00:26In Andy Pandy Land

00:30It was early in the morning and everyone was still asleep.

00:39Well, not quite everyone.

00:41Andy Pandy had left his bed, but where was he?

00:45He was in his cupboard looking for something to play with.

00:49But he couldn't find what he was looking for until...

00:54He found just the very thing.

00:57A balloon.

00:59He thought he'd take it outside to play with it.

01:04Andy Pandy blew up his balloon.

01:07It got bigger and bigger and bigger.

01:12By now Teddy had wakened too.

01:18When he saw Andy and the balloon, he was very excited.

01:22The balloon was very big indeed by the time Teddy got there.

01:26It was so big that Andy Pandy didn't see Teddy arriving.

01:30Teddy took Andy Pandy by surprise and he let go of the balloon.

01:36Teddy thought the noise the balloon made as it flew away was very funny.

01:42Andy Pandy wasn't very pleased.

01:44He'd lost his balloon.

01:45Now they'd have to go and look for it.

01:47Missy Hissy was still sleeping when the balloon arrived.

01:55But not for long.

01:57The balloon had wakened her too.

01:59She wondered what it was.

02:00She had never seen a balloon before.

02:03She wondered if it was some sort of animal.

02:07Maybe it was a sort of snake.

02:09Maybe, thought Missy Hissy, she had made a new and snaky friend.

02:13Andy Pandy and Teddy found the balloon.

02:18Andy Pandy told Missy Hissy that it was a balloon.

02:22He blew it up again.

02:25This time there was no one there to startle him and he tied a knot in the end.

02:31Missy Hissy thought the balloon looked just great.

02:35Andy Pandy and Teddy had a game of keep the balloon off the ground.

02:39They were both very good at it.

02:43Then Teddy got a bit too excited.

02:47The balloon went up and up and up.

02:52Andy Pandy thought that it was the last they'd see of the balloon.

02:59Orby the ball was awake by now.

03:02He was very pleased when he saw that he had a visitor.

03:05Maybe it was a sort of ball.

03:09Maybe, thought Orby, he had made a new and bouncy friend.

03:13Orby thought that he'd take his new friend to meet some of his other friends.

03:19But the balloon got blown away by the wind.

03:24Tiffo wondered whether it was something to play with.

03:27Maybe, thought Tiffo, he had made a new and playful friend.

03:30So he played with it.

03:32He played with it a little too roughly.

03:37By now, Andy Pandy and Teddy had arrived back at Andy Pandy's house.

03:42Andy Pandy was going to see if he could find another balloon in his cupboard when...

03:48Tiffo wondered where his new friend had gone.

03:52He asked Orby if he'd seen him.

03:54Orby said he hadn't.

03:56He asked Tiffo if he'd seen his new friend.

03:59Tiffo said he hadn't.

04:00They decided to go and ask Andy Pandy if he'd seen their new friends.

04:07Looby Lou had heard the big bang too.

04:09She, Andy Pandy and Teddy had come to find out what it was.

04:14Tiffo and Orby were too busy asking questions to answer any.

04:18And Andy and Teddy hadn't seen any new friends.

04:21But Looby Lou had found something.

04:26It was a burst balloon.

04:30It wasn't a new friend at all.

04:34Tiffo and Orby were a little bit disappointed.

04:37Until Andy told them that he'd got some more balloons in his cupboard at home.

04:41So Andy Pandy, Looby Lou and Teddy blew up some more balloons and Tiffo and Orby joined in the fun.
