00:00Here comes Andy Pandy

00:30After Andy Pandy had finished his breakfast,

00:41he went to his special cupboard to fetch the book of pictures he'd promised to show his friends.

00:47In the book were pictures of Andy and all his friends and all their houses.

00:55Andy had never seen this bell before.

01:02Now he'd learned how to ring the bell, Andy wanted his friends to hear it.

01:10Looby Lou and Teddy came running.

01:13Teddy wanted to ring the bell himself.

01:17Looby Lou said it was a fine bell but very noisy, Andy agreed.

01:22So he'd saved the bell for special occasions.

01:29But Teddy really wanted to ring that bell, so he waited until nobody was watching.

01:40Andy was so busy trying to pick up the heavy book of pictures

01:43that he didn't know what Teddy was up to behind his back.

01:53When Teddy was back in his own garden, he felt it was safe to ring the bell.

02:00Andy Pandy had a big surprise.

02:05Someone had taken his bell.

02:12Bilbo and Orby came out to complain about the noise,

02:15but Teddy thought they wanted to join in the fun.

02:26Looby Lou had come to see why Andy was ringing his bell.
