02:41holes I was presented with that at half three this long is that where we honor the joke 25 series in
02:53that's a joke can we talk about the trial yes oh my goodness it was so good honestly H is
03:00definitely doing it for Manchester isn't he that's the one phrase I love just gets him
03:03back in yeah where you're from I felt that he was a little bit quiet in this channel in this trial
03:12don't you think yeah it was a lot going on I mean you would if there was spiders yes to be fair and
03:17those people like the guy here that whenever you've been to a fright night like your theme park or
03:22something and the people get dressed up as ghouls and try and scare you it's like shut up yeah well I
03:28went the one here one yeah with the family and then my girls were oh yeah let's go it'll be really
03:34good fun and we got there and they're a bit much with like chainsaws and everything yeah so they
03:39didn't love it that much and I just got really protective and angry yeah I reckon I would have
03:46been a bit like that he handled it far better than I was fun having the ghouls and then there was a
03:50random man dressed as a tree yeah you like the random address as a tree was so crazy it was quite
03:58weird for us because obviously we were down there shooting yesterday and they kept coming out to get
04:02changing stuff so it's a bit like being backstage at you know a theme park and they came off and took
04:06their heads off yeah no you just had the black rings around their eyes shattered it I'm not scared
04:13anymore Stephen Mulhern all along and it was the hottest day of the year yesterday yeah here in
04:19Australia so he was in that bed bless him he's trying to do the the stalls trying to untie the
04:23but snakes all around and he's sweating yeah he was wet through with sweat at the end of it yeah
04:29yeah the ghouls actually was that the noise they were making they were just dehydrated
04:33yeah well we didn't see you headed to camp today but the vote is now open for the next trial drown the
04:55hatch will be revealing later on who will be taking on who do you think the public will pick for that
04:59um oh I don't know I don't know I've got no way of guessing what they're going to pick this series
05:05you know you kind of you think it's going to be one but I thought it was going to be Vogue
05:09me too with the snakes and it wasn't Vogue for you know it's night night sleep tight so I've got an
05:14idea hope it's somebody who I haven't seen a lot of yeah who do you want them Tom possibly yeah do
05:19you think Alex will get punished for the seasoning the rice for season for smuggling in yeah yeah yeah
05:25the will it be shown up for smuggling in that air freshener how just time where did you where does
05:32one hide an air freshener I actually know where she got it where she nicked it from the trial stop it

05:47sure but we think she nicked it from the bush took a truck yeah because I was like if you're going to
05:50smuggle something you're smuggling a small air freshener she's like this absolutely huge with
05:55family park yeah Alex comes with this tiny little pack of salt and she's like oh yeah sorry me 500
06:01mil free what was your favorite clip from today oh it has to be Tom dropping his accent it just really
06:10and I know we heard him do it the other day on the other night show but it just every time he does it
06:15he sounds so so unlike himself it tells me by surprise every time his hair slicked back in the
06:20bush telegram it came inside it it kind of work are we sure see it again yeah have a look let's have a
06:24look it's nice all a masquerade yeah yeah do you know what that Tom character with all the fancy
06:39language it is so exhausting much nicer to hang in here oh it should be in something like Victorian
06:49drama shouldn't be like in a body yeah that some cockney body oh so he slips back into himself there
06:56just quickly before you go we were talking about the contraband earlier what would you guys smuggle
07:05into camp what would be your thing oh do you know what would be really good if you could get it in
07:09there soy sauce oh yeah like salt and flavor and really good where would you stick that bottle funny
07:17shape isn't it I would be if I could could you get sashes of sriracha oh I love sriracha yeah Beyonce
07:27once said I've got hot sauce in my bag swag so that could be you that's me that's it cover it
07:31everything in it eggs everything everything's got sriracha on it but I really is that yeah that's
07:37something we didn't know um quickly before you go again um what did you think of Kev's little wink
07:48too oh yeah and I think I think he's I think he likes her yeah yeah we will talk about like jungle
07:59romance maybe this is the romance we didn't see coming yeah and if you think of the amount of
08:03women who've flirted with Kev over the years and he hasn't brought character but he has for Ruby

