00:00in the name of the father and of the son and of the holy spirit amen the grace of our lord

00:21jesus christ from the love of god and the community of the holy spirit be with you all

00:25good morning everyone today we celebrate the feast of the presentation of the blessed virgin mary

00:35we were presented to god officially on the day of our baptism and each day

00:45we present ourselves to god on the altar at every holy mass

00:51this reminds us that we are

00:59a people

01:02who separated from the world for god and consecrated god

01:11so we are obliged to live a holy life

01:14in our busy schedule in this world we seldom remember that

01:24normally we forget things

01:28forget our responsibility forget our

01:31call to live or to lead a holy life

01:40as we come together to celebrate this greatest mystery and gift

01:44on the feast of this presentation of the blessed virgin mary

01:49let's take a moment to accept all our failures and weaknesses the times we fail to

01:59remember

02:03that we are consecrated to god not to the world

02:06but fail to follow what he wants

02:18and ask pardon for that and prepare ourselves to celebrate the second mysteries

02:23i confess to almighty god and you my brothers and sisters

02:36that i have greatly sinned in my thoughts and in my words

07:03reading from the holy gospel according to matthew

07:11jesus was speaking to the crowds when his mother and his brothers appeared

07:16they were standing outside and were anxious to have a war with him

07:20but to the man who told him this jesus replied

07:26who is my mother

07:30and stretching out his hand towards his disciples he said

07:35here are my mother and my brothers

07:38anyone who does the will of my father in heaven

07:52blessed are you lord god for creation for through your goodness we have received the bread we offer you

08:06fruit of the earth and work of human hands it will become for us the bread of life

08:10the mystery of this water and my mother can share the bread of the earth

08:17Blessed are you Lord God of your creation for through your goodness we have received

08:40the wine we offer you fruit of the wine and work of human hands it will become our spiritual

08:46drink with humble spirit and contrite heart may be accepted to your Lord as I have passed

08:53and I have said this day the peace of you Lord God of my sins

09:03for brothers and sisters that my sacrifice and yours may be acceptable to God the Almighty Father

09:09may the Lord accept the sacrifice at your hands for the praise and glory of his name

11:02by sending down your spirit upon them like the dewfall so that they may become for us the body

11:19he took bread and giving thanks broke it and gave it to his disciples saying take this all of you and eat

11:26of it for this is my body which will be given up for you

13:54the Savior's command informed by divine teaching we try to say our Father who art in heaven
