Dank des geringen DIN-Leergewichts von nur 178 kg bleibt sie auch im Gelände oder im Stadtverkehr leicht beherrschbar. BMW kombiniert hier modernste Technik mit echtem GS-Charakter: Drei Fahrmodi (Rain, Road, Enduro), optionale Easy Ride Clutch für kupplungsfreie Anfahrten, ein Quickshifter Pro sowie serienmäßige Heizgriffe und verstellbare Hebel machen sie zu einem echten Allrounder – ideal für Einsteiger, aber auch erfahrene GS-Fans. 00:00Hello everyone, I'm coming to you live from EICMA 2025

00:03and I'm here on the BMW Motorrad boot

00:05and I have something incredibly special to show you

00:08the brand new F450 GS

00:11So the newest member of the legendary GS family is here

00:21and I'm gonna be the first one to reveal all the details to you

00:24So let's hop on into it

00:26Check out this design

00:28It's compact, robust and you can see from very far that it's a GS

00:32So the goal here is to remove the power that we have on the big ones

00:35but add agility and specially to have a lighter bike

00:38There are some clean lines and the seating position was refined

00:42Everything streams adventure

00:44And the F450 GS comes in four variants

00:47The base model, the exclusive, the sport and the GS trophy

00:51And because the GS trophy is my favorite, let's go deeper on this one

00:55At the heart of this bike you have a completely new engine

01:00It's a 420 cc twin cylinder with 48 horsepower and 43 newton meters of torque

01:06And it's good for beginners but also for experienced riders

01:10And what I like the most is that the torque is constant to all the rev range

01:14All while meeting Euro 5 plus compliance

01:18An absolute highlight is the new clutch that is called the Easy Ride clutch

01:22And how does it work?

01:24Basically if you want there's no need to use the clutch anymore

01:27To start and stop the bike

01:28And in my opinion it's the best of both worlds

01:31Because experienced riders will love it

01:33So for example if you want to overcome an obstacle

01:36You can still use the lever to pass it

01:38But if you are a beginner and you want to do a maneuver on a tight spot

01:43There's no need to use the clutch

01:44You just focus on the maneuver itself

01:46It has a premium TFT that we are used to see on flagship bikes

01:50And it's available through all the variants

01:52And of course it has a USB-C port

01:54LED headlights and heated grips makes it the perfect everyday companion

02:02It comes with an upside down fork of 180 millimeters

02:05And the sport and the GS trophy version comes with a sport suspension

02:09That you can adjust the rebound and the preload

02:12It has ABS Pro which is basically cornering ABS

02:19Everything screams quality

02:21In summary, the F-Pro50GS is a true lightweight

02:24With only 178 kilos fully fueled

02:28So versatile in use

02:29It proudly carries the DNA of a GS
