00:00Here we go!
00:30Andy Pandy was telling Looby-Loo and Teddy he'd like to have something special to stand on top of his special cupboard,
00:41when they heard a strange noise.
00:44What could it be?
00:46They all went to find out.
00:49There was a strange shell on the picnic table, and Bilbo had made the noise by blowing into it.
00:56Bilbo said the strange shell was called a conch.
00:58Andy whispered to Looby that Bilbo's conch would look just right on top of his special cupboard.
01:06Bilbo had found the conch on a market stall during his travels far away.
01:10He'd bought it by swapping it for a coconut.
01:14Andy and the others had never heard of a market where you could buy things by swapping them for other things,
01:19but Looby thought it would be very exciting to be at a market where you could swap interesting things.
01:25Andy said they should hold their own market on the green,
01:28so they decided to hold a market that very afternoon.
01:34Andy looked for interesting things in his special cupboard.
01:37He found a duster with holes in it.
01:40That wasn't very interesting.
01:42There was a milk bottle with a dead flower in it.
01:45That wasn't very interesting either.
01:46Andy found models of a tiger and an elephant and lots of other wild animals.
01:59He could put them all on his market stall.
02:04Looby Lou had some beautiful handkerchiefs.
02:06She'd send the pictures on them herself.
02:08She thought they would be very nice to have on her market stall.
02:12Before long, Andy and Looby had their stalls ready.
02:19But Teddy had taken a bit longer.
02:23He'd decided to have jars of honey on his stall.
02:27Missy Hissy had been watching Andy and his friends set up their market,
02:30but she'd never seen a market before and wanted to know what was going on.
02:38Bilbo already knew what was going on,
02:40and he was taking lumps of dried seaweed to swap for any interesting things he might find at the market.
02:47So when the market was in full swing,
02:50and all the visitors were wondering what to buy from the stalls,
02:53Tiffo liked Teddy's jars of honey,
02:57but he hadn't brought anything to swap.
03:00So he went home to find something interesting.
03:05As soon as Bilbo saw Andy's model animals,
03:09he knew he wanted them to live on his favorite shelf.
03:13Missy Hissy loved Looby Lou's handkerchiefs.
03:15She wanted them to keep her head dry when it rained.
03:19But tying a handkerchief with her tail was very hard.
03:22So Looby had to help her.
03:25Tiffo brought Teddy a pile of old bones to swap for his jar of honey.
03:32And Missy Hissy had brought a pile of twigs to swap for Looby's handkerchiefs.
03:38Soon almost everything had been sold,
03:41and it was time for the market to close.
03:44At first Teddy was pleased with what he'd swapped for his honey,
03:48but he wasn't sure he'd really wanted Tiffo's old bones.
03:53And he was pleased when Tiffo brought his honey back.
03:57Tiffo hadn't been able to get the lid off the jar,
04:00so Teddy showed him how it was done.
04:02Then he showed Tiffo how to eat honey,
04:05and in no time the jar was empty.
04:08Now Tiffo had somewhere to keep his old bones.
04:11So they were both happy.
04:15Looby hadn't known how to use Missy Hissy's twigs,
04:18but she'd painted them
04:19and was going to show Andy the splendid decoration she'd made for her table.
04:26Andy Pandy wondered what to do with Bilbo's seaweed
04:29when Looby came to show him her painted twigs.
04:34Andy thought they looked much better than dead seaweed,
04:37but then they heard the sound of Bilbo's conch shell.
04:42Bilbo was so pleased with the model animals from Andy's stall
04:47that he wanted to keep them all on his favourite shelf.
04:50But now he'd got no room for his conch,
04:54so he brought it for Andy as a present.
04:57The conch did look perfect on Andy's special cupboard.
05:01Teddy too, playing in the garden every day.
05:07Making things is so much fun.
05:11Here comes Andy Pandy.
