00:30It was a windy morning, just the sort of morning thought Lubyloo for hanging the washing out to dry.
00:40Teddy saw what Lubyloo was doing, so he asked if he could help.
00:45Lubyloo said he could.
00:49Teddy was very quick indeed at hanging out the washing.
00:53Lubyloo told him it wasn't a race.
00:55But Teddy didn't listen.
00:57He was trying so hard to be quick that he fell over the washing basket
01:01and Lubyloo's sheet was blown away by the wind.
01:07Teddy was so busy chasing after the sheet that he didn't notice Andy Pandy.
01:11What a bum!
01:13Windy, isn't it? said Teddy.
01:16Andy Pandy agreed.
01:17In fact, he said, the wind had given him an idea.
01:22Teddy was so interested to see what Andy Pandy's idea was,
01:25he quite forgot about Lubyloo's sheet.
01:30Teddy was getting more and more interested in what Andy was doing.
01:34He had found a sheet of stiff card, a bed of scissors, and some paints.
01:38Next, he found some glue in the cupboard.
01:41Last of all, Andy Pandy found two thin bamboo sticks and some string.
01:46Teddy was itching to know what Andy Pandy was up to.
01:49You'll see, said Andy Pandy.
01:53Andy Pandy put some bright blobs of paint on one half of the card.
01:58Then he folded the card over.
02:02When he unfolded the card again, Andy had made a beautiful butterfly.
02:08Now it was time to cut it out.
02:12Teddy wanted to do the cutting out.
02:14Andy said that you have to be very careful when you use scissors.
02:19He'd better do it.
02:20But he'd let Teddy do some gluing later.
02:24Orby was going to pay a visit on some of his friends when he had the surprise of his life.
02:31Lubyloo's sheet landed on him and got him quite tangled up.
02:35Poor Orby, he didn't know what had happened or where he was going.
02:42Andy had told Teddy to tie the string to the bamboo sticks.
02:47Next, Andy Pandy said it was time to glue the sticks to the back of the butterfly.
02:53Andy Pandy told Teddy to be careful.
02:56But he wasn't careful.
03:01Poor Orby was still stuck in the sheet.
03:04Missy Hissy didn't know what was making all the noise outside her house.
03:09She was a bit frightened.
03:11She called for help.
03:13Tiffo had heard Missy Hissy.
03:15He told her that he'd help her get rid of whatever it was.
03:20Orby didn't know what was happening, but he didn't like it.
03:23Tiffo and Missy Hissy were very surprised to see Orby.
03:29It had been him in the sheet all the time.
03:32Orby said he was sorry and that he hadn't meant to frighten Missy Hissy.
03:36But with the sheet covering him, he hadn't known where he was.
03:41Missy Hissy looked at the sheet.
03:42Where had it come from, she wondered.
03:46Tiffo said he thought it might belong to Looby-Loo.
03:49He said he'd take it to Looby-Loo and ask if it was hers.
03:54At last, Andy Pandy and Teddy had finished what they were making.
03:59It was a kite, and it flew beautifully in the wind.
04:07Andy Pandy said they should take it to show to Looby-Loo.
04:11Then Teddy remembered about the sheet.
04:15He thought he'd better try to find it.
04:19Looby-Loo wasn't very pleased about her sheet.
04:24She asked Andy Pandy if he'd seen Teddy.
04:27Andy Pandy said he'd been helping him to make the kite.
04:32Teddy said he was sorry he couldn't find Looby-Loo's sheet anywhere.
04:37Looby-Loo said Tiffo had found it.
04:39What was left of it?
04:41Teddy was very, very sorry for being so forgetful.
04:47Looby-Loo couldn't stay angry with Teddy for long.
04:50So she forgave him.
04:52And it was a particularly beautiful kite.
04:57And such fun to fly.
04:59Teddy, too.
