00:00Here we go!
00:30It had rained all morning and the wind was blowing hard.
00:38Paul with a ball came out to look for his friends.
00:42But the wind blew him straight back home.
00:48In Andy Pandy's house, Andy was waiting with Louby Lou and Teddy.
00:52They wanted the rain to stop so they could go outside to play.
00:56Andy wanted to see if the rain had stopped at last.
01:00The rain had stopped.
01:08They were thrilled to be outside again, although it was still very windy.
01:16But then they felt more drops of water.
01:18Was it raining again already?
01:22No, it wasn't raining.
01:24Teddy had run into a puddle.
01:30Andy Pandy liked the puddle.
01:32It was a very good puddle.
01:34A perfect puddle for sailing a boat.
01:38Louby Lou had thought of something important.
01:42They hadn't got a boat.
01:44But Andy said they'd make a boat.
01:46Andy had eaten the last of his cornflakes for breakfast and he soon made the box into a boat.
01:54Andy asked Teddy to look after the stick he'd found so that they could use it as a mast.
02:00But Teddy couldn't remember what he'd done with the stick.
02:04You can't sail a boat without a mast.
02:06So they looked everywhere for the stick until...
02:10Andy Pandy noticed that Teddy had something stuck behind his ear.
02:16While Andy had been building the boat, Louby Lou had found a cloth to use as a sail.
02:26And soon the boat was ready.
02:30Andy and Louby licked their fingers to find out which way the wind was blowing.
02:34Teddy licked his paw.
02:38Teddy didn't like licking his paw.
02:42It was too furry.
02:44But all the licking reminded Teddy that he hadn't had any lunch.
02:50He went home to find some honey.
02:52Andy and Louby agreed the wind was blowing from behind them.
02:56And they were ready to launch the boat.
03:00It sailed perfectly.
03:04Andy was so pleased with the boat, he wanted to show it to Bilbo the sailor.
03:10Bilbo couldn't wait to see the new boat.
03:14The wind was blowing so hard, Bilbo got to the puddle very quickly indeed.
03:20He had to lower his sail or his own boat might blow into the puddle and get its wheels wet.
03:26Andy helped Bilbo away from the water.
03:29And Louby Lou showed him their boat.
03:32It sailed so well, Bilbo wanted to take a closer look.
03:40By now, Teddy was full of honey.
03:44He was pleased Bilbo liked their boat and thought he should get closer to the water's edge.
03:49How could Bilbo take a close look at Andy Pandy's boat without getting his wheels wet?
03:57Andy had an idea.
03:59But what was it?
04:02Andy remembered that in his special cupboard he'd seen a skipping rope.
04:07He thought it would help Bilbo see the boat on the puddle without getting wet wheels.
04:12He tied one end of the skipping rope to Bilbo.
04:16Andy and Teddy could hold the other end of the rope and make sure Bilbo's boat didn't splash into the puddle.
04:23Andy's plan worked.
04:27Now Louby Lou could sail their own boat on the puddle once again.
04:32But where was the puddle?
04:35Bilbo said the strong wind must have dried it up.
04:40What could be done with the new boat?
04:43Now Bilbo had an idea.
04:45He said the boat would make a very good aeroplane.
04:49A one, a two, a three.
04:55Bilbo was right.
04:57Andy Pandy's boat made a very good aeroplane indeed.
05:02Andy, Teddy, too.
05:05Playing in the garden every day.
05:09Making things is so much fun.
05:12Here comes Andy Pandy.
