00:30There was a lot going on at Lubyloo's house one morning.
00:35She was having a big spring clean.
00:38She had some help though.
00:40Andy, Pandy and Teddy had come round to lend a hand.
00:43Teddy was enjoying the mopping so much, he even mopped the bed.
00:48Lubyloo said that her bed didn't really need mopping.
00:52Then Teddy knocked a picture of Lubyloo off the wall.
00:56Lubyloo was quite cross.
00:59She told Teddy he should have been more careful.
01:02The picture was ruined and it was all Teddy's fault.
01:06Teddy said he'd only been trying to help.
01:09Andy Pandy and Lubyloo carried on spring cleaning without Teddy.
01:17Soon they'd finished the spring cleaning and Andy Pandy said goodbye.
01:21Lubyloo thanked Andy Pandy for helping her and Andy set off for his house.
01:26As he was walking home, he met Bilbo.
01:29Bilbo asked what he'd been doing.
01:31Andy Pandy told him that once a year, Lubyloo had a very thorough spring clean of her house.
01:37He'd been helping her.
01:39Bilbo thought that was a wonderful idea.
01:41His boathouse hadn't had a good clean for ages.
01:44Andy Pandy said that if Bilbo liked, he'd come and help him.
01:48Bilbo was right, his boathouse hadn't been cleaned for ages.
01:55First of all, Andy Pandy had to clear out all the clutter.
01:59It was very dusty and it made Andy Pandy sneeze.
02:03He sneezed so hard, he fell into Bilbo's collection of seashells.
02:14At last, everything was out of the boathouse and Andy Pandy could start cleaning.
02:19Andy Pandy swept and dusted, mopped and vacuumed, polished and cleaned until the boathouse was looking like new.
02:28Now it was time to put all Bilbo's stuff back inside.
02:32As he was about to put Bilbo's shell collection back inside the boathouse, Andy Pandy had an idea.
02:38Andy asked if he could have some of the shells and some bits of rope and seaweed.
02:44Bilbo wondered what Andy Pandy wanted them for, but after he had explained,
02:49Bilbo was happy to let him have what he wanted.
02:52Teddy was pleased to see his friend Andy Pandy.
02:57Andy Pandy, he wondered what he'd brought him.
03:00Teddy was puzzled.
03:02What did he want with a lot of shells and rope and seaweed?
03:06Andy Pandy explained that they were going to make a picture
03:09to replace the one Teddy had knocked off Looby Lou's wall.
03:14Andy Pandy fetched some cardboard, some glue and some paints.
03:18Then he showed Teddy how to make a picture with odds and ends.
03:22At first, Teddy found it a bit tricky, but he soon got the hang of it.
03:41Soon they had finished sticking the shells and the seaweed and the rope to the cardboard.
03:46Now it was time to paint.
03:48Teddy was good at painting.
03:51Teddy was very pleased.
03:53Who would have thought you could make a picture of something out of shells and rope and seaweed?
03:59Andy Pandy said that Teddy should take the picture to Looby Lou and give it to her as a replacement for the one he'd ruined when they were spring cleaning.
04:07Teddy thought that Looby Lou might still be cross with him.
04:18Teddy said that there was no one at home.
04:20Andy told them that he'd knocked so quietly no one would have heard him.
04:28Looby Lou thought someone must be trying to knock her door down.
04:31Teddy said he'd come to say sorry for what had happened to her picture earlier on.
04:36But he'd made her another.
04:38He hoped she liked it.
04:40Looby Lou was very pleased.
04:42She said Teddy was very clever to have made a picture out of shells.
04:46Teddy said that he'd had a little help.
04:49Looby Lou thanked them both very much for the lovely new picture and invited them both in for tea.
04:56But she made Teddy promise not to do any mopping.