09:31loved the episode you both look absolutely wonderful i'm glad one of you mate has made an effort
09:36the um i'm joking sean i'm joking um what did you make of the episode today no it was good a bit salty
09:44or was it oh salty very good yeah a bit stormy bit stormy oh yeah fresh very fresh yeah it was good
09:53though we had good fun watching it uh let's quickly talk about the uh the camp leaders you guys called it
09:59yesterday to be fair there was some division in camp this morning let's have a quick reminder
10:04i'm very confused about the king's role you know the whole thing about status because we were all
10:10uneven playing oh has thrown me a little bit are we playing king and deputy and we're the low people
10:18should i be frightened we're all equal still the only thing that's changed is that i don't have a
10:24chore to do or ginge okay no but there's there's a vibe and i know this was an intentional ginge but
10:30like it got into my head about how you how well you played saying you only got five stars i was
10:36like can i trust ginge oh interesting isn't it yeah like do you think they took it too far i found that
10:44conversation crazy i don't think they've took it too far at all the only thing i would say with ruby
10:49is maybe she is used to being like top dog whatever room she walks into she's kind of the most
10:55recognized person so i don't know if it's because h and angry ginger have kind of been put ahead of
11:01that yeah also i think do you know what i think there's a maybe if you look at jack and ruby that
11:06have a problem so maybe there's a bit of a cultural divide you know they're from america and they don't
11:11get they don't get like the english fans you know and i get the fans from manchester yeah i think that's
11:18i do i think that's everyone else kind of gets what they're doing they're just trying to have fun
11:22yeah and ruby i don't think ruby quite gets that i think that's what was really interesting really
11:27different about this year because they're sharing every morning even if they've not really got anything
11:31to share they're still sharing it and so anything that's a slight annoyance is like it usually would
11:38bubble up and it would become a massive thing but they're sharing it immediately which is making
11:43them so much more of a harmonious cup they genuinely love each other like it feels so different i think
11:48right yeah i feel like means maybe we won't get as much like drama it's interesting you said you didn't
11:53think it was a big deal because i was watching and i was like oh i just think it's funny like banter as
11:58you said sean but i was wondering if you're in the camp you're tired you're like six seven eight days in
12:03that actually i just don't find it fun i just don't find this funny like we're all just struggling but
12:07it's interesting you you guys have been in the camp and you think oh no it's not a big idea
12:11there's not a big deal yeah no god no i was going to say i totally i do agree with what you're saying
12:16in a sense when you are hungry and i think it was jack said that he went to bed and he was he was
12:22thinking about it because you don't have anything else to really think about that's true maybe that's
12:27a little bit of it yeah but actually at the same time i think that ginge and h won't appreciate that
12:33being brought up everything in there everything in there that it would be tiny in the real world
12:39is suddenly heightened when you're in the jungle so just just bringing up that you didn't like that
12:44he was lying is massive i don't think you know and we'll go on to see but i don't think that's made h
12:50feel or sorry ginge feel particularly good today yeah yeah do you think maybe she's just sort of
12:56she's missing them in a weird way because she's not spending as much time with them so i think maybe
13:01she's just missing them and going like oh yeah hanging out with you guys she's gravitating towards
13:05lisa i find i interesting about ruby she's not really like a solo person like she's she had her
13:10group it was her and the lads and now i think she's like finding someone else to like not latch on to
13:15but have like conversation with them be her person in camp so i think maybe she doesn't like it
13:20particularly that's those two the two she was closest with who are now barking orders being funny and
13:26being boys but i think she's like oh you're you we were all in the three together and now you're telling me
13:30what to do i don't like it like she's going like oh you're having fun with my friend yeah that's my
13:35friend that's her friend i like the lisa and and ruby almost feel like this sort of they're so polar
13:43opposite to agent ginge like agent ginge is like the young guys and they're slightly elder women in
