00:01My family has always supported my passion for cooking,
00:04so I'm calling my mum, who lives in New Zealand,
00:07for an update on the eatery renovation.
00:09So, how's it all going?
00:11I mean, it feels really messy at the moment,
00:14but I know that we'll get through that part.
00:17How are you feeling about the opening?
00:19To be honest, I'm kind of stressed about it.
00:21There's so much that still needs to be done
00:23in terms of building that I can't even focus on
00:26or think about what I'm going to be serving.
00:28One thing outside.
00:30My mother is half Dutch and half Chinese
00:32and always encouraged me to cook as a child
00:35and would get me ingredients and let me make what I wanted to.
00:40So, have you decided on a name yet?
00:42I keep second-guessing myself because I want it to be perfect.
00:46Yeah, I think it should be the vet clinic.
00:48No, it can't be anything to do with animal surgery.
00:51It's too close to home, you know.
00:53I think I fall in love with romantic projects
00:58and this is definitely one of them.
01:00Good update.
01:02I'm going to have to go because I have to get prepped
01:05for a crayfish diving adventure tomorrow.
01:07That sounds really dangerous.
01:09Beware of sharks.
01:10I don't like your diving, really.
01:12I don't like sharks either, so that's fine.
01:14Bye.
01:15Bye.
