How to perform

Exercise Description
1. Calibrate the pulleys on both sides to be as high as possible on the machine.
1. Grasp the cables, stand tall in the middle, and take a step forward.
2. With your palms facing forward, open your arms wide slightly above your shoulder level.
3. Pull the cables together in a downward motion in front of your chest.
4. As your arms come close to each other, return to the initial position and repeat.

Exercise Tips
1. Maintain a straight back and stick your chest out.
2. Keep a slight bend in your arms.
3. Breathe in as you bring your arms together; breathe out as you bring them out.
4. Focus on contracting your lower chest muscles as you push the cables down.