13:47the camp yeah and so but they're so fun and they're still bringing so much energy they're like your
13:52favorite aunties yeah that stay out when everyone else has gone to bed yeah yeah you wake up they're still at
13:59the bar you think if they literally weren't bringing home the food in trials people would be
14:06slightly more annoyed by it i think they're just trying to have fun with it yeah i think if you're
14:11kind of in that leadership role i do think they're trying to have fun with it so i don't know if the
14:16camp are taking that a little bit in the wrong way but um yeah the fact that the deliverant don't
14:21bite the hand that feeds you people say but the fact that they're bringing the stars to camp then you're like
14:27you know what that's our leader they're doing what they said to do so and they're just trying to
14:31have fun you know ginger's trying to have fun he's trying to make them happy and then actually the
14:36opposite has happened and they've he's made them feel sad you know i've been to one of your tour shows
14:40you know what that's like it's uh jungle legend and uh jungle legend time and we're really really
14:57excited for this one she's charmed us all of last year with her incredible screams our eardrums have
15:02only just recovered ladies and gentlemen it's gk barry hi everybody how are you gk it's so good to
15:11have you on the show i'm so excited to be here i've said that i've had fomo watching this season
15:17like i'm really jealous of everyone getting all the air time i just realized that there's a dog
15:22behind you i thought it was a coat that you were wearing i can't make them sit so this is gonna have to
15:27be it fine i like that which is it looks like a really sort of bougie scarf i like it uh before we
15:35get your thoughts on this is count let's remind ourselves of some of your best moments from last
15:39year in the jungle guys there is one in my past i would describe my time in the jungle as incredible
15:57traumatic and so much fun sorry i hate full space oh do you know what grow up it's in my tits
16:17you're so good can you believe it's been a year it's mad yeah it's really flown by i can't
16:24i can't believe but also no one's really been that much of a screamer this year so it's kind of
16:28put me in a position yeah that's true that's true who's the most active in your 2024 whatsapp
16:34group so far um i think it's rev rev is always talking about he's sending pictures of his travels
16:45where is he currently i think he's in south africa i don't know what he's doing there but he's in
16:51south africa maybe he's already in i'm a celebrity all-stars i don't know i have no idea and what
16:57are you making of this year's series gk i'm loving it i feel like all of the personalities
17:04are really funny like ruby wax i didn't know what to make of her on the first day she was telling
17:09james to get out of her way for the angle i thought she's not for me but she's really grown on
17:14me i think she's hilarious she is so funny like we love her here what are you thinking about her
17:20relationship with h and ginge because obviously your friendship with rev rich was just perfection
17:25like we love an unlikely friendship do you like theirs this year i love it and i do believe that
17:32jinge or h could maybe get with ruby i know she's married i would love to see that that would be
17:39amazing i would also like to see that but not in a weird way are you and the rev still good mates
17:44like outside of the group chat yeah one-on-one like good friends you hang out yeah we've we've hung out
17:50a few times had a few prosecco's and we text a lot but he doesn't know how to use emojis
17:56so the conversation can be a little bit blunt um i think he still loves me oh bless lots of
18:02balls stops i imagine yeah yeah well like an exclamation mark i'm like wow he's really
18:08passionate about it what are you making of uh agent ginger's uh leadership we were just talking about
18:13it here i think it's hilarious but also i don't know why jack thought it was that deep he was like
18:20i can't trust you as a person like you're acting and i thought he would not survive in the
18:26streets of london god bless but i just thought it was really funny obviously another theme of
18:33tonight's episode was contraband were you ever tempted to sneak anything in last year or did you
18:40no i was a massive worse even when it we were all in holding the week before like people were
18:45sneaking in phones i was too scared i was like i'm gonna get kicked off the show but i know that melvin
18:50snuck in i think it was some salt and some pepper and obviously dean did the tea bags so everyone
18:57had more more than me but yeah i'm just too much for worse yeah i mean everyone's sneaking stuff in
19:03now it's becoming a thing this should make it more of a punishment yeah i agree with you um who would
