Exercise Description 1. Calibrate the pulleys on both sides to be as high as possible on the machine. 1. Grasp the cables, stand tall in the middle, and take a step forward. 2. With your palms facing forward, open your arms wide slightly above your shoulder level. 3. Pull the cables together in a downward motion in front of your chest. 4. As your arms come close to each other, return to the initial position and repeat.
Exercise Tips 1. Maintain a straight back and stick your chest out. 2. Keep a slight bend in your arms. 3. Breathe in as you bring your arms together; breathe out as you bring them out. 4. Focus on contracting your lower chest muscles as you push the cables down.
