or something operating out there.
26:01She actually was given a name, the name Jersey.
26:05He is known to force his way into other residents
26:07that live at Springtree
26:09and kind of take over and is very abusive to them.
26:12He has beaten them.
26:14Our victim, Jersey, was in his apartment.
26:18Right now, he is definitely our suspect,
26:20and we are at least a person of interest.
26:22So, the name Jersey, it's going to be an alias.
26:25Brittany, if you could look into who Jersey actually is
26:28and if he has a criminal history or anything like that.
26:36His favorite saying was that he's got that gun in there.
26:40Jersey?
26:41Jersey.
26:43Do you know if he had a gun?
26:47I saw the clip.
26:51Do you know if it had bullets in him?
26:52Yes, it did.
26:53Were you afraid?
26:56Yes, I was.
26:57Are you afraid of Jersey now?
27:00Yes.
27:14Gotcha.
27:17Anything else you can think of?
27:20Well, this doesn't have anything to do with this.
27:23But it does have to do with Morgan,
27:25and I think the two are tied together.
27:26Okay.
27:27Do someone else.
27:30And he might be able to shed some light.
27:32Who's that?
27:34His name is James.
27:36Mm-hmm.
27:38Do you know his last name?
27:41Kelly?
27:42Kelly?
27:45Is James Kelly a resident at Springtree?
27:48Yeah.
27:49Okay.
27:50You don't realize all this stuff can be really helpful
27:52because we just got to find Morgan.
27:56He's not a bad guy.
27:58I don't think he just did.
28:03Hey.
28:04Hey, Vicki.
28:05I just got done interviewing one of the clients at that non-profit.
28:09Okay.
28:09She said that we should interview somebody named James Kelly.
28:13She made it sound like it was kind of important.
28:16Oh, really?
28:17Yeah.
28:18He's the guy that lives across from Morgan.
28:27Hello.
28:27Hey.
28:28How are you?
28:28All right.
28:29How are you?
28:29Are you James?
28:31Yeah.
28:31So we're looking for...
28:33Morgan.
28:34Mm-hmm.
28:35Um, so anybody that he might know...
28:37I don't care.
28:39You don't care what happened to him?
28:40No.
28:40He's not your friend?
28:42I'm pissed at him for bringing the cops to my door.
28:44I don't like him.
28:45Well?
28:46I've lived here eight years.
28:47First time I've had police at my door.
28:49Better be the last.
28:51Well, you never know.
28:52Hopefully it will.
28:53Nothing against y'all.
28:54I just don't deal with police.
28:57How long have you known him?
28:59What?
28:59Three months?
29:00Four months?
29:00Oh, that's all?
29:01Yeah.
29:01Okay.
29:03Do you have any idea where he would be?
29:04No.
29:04I mean, I...
29:05Because we have to find him.
29:06We can't stop looking for him until we find him.
29:08I mean, I don't know.
29:09I don't have no idea.
29:11Yeah.
29:13Well, hopefully we can find him.
29:16Well, thank you for talking to us.
29:18All right.
29:18Thank you, James.
29:19Have a good day.
29:19I'm good.
29:25Wow.
29:27He did not want to talk to us.
29:30I'm not really sure what's going on in there,
29:32but there was a guy sitting at the counter,
29:34and then he got up and he goes and he shuts the bedroom door.
29:40Hello?
29:41Hey, so, James Kelly.
29:43He acted really scared, like he was very hesitant.
29:47There was some guys in the apartment.
29:49And that were, like, standing right behind him listening to what he was saying.
29:52I can't say if it was or was not Jersey in his apartment.
29:55But if it was, maybe he can lead us to Morgan.
29:58Okay.
29:59That might be the same scenario.
30:01Where they're coming in and preying on all of these people.
30:04Hey, Vicki.
30:05Hold on just a minute.
30:05Our suspect, Jersey, his real name is Alteric Cuffey.
30:13He's a convicted felon.
30:15He has a really lengthy criminal history.
30:18It's about 30 pages long.
30:19Oh, my gosh.
30:20He has a array of charges for drug dealing, resisting arrest, escape.
30:24He's got convictions across multiple different states,
30:27and his big one is an attempted murder charge.
30:29Wow.
30:30I don't know his jersey in his apartment, but if it is, he knew we saw them.
30:35So we need to hit James' address right now.
30:38Yes.
30:39I'm just thinking this could be a lot bigger than what we're thinking it is.
30:43Yeah, I've never seen anything like this before.
30:45I'm going to need some backup.
31:08Our target's going to be Alteric Cuffey, a.k.a. Jersey.
31:12He's wanted in connection with the missing person case.
31:15He has a very violent criminal history.
31:19We've been told that he is holding people in the apartments hostage.