19:09you be mates with if you were in this year's camp i fear that i would be really close with ruby yeah
19:17yeah um i would maybe strike conversation with alex because we can bond over scissoring maybe
19:27and martin i think he's a lovely man oh my goodness i wish you were in there uh you wait obviously
19:35you did a lot of trials last year you're i hate to say this but you're a real screamer in those
19:39trials who you enjoy most in the trials this year i'm annoyed because everyone's dealing with the
19:45trials really well at the minute yeah everyone's just sort of getting on with it not screaming but
19:50i think vogue was quite funny she screamed a little bit so i was enjoying that but i want to
19:56i don't know i want to see more people in distress yeah yeah yeah i think it's going to be really
20:01interesting who the public pick next because i really want to see so like vogue would be great
20:06lisa would be great that sort of thing uh is there anything that uh before you go that you can tell
20:11us about your time in camp that you've never told anyone before um i am a horrible person when i was
20:20camp chair i would give myself significantly bigger portions than everyone else so while everyone else was
20:27starving i was like i am so full i feel great oh that's so they hardly got any stars last year
20:35yeah you got like six stars and that's not my problem
20:46have you picked your winner
20:49it's got to be it's got to be ruby or tom i feel like tom is a bit of an underdog but i love all of
20:55his words i don't understand what he's saying but i think he'd like really humbly accept being the
21:00winner yeah yeah i think it's a great i just love him so much we all do i think he's absolutely
21:06fantastic i'd love to see you and him together actually that'd be absolutely fantastic thank you
21:10very much gk and thank you dogster good over gk thank you love you uh she was such an amazing coming
21:17and she uh put up with absolutely loads of rain last year uh today was the first like proper
21:23biblical storm for this year's camp uh how much does does weather affect the camp did you guys have
21:28much rain when you were in there we didn't have lords did we no we had a great time yeah and you used
21:34to get like bits of sun through the trees and you just get a little bit of vitamin d and it really
21:39brightened up your day so i can see how it would affect the mood yes i think one of the things that
21:44isn't really spoken about too much in the jungle is that it's really uncomfortable you kind of don't
21:49really get that impression necessarily but you don't have a back on the seat yeah you have it too
21:53hot you know the beds aren't very comfortable so the rain just adds to that and it makes the experience
22:00even harder even more grating and i think it has an effect on when it is raining how do you keep all
22:05your stuff dry oh that is the toughest part isn't it we wouldn't learn well i'll tell you actually
22:11it's the drying the cloves yeah that's when our clothes got wet is when we washed them and then
22:15you had to dry them for you it's so moist down there nothing really dries yeah so it's just nothing
22:20really dry it's really hard to dry stuff what we what we used to do is we would like because you can't
22:26dry your socks when you get wet you just don't dry yeah and so um uh don't tell anyone this but you
22:32should just every now and again we just throw our socks on the fire what and then they would just burn
22:36and they'd be like oh no i burned my socks can i have a new pair and then like they don't want to
22:40leave you with no socks yeah just give you your socks oh my goodness yeah i don't think that's
22:44allowed but that sounds like it's not allowed do you use washing powder they give you washing powder
22:48you just a little bit of washing up like soap they do the very liquid stuff isn't it yeah you know what
22:53that's just remind us about the soap i remember actually being in the water washing and boy george
22:58asking for my soap and i give him it and he washed every bit of his body and then went to give us it back
23:04and i was like oh you can keep that one cool my clothes smell of um boy george's bits um i picked it
23:16as a souvenir and for the first time we also saw an emotional side of ginger as well which was
23:23which was really nice i thought it was really interesting you know i'm made by saying that right
23:27kevin yeah i guess like he's being more vulnerable it's never nice seeing someone upset but i feel like
23:33ginger's a really good character because i only knew ginger's like angry ginge like the guy who
23:38shouts on like twitch do you know what i mean and he's come in and we saw him a couple of days ago
23:41with jack you might have missed this but jack when he was crying he said oh don't worry i won't cry
23:46anymore and ginger it's you guys like that and he's like men cry too which is just such a beautiful
