Molino who delivered a crucial equaliser last evening hinted that this World Cup qualifying window may be his final appearance in national colours, marking the end of an era for one of T&T's most influential modern-day players.

00:00While the head coach Dwight York has indicated he's willing to remain, that decision is not totally up to him.
00:06However, it's not the same for captain Kevin Molino.
00:09Looking back, it has been a hell of a road.
00:12I think it's set up in a way that I think this might be my last game for Trinidad coming up Tuesday.
00:20I had a conversation with the coaches.
00:23You know, I don't want to turn their attention to me.
00:26I think the team is more important than me.
00:30But I think when you look at everything, there's five more years to qualify for a World Cup.
00:34And my dream has always been to wear this badge with pride and also do something great for Trinidad and Tobago.
00:41And for me, I think the way I put myself under significant pressure or to provide for Trinidad,
00:48I think I'm not going to say I failed, but I continue to learn.
00:52I continue to grow.
00:53And, you know, I think Tuesday is going to be the last I will wear the red, white and black again.
01:00There have been many trials for Molino on his return to the national team and as captain.
01:05He's only started once in five group matches, but his focus has always been on team success.
01:10I have trust in them.
01:12They have trust in me.
01:13I've come out of retirement.
01:15They bring me back.
01:15And I believe in whatever they have installed for the team.
01:19And I am not bigger on the team.
01:21And I accept the decision they make.
01:23And I just stay positive on the bench.
01:25And if even if I get one minute or two minutes, it's for the betterment of Trinidad and Tobago.
01:30Trinidad and Tobago football.
01:31The team for us to move forward.
01:33I wish I did come on and score two goals.
01:35That was my mindset.
01:37My mindset was never negative or my body language.
01:40It was all for the greatness of the team and the greatness of Trinidad for us to do good, to win the game.
01:46The 35-year-old has been a mentor to the younger players in the squad and left them with a valuable message.
01:53This result or this campaign is not a failure, but it's a learning lesson for some of the guys.
02:00You know, I have been in multiple campaigns.
02:03And, you know, I'm not going to say fail.
02:05I learn.
02:06I learn as a person.
02:08I learn as a footballer.
02:09I learn overall.
02:10And this is the lesson I can channel through them and tell them it's something you need to learn so the next campaign could be better.
02:17But this is something we need to hold on to this group.
02:21We have a massive ability in this group, a bright future.
02:26But we need to continue to grow them and continue to work with this group.
02:31And I think this group could go on to do something great.
