00:30Early one morning, Andy Pandy was still asleep when Looby-Loo tiptoed into his house and left an envelope in his special cupboard.
00:51She'd remembered that it was Andy's birthday.
00:55Later on, Missy Hissy wanted to know why Andy Pandy hadn't come out to play.
01:04She saw him looking into his special cupboard.
01:09He'd found an envelope he'd never seen before.
01:14In the envelope was a birthday card.
01:18But who was it for?
01:20Andy didn't want to waste the card, so he asked Missy Hissy if she'd like to have a birthday.
01:28She said that every time you have a birthday you get bigger and she really didn't want to grow any longer.
01:33Andy asked Defoe the dog if he wanted a birthday.
01:43Then Andy asked Orby the ball.
01:47Orby said he was too young for birthdays.
01:49Bilbo the sailor said he was too old for birthdays, but he'd got some decorations and if there was to be a party Andy could borrow them.
02:00A birthday party? What a good idea!
02:05Andy Pandy still didn't know whose birthday it would be.
02:08But he'd ask Looby Lou to have a birthday.
02:13He told Teddy his plan.
02:15Teddy said a birthday should be a surprise.
02:18So they'd give Looby Lou a surprise birthday party.
02:22Teddy would put up Bilbo's decorations and Andy Pandy would make a cake.
02:27He'd never made a cake before.
02:28But Teddy told him to find his favorite foods, mix them all together in a cake tin and put the tin in the fridge.
02:39Then he'd have made an ice cream cake.
02:42Andy loved baked beans.
02:45And raspberry jam.
02:48And bananas.
02:52Bilbo the sailor had given Teddy lots of flags as decorations for the party.
02:59Andy Pandy had almost finished mixing the cake.
03:05He put in his favorite sauce.
03:09And the ice cream cake was ready to go in the fridge.
03:14Teddy was still trying to put up the decorations.
03:20But it wasn't easy, especially when Tiffo tried to help.
03:25Andy Pandy hoped his ice cream cake was ready.
03:40It looked a bit odd.
03:44And sounded a bit odd.
03:47But it was made from all his favorite foods, so Andy was sure it would taste delicious.
03:55Tiffo had decorated himself with Bilbo the sailor's flax.
04:00So Teddy had to decorate the birthday party with a flower.
04:03The party guests thought Andy Pandy's cake looked very odd.
04:12Then they noticed a glorious smell.