23:51moment i'm seeing online loads of people are talking about it then of course ginger's like
23:54unapologetically just having his moment he's taking himself off it is really hard to be away from
23:59home if you've never done it before some people go away and they do like uni or you know apprenticeship
24:04or go abroad for the year traveling if you haven't done that and i don't actually know about ginger's
24:08background if this is the first time he's been away from home with no contact no wonder it's hitting him
24:13hard but like you said it's such a nice camp hopefully he'll feel like he can open up to
24:17people it's really sad seeing someone being sad on their own yes at least with jackie's talking to
24:22people yeah do you think it's got something to do with the sort of ruby speaking up do you think
24:27maybe that was a trigger for all of this sort of emotion happening i think that that won't have
24:32helped yeah definitely you know as i say you're trying to you're trying to have fun and then
24:36actually it backfires and it turns out that you're making people have less of a good time i think that's
24:42tough i also think we're at that point now we've crossed that that line where even though they're
24:47getting the stars and they're doing well as a camp you're still not eating like you would back home
24:51you're fragile you're away from the family it's not just that you're not seeing them there's no
24:56phone think about we're we're in contact with people more than we ever you know have been and
25:01then that's just take it away from you and you're chucked in the jungle so i yeah it's not it's not
25:05nice seeing him have a uh a rough time but he'll be okay he'll be okay yeah he'll be okay thanks guys
25:11uh right kevin you need to make on your merry way to be down at uh tomorrow's drown the hatch trial to

25:37you feel if you turned on i'm a celeb and you saw your therapist in the jungle for someone out there
25:42that is happening right now take a look at this when i left um my job in tv i tried to get various
25:50jobs so i told people i was a coach a private coach for us because you made like a lot of money 500 an
25:58hour or even more whereas a therapist i learned to be a therapist and i was terrible because i just
26:05interrupting i kept interrupting and going yeah yeah enough about you and so um i was all did you
26:11actually have patience i had to oh my god so oh yeah i had to because i had to do 400 hours of
26:19volunteer work yeah but i had a lot of things and then i got fired from a job when i was working free
26:27i'm sorry i love ruby but no one is having a therapy session with ruby and coming out with that
26:35feeling better i always think if i wasn't in this line of work i'd have a very different wife
26:44i would be unemployed let's talk about h's terrifying trial today let's have a quick reminder
26:51night night night night night night sleep tight hello boys what have you been up to today
27:03whoa whoa whoa whoa three minutes gone it's not some time i try to have some time
27:21fun no way no you're not yes i am get it in your bag here he is
27:35bravo he's done well there so well i thought it was really one of the hardest trials so far
27:40and he just completely was so composed the entire time yeah i think it was definitely the most difficult
27:45but he was just so in the zone wasn't he like the sweat was pouring down the spiders on his face but
27:51he just stayed so focused and he used like self-talk to keep him going but he did so well and it
27:57was almost like they weren't there the snakes and you know the spiders he was that he was that in
28:01the zone there was a point where he was actually just chatting to anthony yeah you look gorgeous
28:06like you're all right it's fine yeah you know yeah so in the zone he felt like it was like he was
28:11a plumber under the sink just doing some work yes exactly you know me just super chill i think
28:15they maybe made the bed too comfy maybe that was the problem i don't know but i agree with you that
28:19that looked to me like the toughest yeah really just yeah he absolutely smashed it what i loved about
28:25him though was when he got back to camp he didn't say i got 11 stars or whatever it was he said we got
28:32like it was really like as if it was a team effort even though it wasn't but i think he seems like a real
28:38team player true leader yeah true leader yeah and i think that you know that could be the advantage
28:43of doing badly in a trial earlier on because if you messed up with the uh the eating challenge
28:48where you eat the eyes and i think because of that that's actually spurred him on to do today
28:53yeah i gave him the fire that it needed yeah i think so it's uh yeah we keep saying it but it's just
28:59gonna be interesting to see someone sort of break and not get as many stars and what the reaction will