31:23Today we're going to be hitting apartment four, which is James Kelly's apartment.
31:27When we visited James, he wouldn't let us in.
31:29He was very nervous, and there was two unidentified males in the background.
31:35We suspect one of them could be Jersey, and witnesses say he's armed.
31:45Hey, we're all hitting this house.
32:10I'll call you right back, okay?
32:16Hey, Rich LaCotta Sheriff's Department.
32:20Yes?
32:21Step out of the room.
32:24Keep your hands out, Spock.
32:28What's going on, man?
32:29Get behind the car.
32:32This is Rich LaCotta Sheriff's Department.
32:34Come on now with your hands visible and wait for other instructions.
32:39Hey, Rich LaCotta Sheriff's Department.
32:42Y'all go kill me.
32:43We're trying to help you.
32:44I know, but God.
32:45Have you seen Jersey?
33:00Jersey?
33:01You don't know where he's at?
33:02Trust me, if I knew where he was at, I'd let y'all know.
33:06You know where he had gone?
33:07In Japan?
33:09Does he have a phone?
33:10I don't know it, but I'm ready for this to be over with.
33:13Hey, we got James Kelly.
33:18There's no one else in the apartment, but he seems terrified.
33:23I think he knows more than he's letting on.
33:30We know people are trying to scare you.
33:33We can help you, but we're going to need you to work with us.
33:40I get it, but...
33:42There's only one way to make that happen.
33:45Talk to the police, because we can arrest those people and get them away.
33:49Yeah.
33:51Spring Tree was a beautiful place to live.
33:54And it's like they all come at one time.
33:57The swarm.
33:57Yeah, it got flooded.
34:00Like a hornet's nest or something.
34:01All right, James, we do understand some of the stuff that's going on in that apartment complex.
34:14You know, people being scared to live there.
34:16All kinds of stuff going on.
34:19And nobody should have to live like that, right?
34:22Because that should be your peaceful place to live.
34:25It used to be.
34:26How did you hear?
34:30A jersey?
34:32Through Morgan.
34:33Morgan.
34:34What did Morgan say?
34:36It just said he was a dope boy.
34:38Okay.
34:39And he's making the complex hot.
34:41Mm-hmm.
34:42I mean, Morgan can tell you, but can't find Morgan.
34:45Right.
34:46Did Morgan ever tell you if he was scared or anything?
34:51Yeah, no.
34:52He's scared.
34:53Okay.
34:54Well, I was scared.
34:56I don't know if it's a fucking lot.
34:58Okay.
35:00I'm scared of that.
35:04But he's getting dope on credit.
35:07Who, Morgan?
35:08Yeah.
35:09I mean, he owes one drug dealer $600.
35:18The other drug dealer $1,000.
35:22He's a double child.
35:28My blood's blown.
35:30My blood's blown.
35:32Yeah, I get a bone.
35:34You know it, man.
35:36One, two, three.
35:36I'm on a two-night's road.
35:39My food got cold.
35:41So I smoke till I'm cold.
35:43Yeah, you know how I do.
35:46Coming through the metro.
35:48You know how I be.
35:51Morgan, you know, he has a drug problem.
35:56I was trying to do the tough love thing with the drug addiction,
36:01like putting him to get some help.
36:04It's been a struggle.
36:06I can't even imagine.
36:10The mental health stuff is the worst thing.
36:12I didn't have too much money to put him in facilities.
36:15Like, it was $3,000 a month.
36:17And that was more than my mortgage.
36:19And I did it for as long as I could.
36:21Yeah.
36:23He just loved him.
36:25He didn't grow up doing what he's doing now, you know.
36:28I feel like he's just hiding from somebody,
36:31and we're going to find him.
36:32That's what I feel like.
36:33Like, I usually am right.
36:36Like, I would...
36:37I don't know that I've ever actually gotten one wrong.
36:40All right.
36:41Good night.
36:42Good night.
36:42Much of the time, we don't know what we have until it's gone.
37:05The pain and suffering that people go through feels unbearable in the moment.
37:12It can be a child, a mother, a father, or even a friend who's missing.
37:21And in that moment, we all wish we had that second chance
37:26to put things right before it's too late.
37:28That's why I work missing persons, to bring people back,
37:33to give people that second chance.
37:36That's why, no matter what,
37:39we will find you.
37:42Check out this easy.
37:50It's that goddamn, um, it's that side baby right here.
37:55Easy.
38:05Hey, Heidi.
38:06Hey, Vicki.
38:07I'm going through Morgan's social media,
38:10and I came across this guy, Easy Green.
38:13There's a picture of him and Morgan together.
38:15Have you heard that name?
38:16I haven't heard that name.
38:18Okay.
