How to perform

Exercise Description
1. Get on the plate loaded pull-down machine with your back
straight, knees bent, and feet placed on the floor
2. Grab the grip with an overhand grip
3. Pull the bar and bring it behind your neck by
taking your elbows down
4. Return to the initial position by straightening
your arms again

Exercise Tips
1. Keep your back straight and chest outward.
2. Don’t lift your hips from the seat
3. Keep your neck in a neutral position and
don’t bend it forward
