00:06Andy Pandy was looking for something to play with when he heard a knock at his door.
00:13Andy Pandy had opened the door rather more quickly than Orby had expected.
00:18Still, no harm done.
00:20Orby told Andy Pandy that Sailor Bilbo needed help, so off he went.
00:24Teddy wanted to play, so did Orby.
00:30As Teddy and Orby played, Louby Lou arrived home.
00:33She'd been to buy some flowers to plant in her garden.
00:38She went to find a trowel and a garden fork to help her plant them.
00:43Teddy and Orby were still playing. Their game took them to Louby Lou's garden
00:49and over her lovely new flowers.
00:54Teddy didn't know what to do. Louby Lou would be very cross.
01:00Then Teddy thought that if he hid them,
01:04perhaps Louby Lou would think they'd been blown away in the wind or something.
01:11Louby Lou was very surprised to find how flowers had gone.
01:15Poor Louby Lou decided to go and look for them.
01:19Andy Pandy was working very hard on Sailor Bilbo's boat.
01:23Naughty Teddy had hidden the broken flowers at his house,
01:27and he was hoping to keep out of Louby Lou's way.
01:30So he'd come to visit Sailor Bilbo.
01:33Then Teddy had an idea.
01:36Teddy ran all the way home to find some tissue paper.
01:40He scrunched it up until it looked a bit like Louby Lou's flowers.
01:44Teddy used the paint to turn the tissue paper blue.
01:54Teddy had some nice blue flowers now, but flowers have stalks too.
01:59He needed some green stalks.
02:01Teddy went to look for some small twigs.
02:03Andy Pandy had finished painting Sailor Bilbo's boat, and very smart it looked too.
02:11Andy Pandy asked Teddy what he thought of his painting.
02:14Teddy said he thought it looked very nice, but what it needed was some nice green stripes.
02:20Sarah Bilbo thought this was a great idea.
02:25Andy Pandy painted some green stripes on the smart blue boat.
02:30And Teddy dipped his twigs into the paint when Andy Pandy and Sailor Bilbo weren't looking.
02:37Teddy had stuck the blue tissue paper to the green twigs,
02:40and was planting the pretend flowers in Louby Lou's flower bed.
02:46Louby Lou still hadn't found the missing flowers.
02:49She'd just have to go and buy some more.
02:51Then she saw the flowers that Teddy had planted.
02:55Teddy said that he'd found some flowers, and thought that Louby Lou might like them.
03:02But when Louby Lou got closer, she saw that the flowers weren't really flowers at all.
03:05And what was all that paint on Teddy's fur?
03:11Teddy realized that he'd have to tell the truth.
03:14So he told Louby Lou how he'd run over her flowers,
03:18and made some new ones hoping she wouldn't notice.
03:21He said he was very, very sorry.
03:24Louby Lou saw that Teddy really meant what he said, and she forgave him.
03:29And when Andy Pandy arrived back from the boathouse, she asked them both to tea.
03:35Teddy too, playing in the garden every day.
03:40Making things is so much fun.
03:43Here comes Andy Pandy.
03:45Teddy.
