Der neue Aito M5 Ultra ist da – ein modernes High-Tech-SUV mit beeindruckender 1.440 km Reichweite! Dank Huawei ADS 3.0 bietet das Fahrzeug ein fortschrittliches intelligentes Fahrsystem, das selbstständig durch Städte und über Autobahnen navigiert. Ein weiteres Highlight: Das Fernsteuerungs-Parken, mit dem der M5 Ultra mühelos selbst in engste Lücken ein- und ausparkt.

Angetrieben wird das SUV entweder rein elektrisch oder als Plug-in-Hybrid mit bis zu 653 PS Leistung. Die 42-kWh-Batterie sorgt für eine elektrische Reichweite von bis zu 255 km, während die Hybridversion eine Gesamtreichweite von 1.440 km erreicht. Zusätzlich überzeugt das Modell mit einem modernen Innenraum, hochwertigen Materialien und neuen Farboptionen wie Phantom Purple und Zero Degree White.

00:18On March 1st, Edo opened pre-orders for the new M5 Ultra SUV, which is considered the most
00:24powerful Edo M5 in history with a starting price of around €30,000 or €32,700 USD.
00:34The model offers five major improvements, exterior appearance, interior, intelligent driving,
00:40vehicle control and safety. The design includes new colors such as phantom purple and zero-degree
00:47white. The interior has been upgraded with an orange interior, a modern gearshift lever,
00:54additional storage space in the center console and a four-way adjustable leg rest for the front
00:59passenger seat. A 192-line radar has been integrated together with a 4DM wave radar for intelligent
01:07driving. There is also an all-round automatic emergency braking system for collision avoidance
01:14and automatic emergency steering. Vehicle control has also been improved. Braking is now even smoother
01:22and more precise. The new M5 Ultra is equipped with the Huawei Ads 3.0 system, which is considered
01:29the most advanced intelligent driving system. It enables comprehensive navigation in cities and on
01:36highways. A remote control parking function has also been integrated, which makes it easier to park
01:43in and out of extremely tight parking spaces. In other areas, the vehicle remains identical to the
01:50production version. The current all-electric version is powered by a permanently excited synchronous
01:56motor, which offers a maximum output of 272 horsepower. In addition, there is an 83-kWh lithium-iron
02:04phosphate battery, which enables a range of 602 kilometers according to the CLTC.
02:09The current RF version is offered in two versions.
02:15A version with a 200-kilowatts motor, which corresponds to an output of around 272 horsepower,
02:22and an all-wheel-drive version, which has two permanently excited synchronous motors with a total
02:26output of 6.53 horsepower.
02:32Both versions feature a 42-kilowatt-hour terrestrial battery, which enables a pure electric CTC range of 255
02:39kilometers and 230 kilometers, respectively, and a combined range of 1,440 kilometers and 1,275
02:47kilometers, respectively.
02:54In January 2025, only 910 units of the M5 series were sold, which only accounts for 4.17 percent of
03:01Ito's monthly sales volume and thus represents a rather weak sales performance compared to the M7 and
03:06M9 models.
03:13In addition to the technical details and range specifications, which are underlined by slogans such

03:36The new RS Obsidian Kit 4 gives the vehicle a sporty, avant-garde character through smoke-black
03:41elements such as a redesigned M5 Obsidian grille, black logos, sports rims, and window surrounds,

03:55The interior features harmonious Shawa Apric and Ku Red colors, with a newly upgraded steering wheel
04:00made of Napper leather, improved Shuyin seats that feel like silk thanks to 10 layers of comfortable
04:05laminate layers and extended rear seats for better legroom, creating a particularly pleasant ambiance.
04:15In addition, the newly added Starring Scatterer further improves the sound quality of the Huawei sound.
04:26Other technical refinements of the new M5 include an intelligent range extender with a thermal
04:30efficiency of up to 41%, an intelligent air mixing system for more efficient cooling and heating,
04:36and an all-aluminum chassis with a four ball double wishbone suspension at the front and a multi-link
04:41independent suspension at the rear, which provides an unparalleled driving experience.
04:50Supported by the newly introduced Sport Plus mode, which makes the start of driving dynamic and entertaining.
04:56The advanced M5 control system is based on a comprehensive sensor system consisting of a laser radar,
05:043 mm wave radars, 11 high-resolution cameras and 12 ultrasonic radars.
05:11This enables the car to reliably detect not only obstacles but also road layouts.
05:18With the help of the obstacle detection network and the RCR road topology detection network,
05:23daily commuting becomes safer and more comfortable.
05:30The smart parking system also makes it easy to find a parking space in crowded parking areas
05:34by supporting designated parking and a one-button summoning.
05:41Whether with heavy luggage or in bright sunshine,
05:44the vehicle automatically navigates to the desired parking space, even over several floors.
05:48The safety concept is supplemented by an all-round collision avoidance system that integrates active
05:56safety functions in the forward, side and reverse directions.
06:03These include automatic emergency braking, active deviation correction, and assistance systems such as
06:09blind spot detection, lane change assistant, door opening warning, forward and rear collision warnings,
06:14lane departure warning, lane keeping assistant, traffic sign recognition, speed warning, traffic light
06:20recognition, and various emergency braking functions, even at low speeds, irregular obstacles, and cross traffic.
06:30All of this ensures a particularly safe driving experience.
06:33When it comes to passive safety, ETO relies on environmentally friendly materials.
06:37The vehicle is equipped with an air purification function based on negative ions.
06:46Each battery cell is given a fire-resistant membrane coating,
06:49while thermally stable materials are used for the positive electrode.
06:55Insulating aerogel is also used between the battery cells,
06:58and water cooling plates ensure effective heat dissipation.