38:19I'd be interested to talk to him.
38:25When is the last time you saw Morgan?
38:27Like three weeks ago.
38:29His routine was come over there in the morning,
38:32get some coffee, get a cigarette.
38:33Stayed for an hour or two, then he'll go back here.
38:38He'll be like, I'm tired of going back home
38:40because he was on the medicine.
38:42Yeah.
38:43And then I ain't seen him no more.
38:46Nobody's seen him no more.
38:48We've been looking for him
38:49because we was worried about him after a week.
38:51What do you think happened to him?
38:54I really don't know.
38:56Think about Morgan, he always on Facebook.
38:59And he's not?
39:00No, he's not on Facebook.
39:01So that's what made me like,
39:03because me and him, you know what I mean,
39:04friends on Facebook.
39:05So I know, like, I know him.
39:07He always posted, posted, posted.
39:10Always rapping, posting, posting.
39:12And he's not on Facebook.
39:13Something had to happen to him that,
39:15you know what I mean?
39:16Like, I'm hoping people don't find him.
39:21Do you know Jersey?
39:24I heard of him.
39:25I don't know him.
39:26You've never seen him?
39:27Like, he got a bald head?
39:28Mm-hmm.
39:29I haven't seen him, but I don't know him.
39:31Where do you see him at?
39:32Usually at that store, AMP.
39:36Jersey be out there trying to act like he sell drugs.
39:40That was probably like a month ago, though.
39:46Well, you see, and Morgan seem to be good friends.
39:49He knows a lot about Morgan's movements.
39:52Yeah, and according to him, no one's seen Jersey
39:55since Morgan disappeared.
39:58It all keeps coming back to the same suspect.
40:02Jersey.
40:13It's narcotics.
40:13I guess you want a little more information
40:15about the Al-Tariq guy.
40:17I guess he's related to, like, a missing person now?
40:19Yeah.
40:20So you know how he's also known as Jersey?
40:22Mm-hmm.
40:23His name keeps coming up in a case that we're working.
40:26Jersey was in his apartment a couple times,
40:28and he was seen walking around with Jersey.
40:31So that's the last known person to see him alive.
40:34Mm-hmm.
40:35All of the witnesses are saying that Jersey's very violent.
40:38We know he's affiliated with some drug dealings
40:40out of Springtree,
40:41which is where our missing person case is.
40:44So I was trying to figure out
40:46if you guys know anything about him.
40:48He's connected to one of the other targets
40:50that we're investigating.
40:51Big guy in South Carolina that's selling a lot of drugs.
40:55I mean, we're trying to find this guy,
40:56but we obviously don't want to talk to somebody
40:59and mess up something that you guys are already working.
41:04Mm-hmm.
41:05I don't see why not.
41:08It's plausible that he's related to the missing persons,
41:11and there's only one way to find out.
41:14Talk to Jersey.
41:19Okay, so this is what we have.
41:22After speaking with multiple people,
41:24we have learned that Morgan owed several drug dealers money,
41:29but one name that continues to surface is Jersey.
41:33Narcotics is familiar with him.
41:35He's connected to high-level dealers.
41:37He's violent,
41:38and he's the last person seen with Morgan.
41:41And since Morgan disappeared,
41:43Jersey hasn't been seen.
41:46So I think the best plan of action
41:48is we head back out to Springtree
41:50and start searching the addresses
41:52that are linked to the victims
41:53and try to find anything that links to Jersey.
41:58Sheriff's department.
42:19Wow, look at this.
42:22Good God.
42:29Oh, my God.
42:32There's something weird over there.
42:33There's, like, a bin full of, like, a liquid.
42:36Something's in there.
42:38Don't smell it.
42:39It hit me in the face.
42:41What the?
42:42Oh, God.
42:44Howdy.
42:45What is that?
42:54We know for a fact Jersey used to stay in here.
42:59So, could be something Jersey put there.
43:02I mean, do you think that's, like...
43:04I hate to say it, but...
43:08that could be a body part.
43:10I hate to say it, but...
43:11I hate to say it, but...
43:12I hate to say it, but...
43:13I hate to say it, but...
43:14I hate to say it, but...
43:15I hate to say it, but...
43:16I hate to say it, but...
43:17I hate to say it, but...
43:18I hate to say it, but...
43:19I hate to say it, but...
43:20I hate to say it, but...
43:21I hate to say it, but...
43:22I hate to say it, but...
43:23I hate to say it, but...
43:24I hate to say it, but...
43:25I hate to say it, but...
43:26I hate to say it, but...
43:27I hate to say it, but...
43:28I hate to say it, but...
43:29I hate to say it, but...
43:30I hate to say it, but...
43:31I hate to say it, but...
