00:03Today, everything revolves around the new 6th generation Toyota Rough V Woodland.
00:10This variant clearly stands out as a standalone model with an outdoor focus
00:14and belongs to the new rugged design line within the Raffi family.
00:19The Raffi Woodland is equipped with all-wheel drive as standard
00:22and is available as both a hybrid and a plug-in hybrid.
00:25Its higher ground clearance and robust appearance with a split radiator grille,
00:32black contrasting bumpers, all-terrain tires and integrated LED lights from rigid industries are striking.
00:39On top of that, it offers roof rails with cross braces and a rear carrier mount
00:44with a diameter of around 3 centimeters for greater transport flexibility.
00:49The 6th generation of the Toyota RAV4 is based on the further developed TNG platform
00:54and has structural reinforcements on the frame connections and chassis mounts.
00:59These measures improve the handling and increase ride comfort.
01:04In addition, a vibration damping adhesive is used,
01:07which effectively filters out fine road imperfections.
01:11Inside, the Woodland offers an outdoor-inspired ambience with a specific interior design.
01:16The cabin is characterized by red and orange accents,
01:21specially designed perforated soft-touch surfaces on the doors and dashboard
01:25as well as robust rubber mats with Woodland branding.
01:31Infotainment is provided by a standard 12.3-inch digital speedometer
01:35and a central touchscreen with a screen diagonal of either 10.5 or 12.9 inches.
01:39The latter integrates digital climate control,
01:44wireless smartphone connectivity and new voice recognition for the first time.
01:48All controlled via Toyota's new Aeron software platform.
01:53In terms of technology, the RAV Woodland offers a new plug-in hybrid system
01:57with a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine,
02:00two electric motors and a large traction battery.
02:02The system output is up to 320 horsepower,
02:06around 18 horsepower more than its predecessor.
02:09The purely electric range has increased by around 20% to around 80 kilometers.
02:16The Woodland and the PRV model XSI can be charged from 10% to 80%
02:20within around 30 minutes using DC fast charging.
02:25Both versions have a CCS connection,
02:28while other plug-in models are equipped with a Jarnay 72 charging port.
02:32Alternatively, the battery can also be charged at home
02:37or at public AC charging stations with up to 11 kilowatts on board.
02:42There have also been advances in the hybrid version.
02:46The fifth hybrid generation increases the power of the all-wheel drive model to 236 horsepower.
02:53For the first time, hybrid versions are offered with a system output of 226 horsepower
02:58in addition to the front-wheel drive,
03:00an increase of 23 horsepower compared to the previous petrol model.
03:05As with other all-wheel drive versions,
03:08the towing capacity of the AF Woodland is around 1.5 tons,
03:11while front-wheel drive models can only tow around 800 kg.
03:16Visually, the Woodland remains true to its SUV roots.
03:19Large tires, muscular chassis, and the striking Toyota hammerhead front ensure a powerful appearance.
03:27The LED taillights emphasize the width of the vehicle, which is around 4.6 meters long.
03:33When it comes to colors, Toyota is focusing on variety.
03:36The Woodland is exclusively available in the new color Urban Rock.
03:41Other new paint finishes include Meteor Shower, Everest, and Storm Cloud.
03:45These are complemented by tried and tested colors such as Midnight Black Metallic or Ruby Flare Pearl.
03:50Two color options such as Meteor Shower with a Black Roof will also remain on offer.
03:56The price of the new RAW 4 FAR has not yet been specified.
03:59However, with a view to the US market,
04:03the plug-in models in Germany are likely to start at around 45,000 euros to over 55,000 euros,
04:09depending on the equipment.
04:11The exact prices are expected to be announced shortly before the market launch.
04:16The market launch in the USA will take place later this year.