29:04be when they go back to camp it's going to be such a shock for them because they've just been
29:07smashing it every time they're doing so well aren't they but i think h and angry ginge even
29:12though they're working together in this leadership role are kind of like have formed a final do you
29:17know what i mean it's like you go and get that many stars i'm gonna do better than you and manchester
29:21rival yeah city against united that's exactly what it is yeah exactly salford versus united or whatever
29:28i don't know football um even though he bagged 11 stars the camp was docked one of them because alex
29:33was convicted of uh assault if it does it's a joke it worked it worked and and deck will probably use
29:42on their show tomorrow um the uh what do you think about sort of the the the salt and sort of what
29:49they're what they're sort of getting the star taken away would you be annoyed if you were raged
29:53i think if it had been more than one star it was only one star how much difference did that really make
30:00so i don't think he was too annoyed and he did say the salt was obviously benefiting the rest of the
30:06camp so it wasn't like alex did something that was selfish so i think that changed the attitude a
30:11little bit that was an opportunity i think to take away more stars that's what i think this this camp
30:17have had too much food yeah they're enjoying themselves too much take it away i want to see
30:21them starving also for me i think um i think if one star taken away is it because i would give one
30:29star personally to have like three meals with salt in it yeah i would actually give that up yes you're
30:35right so you've got to take away sort of two or three stars then it would really be like oh my god i
30:40can't believe you did this and it would stop people doing it in the future and also what it would do
30:44is perhaps creates more of a tension in the camp yeah if you were to take away more stars you'd be
30:50less happy with someone taking in contraband contraband i love that we use the word contraband
30:56so much on this show uh well done guys uh all right i think kemi should have made it down to the
30:59trial clearing by now kemi are you there yes i'm here at drown the hatch it's a pretty weird place
31:05because all the fun is happening downstairs underneath my feet so as you can see there are loads of hatches so
31:10the cam may have to like literally dive to the bottom and open another hatch to get stars they're
31:14filled with water ranger can we have a look at this first one i don't know what's in there oh my goodness
31:21i don't know if you can see there's loads of toads so there's 50 toads there are also 70 yabbies in this
31:28look at all the toads i actually didn't know what a yabby is but apparently it's a bit like a
31:32lobster looking thing this one is literally trying to escape look at it they're so sweet they're trying

34:25so here they are my friend uh we've got one from zach if you could sneak one thing into camp
34:31what would it be oh i think i would probably sneak in a really comfy camping chair although it wouldn't
34:40be it would be next to impossible to sneak in because the logs are so uncomfortable and as we're all
34:47losing weight like we have no arse and so we all just have like bruised chased arses sitting on the logs
34:56well to be fair shona uh smuggled in an air freshener so we've seen some pretty big things
35:00smuggled in uh what was your best memory in the jungle so far from page uh i think my best memory
35:06probably will be just laughing like i've laughed so much like my stomach muscles hurt but that could
35:13also be malnutrition uh what uh what's the worst thing that you've had to cook so far on the shows from
35:20anya worst oh it was definitely the eel that eel was i mean and the smell of it is still haunting
35:26the camp like because when we were cutting it up like it's juices like leaked into the trunk oh and

40:17yeah deep down so i think he will do well and hopefully we've just seen him there so kind of
40:22he's not said what scares him but there's enough options there for him to get freaked out yeah yeah
40:29i mean he sort of he does know how to do all the survival stuff he was talking about deadfall from the
40:34he knows all of that stuff but we don't know how well he can swim to be fair no we don't and it's
40:39really interesting because there's a pressure on everyone getting really good amount of stars
40:43so it doesn't matter there could be something he's really afraid in one of those tanks yeah

41:25camp i think you don't bother taking it all out so you just take all your worldly belongings so you
41:28just can't take all your toothpaste and everything like that yeah and if you're going to get wet as
41:32well sometimes you'll take like your fleecy thing oh i had jill's knickers yeah
